- Please note that the Cathedral of Pisa is now free and in most crowded days it can become impossible to visit its interior due to long queues. In such cases, we will offer a tour of Piazza Cavalieri instead
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- Kids under 8 years old are not allowed to climb the Leaning Tower and must be accompanied by an adult
- Kindly note that the Semi independent tour option does not include the local guide in Pisa and Leaning Tower tickets
- LOW SEASON (From November, 1st until March, 31st): English and Spanish languages are always guaranteed. In order to confirm the excursion in French, Italian or Portuguese a minimum of 4 pax is required
- HIGH SEASON (From April 1st until October 31st): this tour is always available in English and Spanish. Other languages are confirmed as follows: FRENCH: Monday, Saturday - min 2 pax PORTUGUESE: Friday - min 2 pax ITALIAN: Sunday - min 2 pax

AMAZING!
Do not hesitate to book this half day excursion to Pisa and other monuments. The guides are very knowledgeable. The drive was safe. No problems. An enjoyable day out to Florence.

3rd party guided the tour. Info about getting tickets was confusing. We took afternoon tour & all tickets for basilica were already dispersed. Was told other ticket should have already been dispersed.

The tour went just as described in the booking details. We left Florence in a comfortable motor coach on time and arrived in Pisa with plenty of time to explore. I appreciated the guided tour and being able skip the line to climb the tower. This saved a lot of time. After climbing the tower, we had time to explore the area and buy a few souvenirs. Overall, the excursion was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to see Pisa.

Great tour from Florence. Easy to find meeting point and double decker bus ride was excellent before getting out and seeing all the Pisa sites. Sarah was a great guide.

Our tour guide was wonderful, and even made sure we got a taxi back to our hotel safely. But the tour itself felt much too rushed and it felt like we did not have time to enjoy Pisa. We saw the highlights and climbed the tower but I wish we could have had time for a meal, or even just a snack, but we had to go back immediately

Everything was great!! The bus was comfortable and even though was a very hot day it felt cool
Inside. The guide Federica explained everything in a good manner and with very good pronunciation. We booked everything we could do in Pisa and it is a little bit much because you don’t really have time to sit and eat peacefully. But everything was great.

After 40 minutes after getting on the bus, we realized we were back at the starting point because they were picking up a family of 4 because they had overbooked another bus. We finally arrive to Pisa and learn the bus can only go up to a certain point, so we have to walk "10 minutes". Mind you, we were already 40 minutes behind so our tour guide was not waiting for any one, walking fast, crossing busy roads, hoping people followed her unopened gray umbrella. We get to our meeting point where she gave us 5 minutes to use the bathroom which took 20 minutes. We had about 15-20 minutes of free time to use the bathroom before going back to our meeting point because we wasted 40 minutes picking up people. Heading back to the bus was the same-rushed, good luck if you can't keep up.

The tour was amazing. Learning about the leaning tower of Pisa, seeing and climbing to the top of the tower was an incredible experience. A lot of ample time for pictures as well.

Tour was good but kind of fragmented. There isn't a whole lot the guides do other than hand you from one to the other in different areas. You're probably better off just buying a train ticket and going on your own. Some history is learned from the guide, but it's not very long of an actual tour.

Our tour guide, Constantino Renaldo, was phenomenal! He was extremely informative, polite and funny!

Without the upgrade for the guided tour, it’s just a bus from Florence to Pisa. Admission in to the cathedral is separate and it’s not very clear on this app. Had to pay 15 euros per person to get in and access that. The guide itself was amazing. Funny, intelligent and full of information. Would recommend speaking to the organisers in clear words what’s included and what’s not as hidden fee can get you.

This was a very nice tour. The bus was very clean and the guide narrated on our way to Pisa in 3 different languages. We took a tour of the cathedral and 2 of our group of 7 went up the leaning tower of Pisa. It was worth getting up early for this excursion. Thank you Ciao Florence and Viator!

We only chose the travel option. The ride was comfortable with a pit stop midway through the trip to Pisa. It took about 90 minutes to get there and back. We purchased tickets separately for the tower climb and cathedral. Would recommend

Alex was an exceptional guide. The whole tour was very organized and flowed effectively. We had guided time and enough time to take our own photos etc before moving on to the next part.

Our tour meeting point was easy to find and we left Florence on time. Oûr escort and driver were courteous but our tour guide was really great... funny and knowledgeable. It makes a difference after having done several tours over the last few weeks when the guide is a native.

Time is a bit limited, Be aware that you will need to climb the tower steps fast if you want to spend time at the top. They only give you 30 minutes to do it all.
Also, if you need to use the restrooms, you will have to pay for it and time perfectly, otherwise you could miss the bus back to Florence.
Daisy, our tour coordinator was great and knowledgeable. The local Pisa tour guide, Sara was also great, fully bilingual, English and Spanish. She is very knowledgeable too.

Beware, if you do not book tour you do not get entry tickets as stated in what’s included. I was very disappointed that my group booked without tour because we just wanted entry as stated but we were not given entry tickets. We only had transportation. Ut should definitely say transportation only!

The worst experience of my life. We were not allowed to enter the tower. Denied entry caz do not have tickets. Spoken with an agent and she said we are sorry tickets are not there and if want to see buy from there only !!!! Then why we had paid you guys !!! Worst worst experience and will ask my whole group not to book with you guys !!!

Our tour guide was wonderful, very informative! I believe his name was Francisco. The only reason for not giving a 5 Star was that it was quite warm the day we went and it is a long walk from the bus to the location. It would have been great to have a trolley take us there. Be careful of the street vendors they are relentless!

This was a great well organized tour. Very informative, Cecilia was great. My only concern was the meeting and drop off point. Wish there had been some taxis available instead of having to go to the train station.

This tour had ample time for guided tour of the Basilica, climbing the tower and even time for photos. It would be too tight If you are planning to grab a bite . Tour guide John was awesome. The tour bus was comfortable and clean.

The tour guide on the bus Francesco was great. Our city tour walking guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. The only issue would be for individuals with walking issues. The bus parks about 10 to 15 minutes away from the city. On a hot day it can be brutal.

Our trip to Pisa was short but packed and memorable.
It was a little difficult to get to the meeting point as Google maps slightly led us astray - but once we arrived at the pickup location everything went fairly smoothly.
The bus ride was short and quick with a pitstop for a restroom break.
We got to Pisa and had a brisk tour of the square and the tower.
It was not too hot the day that we went; but would recommend a hat and/or sunscreen in general.
The hike up the tower was great as well - particularly the view waiting at the top.
