Not a Happy Customer

We were told by the operator that booked our tour that the driver was a tour guide. Luckily the driver knew a little history of Washington DC and knew all the major sights to take us. Our driver was very kind but I think this company, Viator, is a scam. They told us it was a guided tour of the city, not just a driver, they lied to get us to sign up and give our credit card to secure the booking. It was overpriced for what we received. The driver felt badly that we were deceived and it put him in an awkward position. I would NOT use this company ever again.

This package does not include dedicated tour guide but our drivers are very experienced. Dedicated tour guide costs additional.
