Washington DC is home to one of the largest numbers of cherry trees in the country, and admiring them during the spring is an ever-popular DC ritual. You'll head to the Tidal Basin and other top spots for cherry-blossom viewing, with time to stop and take photos of the scenery.
As you go, your guide will share stories about the famous trees and other DC sights. You'll also pass by many of the city's best-known monuments. Admire the Lincoln Memorial, the landmarks of the National Mall, the White House, and more.

We were lucky to have the tour while cherry blossoms were in bloom along the basin. This tour is more with additional stops at the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial and more. The other stops are not about cherry blossoms. I enjoyed the tour but thought cherry blossoms were at all the stops.

I had an exhilarating time on the DC Highlights tour! Rob and Corey were so personable and helpful, making the experience exciting for all of us. From the White House to the Lincoln Memorial, every stop offered fascinating stories. The luxury bus was comfy, and it was just plain fun for all the family with plenty of photo opportunities. Kudos to Rob and Corey for their patience and charm throughout! I highly recommend this tour!

Tour was a perfect duration and covered many of the main sites. The guided walk thru the cherry trees along the tidal basin was spectacular. Deon, our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and personable!

We really enjoyed this tour. Even though the blossoms are not at peak bloom, we were able to see some beautiful pink blooms. The monuments we saw were amazing. Our tour guide Jack was engaging and knowledgeable. Our driver Corey drove us around DC safely. Highly recommend this tour!

I had family in town and we were so excited for the Cherry Blossom tour! Derek our tour guide was amazing and Gary our driver was a rockstar in the DC traffic. We hit the peak bloom a few days late but Derek knew exactly where to go to get the perfect pictures at every single stop. We even got the most beautiful pictures in front of Cherry blossoms on the tidal basin.
Derek was so extremely knowledgeable, funny, and kept us engaged the entire time.
Will definitely book more tours in the future!

Guide was very knowledgeable, funny and caring. Viator never disappoints. I would recommend it be plainly stated how much walking is part of the tour. I hate to see people staying on the bus instead of taking in everything the tour offers. The bus was nice as well.

There is quite a bit of walking - you are not just sitting on a bus. It was a great way to see the Cherry Blossoms and some of the monuments, White House etc.

The guide & driver were very informative. Unfortunately, the booking did not include information/disclaimers on potential changes due to DC traffic. The information stated there would be light walking which is why I booked it. Due to traffic we couldn’t make all the stops & ended up doing more walking than anticipated. When you are booking with someone who can’t walk a lot this becomes an issue. We had plans later in the day & had I been aware if the potential changes I would have booked for a different day. It was disappointing.

We are sorry you had to deal with traffic but as you can during Peak Bloom, crowds and closures were expected. It is the busiest week of the year. That being said, the booking wouldn't be able to notify those kinds of time-sensitive disclaimers because the page has to be general for those who book all times of year.

Nice tour but they did additional attractions and went to the cherry blossoms last, meaning it was late so they dropped us off and ended the tour at the tidal basin, meaning a long walk back to the metro. We booked it to see the blossoms so that was a bit disappointing.

This tour is wonderful but not "minimal walking." Older people ended up staying on the bus and half way the AC broke.
