Our open-air vintage golf carts are not equipped with approved child restraint systems and are not designed to safely accommodate infants or young children. Due to these safety limitations, children under the age of 5 are not permitted under any circumstances, including situations where a car seat or booster seat is provided. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of your family, our drivers, and all other guests. Guests who arrive with children under the minimum age will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds, rescheduling, or credits will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Assumption of Risk & Compliance: Participation in this open-air vehicle tour involves inherent risks (e.g., sudden stops, turns, traffic, weather). By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. You certify that all participants meet the minimum age requirement; failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit.
- Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from participation, including failure to follow policies. Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 5 years old—children under 5 are strictly prohibited and will NOT be allowed under any circumstances. This is a firm no-exceptions policy, and any group arriving with a child under 5 will be required to leave.

We took the Washington D.C. Monuments Cherry Blossom Guided Tour during our visit and it ended up being a great experience—even with some wild weather!
It was pouring rain and very windy, so we weren’t able to ride in the E-Cart, which honestly worked out for the best with how cold it was. Our guide was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job making sure we still enjoyed the tour despite the conditions.
It was a fantastic way to see many of the must-see monuments and get a good sense of the layout of the National Mall. While we were a little bummed that most of the cherry trees weren’t in bloom yet, a few were just starting to open. It was easy to imagine how stunning the area must look in a few weeks when everything is in full bloom. We also really enjoyed learning about the history of the cherry trees and how they became such an iconic part of Washington, D.C.
A big shoutout to our guide as well for going above and beyond and taking the time to return a phone that was accidentally left behind. That kindness was truly appreciated.
Even with the rain, we’re really glad we did this tour and would definitely recommend it!

What a great activity to see all of the sites in DC. I came to DC for years and saw more on this trip than all the “self” guided tours before. Our tour guide was very informative and nice. Great time!

I planned a trip for myself and my partner, who had never been to Washington before. It was also my first time visiting Washington for leisure, so we thought a city tour would be the perfect way to explore and see the historic sites.
When we arrived at the Amtrak station, we realized we wouldn’t make our originally scheduled 3:00 PM tour. I contacted the company, and they quickly agreed to move us to the 5:30 PM tour without any issue, which we appreciated.
We arrived at the hotel pickup location and waited for the shuttle. When it arrived, there were already two other groups on board. The tour cart had four seats facing forward and one row facing backward. Unfortunately, we were seated in the back row, which meant we were facing oncoming traffic instead of the landmarks the tour was approaching. As a result, we ended up viewing much of the city backwards.
Additionally, the roof of the cart was quite low, which limited our ability to see the buildings and attractions around us. On top of that, the seat belts were damaged—some were cut, tied, or too small—which raised serious safety concerns, especially for those seated in the back row.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this tour. By the end, I felt like I hadn’t truly seen the city at all.

Great Quick Overview of the Major Monuments
We booked a monument e-cart tour as a way to quickly see the highlights of Washington, DC, and overall it was a great way to get the lay of the land in a short amount of time. The tour covered many of the major sites, including the Capitol, Washington Monument, W Tidal Basin + Lincoln Memorial and a few other well-known monuments, and it was nice not having to walk long distances between locations.
The pace is definitely fast, it’s about two hours and moves quickly from site to site. If you’re someone who wants a relaxed experience with lots of time to explore each monument, this may feel rushed. For example, the tour did not include a stop at the Jefferson Memorial, and there was no time at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, which would have been nice to experience more fully.
That said, if you’re short on time or want a quick overview to understand the layout of the monuments before exploring more on your own, this tour works really well. It’s especially helpful for getting oriented and deciding which places you might want to come back to later. Overall, a solid option for a fast-paced introduction to the monuments.

A good intro to DC monuments. The open e-cart makes it easy to see the sites. I recommend doing it at the start of your trip.

Lorenzo was an amazing tour guide. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and encouraged questions throughout the tour. We got to see all the major monuments. It felt like every building we past, he had some interesting/unique fact about the site. It’s obvious he loves his job and loves DC. After a long day of walking, this was the perfect way to see everything that I didn’t get to. In traffic we had trivia and he was happy to take photos for us at the monuments. Absolute pleasure and well worth the money. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to see a lot and only a day in DC.

This is a great way to see the main landmarks all at once! I would recommend doing this first then deciding what museums, etc you want to visit individually on your own.

The seating was tight and they overloaded the cart. Three of us adults were at the back and facing backward and couldn't hear what was shared. The cart isn't what is shown online. The student leading the tour was very kind and polite and did his best with what they provided him with.

It was a great tour with great little tidbits of information. Lorenzo gave us the inside scoop on many of the museums to visit. My only suggestion would be to provide a stool to help older people and disabled to be able to step up into the E-carts.

It was a very crowded day at the Tidal Basin in DC. The e-cart was convenient way to view the cherry blossoms. The driver drove competitively in the traffic. We only had two seat belts in the back for three people.

We booked trip / experience (specifically to see Cherry Blossoms) a few weeks in advance for out of town family that that came from Ohio. Tour proceeded to monumentals but was not able to take us to Todal Basin to view Cherry Blossoms due to traffic / road closures for No Kings Rally. No mention of that from tour guide until half way through the tour. The Tidal Basin to see the Cherry Blossoms was the main title of the tour and it didn't happen. Again, wasn't communicated to the group until we were well into the tour. Knowing that part of the tour wasn't going to happen that day I believe we should have been told up front and been refunded the amount paid for tour.

We completely understand how important this experience was for your out-of-town guests from Ohio.
Due to the unexpected traffic and road closures related to the No Kings Rally, access to the Tidal Basin became restricted, which was beyond our control. That said, we acknowledge that this information should have been communicated more clearly and earlier in the tour, and we regret the frustration this caused.
We’re glad we were still able to proceed with the tour and showcase other monuments, but we recognize that it did not fully meet your expectations. As a gesture of goodwill and to show our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have provided a partial refund for your experience.
Your feedback is very important to us, and we are using it to improve our communication processes so future guests are better informed in similar situations.
