Itinerary
Your morning starts with a pickup from Piazza della Calza by air-conditioned minibus. Relax while your driver heads out of Florence and onto the Chianti Road, considered one of the most scenic driving routes in Italy.
After about one hour on the road, make your first stop at a winery and wine-tasting school. Taste four types of wine and learn about their distinct flavors from a wine producer. Pair your wines with balsamic vinegar, truffle oil, and extra virgin olive oil.
Get back in the minibus and continue to a winery in the Vernaccia white grape region near San Gimignano. Follow the winemakers through the vineyard and wine cellar and taste Vernaccia, a rosè, and a Colli Senesi wine.
Your third stop is the Tuscan hill town of San Gimignano, where you spend about 1.5 hours of free time exploring the town center. Your day ends with drop-off in Florence at about 5pm.

Our wine tours with Alessandro were absolutely unforgettable! 🍷 We visited two beautiful wineries and explored the medieval town of San Gimignano, learning so much about the region’s history and winemaking. Alessandro was the perfect guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. We shared great laughs, made new friends, enjoyed delicious bites, and even had the option to ship our favorite wines home. A truly perfect day in Tuscany— everything I pictured! The trip into town was a special treat as well. Highly recommend this tour.

This was an amazing day! From the meeting point in Florence to ending the day at San Gimignano, this tour was perfectly planned. The selection of wineries was excellent, allowing us to experience two completely different styles while tasting delicious wine!

100/10!!! Our tour with Emanuel was one of the highlights of our time in Tuscany. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the region, very patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and never rushed, and he gave us great context about the wineries and San Gimignano. The entire day felt effortless and well-organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—highly recommend! This tour was exactly what I wanted and wished for.

The communication, and experience as a whole was excellent. Emanuele was superb and the two different wine experiences made it even more enjoyable. The views, amazing and finishing off at San Gimignano was a delight being able to have some free time to venture out.

An amazing experience tasting 9 to 12 different wines in one day… The two stops were spectacular plus all the breathtaking views and our host was amazing. Very prompt on time and professional.. highly recommend!!!

Dominica was absolutely incredible! We had an amazing time exploring two very different wineries. The homemade lasagna was truly mouthwatering, and the wine was simply exquisite.

Ema was a fantastic guide! I'd definitely recommend this tour for anyone looking to see the country side while staying in Florence. We saw lots but did not feel rushed, and were back in the city for dinner.
