Arlington cemetery is a remarkable place. The experience was great. However, the tour guide, Mr James was a big fail. Nice guy. Big heart. But he is NOT good at leading a tour. He knows history but shares data points that are not connected. He goes off on random subjects. He stops at unusual spots like hallways and blocks traffic flow. Find someone else please.

The cemetery proper was fine! However, our tour guide, James, sucked. He would walk ahead of us, our party of eight, and talk out loud, but not facing us at all. On several occasions, he also said so we can get where we’re going a little faster. Let’s go across the grass area, so we went around the strap fence area into the cemetery, proper, up-and-down hills, which was very dangerous for me as I am 76 years old. But that was the only way he would go. We miss changing of the guard because he said two things… One let’s sit here for a couple minutes as I know the best ways to go, and secondly, we got there late and the crowd was enormous. Very disappointing!

Our guide was late. There was an accident during our tour with another group. We got about 40 min of a 2hour tour.the company refused to give us a refund or even credit.

Our tour guide James was fantastic. His energy, enthusiasm, and experience was very enjoyable.
He had knowledge of specific historical times and events and taught us!. He took us all over the grounds. We saw the changing of the guard and all the very important historical gravesites.
He enjoyed what he was doing and kept us involved and interested.

The experience we had with Viator was excellent. We truly enjoyed our visit to Arlington Cemetary. We had an amazing tour guide named Dwayne who was very knowledgeable & personable. You could tell he enjoyed his job & has much love for the history of our country.

We could not take the tour as it was a 2 hour walking tour and I have heart failure. No where on the details did I see it was a walking tour. We had to buy more tickets at Arlington and do their tour. The Arlington tour was much less expensive and we could hop on and off the tram at 9 stops. Much better experience and value.

There is no vehicle, it's all walking. We missed a lot of the cemetery due to all walking. My husband had to go back to the visitors center and get an additional ticket to shuttle around and saw every site and the rest of the family saw much less and paid much more. We were very unhappy that my husband was unable to be with us.

The tour was canceled due to Trump being at the cemetery. No one told us and was not aware until we called them. They said they were going to look into and call us back and never did. I requested a refund so I hope they do and I don’t have to hassle with them.

Firstly, our guide John was just exceptional in all respects. He was respectful, answered numerous questions and was of course extremely knowledgeable on the subject of Arlington.
The entire experience was sensational and I would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to pay their respects to the fallen in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.

Typically Signature Tours has been our go to when traveling, however this tour was disappointing. Our guide was not well informed, spoke mostly about food, and the changing of the guard was already in progress when we arrived.

Do not take this tour. We totally missed the tour that we paid for through Viator provided by DC Guided Tours. The directions for meeting were not clear and not even written in clear, proper English. We ended up having to purchase tickets at Arlington and had a wonderful tour which also included a tram ride and was a fraction of what we paid for this tour that we did not have. Now trying to get a refund … just get your tickets right at Arlington!

Our guide was great and assisted us to the group as we were running a little behind. I recommend the early tour at 8am on the weekends to beat the crowds. We saw the changing of guards and some historical gravesites. Highly recommend.

Since it was Memorial Day we weren’t able to see the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the rest of the trip seemed basic, something we could’ve done without paying. Wasn’t worth the money, a bit disappointed. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable.
