Your Alcatraz Island ticket will be sent to you one day before the tour date, or by 7am on the day of your tour.

Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected.
The Hop-on Hop-off ticket is valid for 48 hours from the first activation, during operating hours.

The big bus and Alcatraz tour was awesome. It gives you so much information on the city and it highlights all of the gems of the city. I have Never been disappointed doing the big bus tours.

Hop on hop off bus did...

Hop on hop off bus did not have any ac while drivers had hand held battery operated fans and Alcatraz was a disaster. Flies everywhere and waited a half hour on tram to fill up while we got flies all over us and not very handicapped accessible, save your money not worth all the hardship felt like a chore, not relaxing or happy.
