Fantastic experience. We traveled with our teenage daughter and just to see the glow in her eyes when she saw the leaning tower was worth the trip. Our guide, Roberto, was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend to buy the ticket with the option to climb the tower. It is certainly a once in a lifetime experience.

The actual Pisa tour was really good but be careful when booking this as its unclear what's included. You only get the bus trip. Everything else is optional with additional charges

The tour is essentially a drive to Pisa. The guide didn’t provide much information along the way. We were then handed off to a local guide, Ricardo, in Pisa, who was excellent. We eventually met the initial guide again, and then headed back to Florence. Not enough time to take photos and walk around Pisa if you elect to climb the Leaning Tower.

This was a bilingual tour in both Spanish and English. I was not aware of that, so prepare yourself to spend double amount of time on every stop since everything has to be explained twice. However the tour guide will let you wander around while speaking the other language. The actual tour guide in Pisa had an excellent sense of self-deprecating humor.

The Bus was very comfortable and the tour guide on the bus was very nice. It is a bit of a walk from where the bus parks to the entrance to Pisa. The leaning tower and church were very nice to see. The area surrounding the attractions is a bit run down. They also have people trying to push bracelets which was annoying on the main road by the tower and church

Easy half day tour of Cathedral and tower of Pisa

After meeting our guide it was a seamless experience traveling by bus and then walking to the town square of Pisa. The cathedral was breathtaking! Our guide even had storage lockers preserved for our bags while we climbed the leaning bell tower. We had adequate free time to continue exploring on our own and to take more pictures. We arrived on schedule back to Florence. Highly recommend for a half day trip from Florence!

The tour guides and bus driver we very nice. Tour to church and Tower of Pisa fantastic just wish we would have had more time to shop and explore after. We only had about 30min if you did the steps up to the Tower.

Our tour leader, the lady Rachel, was good and super hands on. she made sure every member of the tour is comfortable during the journey. the timing was approrpiate, not too slow and also not too fast. I would recommend the tour leader.

I would not recommend Viator if you have disability or are an elderly person. I am a person with Multiple Sclerosis and require forarm cruch to assist with walking. I received no assistance with getting in and out of the bus. The bus park was 10 minutes away from the destination, and we had to walk at a fast pace, which even my partner found difficult. Very poor service. Better to catch a train and taxi to the Leaning Tower of Pisa

You hear about the leaning Tower of Pisa your entire life, so we figured we had to see it. This tour was great for that. Don't expect much in Pisa other than to see the basilica and tower but it's worth it to check the box.

Most efficient way to get to and from Pisa from Florence. Quite a walk to the bus terminal area for the meeting point from the city center however. Make sure you get there on a morning or mid-afternoon tour in the mid-fall/winter otherwise the tower will be in the dark

As advertised. We we took the full tour plus the tower climb. Process was very efficient. Guide was knowledgeable. The coach was comfortable. There was nothing fancy about the tour, just basic transportation and logistics.
