Robert was amazing !!! We went to two different wineries and also we had lunch time and stops for photos. The bus was spacious and Robert is an amazing driver too. He knew everything and he was doing his best for everyone. Definitely recommended....

We were a group of ten . Robert our tour guide / driver arrived on time and gave us a fabulous tour. We had great stops with panoramic views of San Fran skyline , Golden Gate Bridge . We went to the first winery “ Jacuzzi “. Then on to Sonoma square for lunch ( we had made reservation ahead ) Robert was able to drop us off at the restaurant , which was so convenient . He even took 2 people from the group who were not dining with us to another location for their lunch. The 2nd winery was “ Artesa” . We had plenty of time at each stop and never felt rushed. To top the whole day off Robert went above and beyond to drop us at another location from our pick up point as we had dinner reservations at Pier 39 . Overall the experience we had with Robert from beginning to end was truly a fantastic day !

The wineries are nice - Italian and Spanish wines. Artesa is a beautiful winery. Sonoma Plaza is pleasant. Not having to drive was great.

The wine tour was nice. Our tour guide was late picking us up but communicated clearly.
Being picked up at the hotel was very convenient. We visited 2 wineries, I wish we had more time at each. 1 hour is just not enough.
Our vans AC was not working so we did get unplanned extra time at our last winery. That was fine minus we couldn’t pay for single glasses or snacks. The winery was kind enough to refill us once.
Our tour guide worked in getting the AC fixed before we drive home, the van was extremely hot unfortunately. We actually ended up having to go to a 3rd winery to wait while the AC was charged. The 3rd winery was NOT happy that we stopped in by surprise. It was awkward and uncomfortable.
The tour guide or company bought us “bottles” which was only equivalent to one glass of wine while we waited for hours.
I appreciate their effort but it was not exactly how we had planned for the day to go.

While we appreciate that the guide made efforts to have the AC repaired and attempted to make the waiting period more comfortable, we recognize that the unplanned stop at a third winery created an awkward situation that was far from ideal. A surprise arrival should never make guests feel uncomfortable, and we have followed up with our team to ensure better contingency planning in the future. Please know that your experience has prompted a serious review of our vehicle maintenance procedures and our backup protocols when unexpected situations arise. We hope to have the chance to welcome you on a future tour that reflects the high standard we strive to deliver.

I had a wonderful experience. The group size was just right—not too crowded, which made the tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. Our driver was friendly, professional, and arrived on time. This was a very good tour for the price. After being picked up at our hotel, we stopped at a lookout point to take photos, then on to the first winery in Sonoma which took about an hour to get there. It was the Jacuzzi family winery which specializes in varietals from Italy and we tried three wines and toured the property and learned about winemaking and the family. Afterward, there was an opportunity to taste olive oil and balsamic vinegars in their shop and purchase products and wine. Then we stopped for lunch in Sonoma. There were lots of options to choose from and with 1.5 hours, plenty of time to eat without feeling rushed. Our guide, Ron, gave excellent suggestions. We chose Della Santina and were happy we did. Then it was back in the van to head to Napa and the second winery which was Artes, a more modern, larger winery with sweeping views of the Napa Valley. The original family that started that winery came from Spain, so many of the varietals were Spanish and it was interesting to see how a large operation and small operation vary along with how the different wines taste -- we tried four wines here. Rick, our guide at Artes, was also terrific. Afterward, we headed back to the city with a stop in Battery Spencer park to take photos of the Golden Gate Bridge. This was a really nice addition as it was incredibly crowded and an uber/taxi to go up there from the hotel would've likely cost as much as the entire tour given how long we sat in traffic. We got great pics! Then we were dropped off at the front door of our hotel in time for dinner.

Our Napa Valley wine tour was absolutely amazing, and Robert made the experience even more special. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and had a great sense of humor. Throughout the tour, he shared interesting facts about Napa Valley, the wineries, and the region's history, making the drive between stops both enjoyable and informative.
Robert kept everything organized and on schedule while creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere for everyone on the tour. He was attentive to all the guests, offered great recommendations, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a wonderful time.
The wineries were beautiful, the wine tastings were excellent, and the entire day exceeded our expectations. If you're planning a Napa Valley wine tour, I highly recommend requesting Robert as your guide. He truly helped make our trip one of the highlights of our California vacation. What an amazing experience!! Jim, our tour guide was so kind and personable. He safely drove us to 2 wineries and then Sonoma square for lunch. He engaged in good conversation and provided us with waters and snacks. Such a kind person with incredible recommendations for the area and was patient and flexible with timing. This was a highlight of our weekend in SF! Thankful for this experience and getting good company while seeing Napa valley! Thank you Jim!!!

This was great - my father was visiting and wanted to go wine tasting. This was a good way to do it and do some sight-seeing without having to rent a car and have a designated driver.

RON made this tour exceptional. We learned quite a bit from him about the city, many of the wineries, monuments and landmarks. Ron our tour guide was a fantastic. He took the time to give some history of the vinyards visited and we were also able to stop and get some good pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Sanfrancisco and Oakland Bay bridge. Well worth the money. Highly rexommended.
