- Hop-on Hop-off tour ticket is valid for use during operating hours for 24 hours after first use. Tours may be taken on separate days.
- Guests without valid photo identification may still be able to join the tour, but wineries may refuse service for wine tastings. No refunds or compensation will be provided for missed tastings due to lack of ID.

They will have a fabulous afternoon especially if they have the legend driver that is Grady! We were blessed with a sunny autumn day, so the journey and the2 vineyards we went to were looking amazing, we tasted superb wines too

Lovely drive into Sonoma.
Wineries were good choices. Both Wineries were informative, welcoming and served generous tastings of their wine.
However, our tour guide was stuck in the past with his movies and spent too much time telling us how much he loved SF. More time on history would have been more interesting.

All day Napa Valley wine tour. We visited three wineries and had 90 minutes for lunch. Traveled in a small, lovely van. Driver/tour guide was wonderful l. He gave great information about the sights as we drove through San Francisco and Napa Valley. We were a family of 5 (kids 25 and 22). We all loved it. Two out of the three wineries were fabulous. Madonna and Napa were fantastic, Sutton home was a disappointment. Definitely would recommend this tour!

Our driver, Patrick was ahead of everything. He was ready for our tour before the tour operators even got us checked in. We had a plethora or states and nations represented on our tour and he was able to relate any relevant information to each and every one of our places. We went to 3 wineries. All had their quaint qualities. I would definitely tour with this company again.

We did the half day tour. It’s a bus ride to Napa with stops at two small wineries. The bus was old and crowded with small seats. The wineries they stop by are very small with very limited scenaries that does not represent Napa Valley at all. I feel like this is not really a tour, but just a bus ride to get drunk, which does not worth the price at all. Maybe you need to advertise a bit clearer.

The 'Meet and Greet' male at the White Bus was intensely aggressive, bordering on threathening, when I didn't move as quickly as he wanted me to move to the end of the queue which only comprised 2 women.
I was very close to calling the Police.

Left 10 minutes late waiting for late comers. NEVER should happen!! Rerouted through Sausolito to pick up 4. NEVER should have happened. A 4 hour tour was a 6 hour tour. Had to change dinner reservations.

The half day Naps and Sonona valley tour was great. We had James as a driver who has been doing all kinds of San Francisco tours for 47 years he will educate you about the all of San Francisco along the trip.

The tour was great but the wineries were small scale and did not offer snacks with the wine. I would recommend this as Napa is beautiful but I would explain you don’t get to see much of Napa on the 1/2 day tour maybe it’s better for a full day.

The trip through the wine country was beautiful. Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. However, he talked the entire tour. To create a more positive experience, perhaps the tour guide should consider allowing the recipients to relax and ride especially after a few tastings. It would have allowed us to take in the view of the beautiful landscape. Overall the experience was amazing.

Half day tour good for families with seniors. Wine tasting is included and you get enough time to take pictures in the vineyards. The driver James is very kind and informative. I just hoped the tour includes a stop at the Welcome to Napa Valley sign.

The staff are wonderful, and our driver was entertaining and very friendly. However, for an all day wine tasting, to have stopped at only 3 wineries (one of which was not good at all) was highly disappointing. If you take this tour, choose the half-day option.

It was said the tour will visit 3 to 5 wineries and have wine taste.
We only went two wineries and the second winery we visited was not well organized and the host didn’t explain which wine we were tasting or introduce the winery background or history.
We were told that the tour would be 6 to 7 hours from 12:30 to 6:30.
But We started at 12:45 and came back around 5:25ish.
It was not what we expected.
The tour guide was knowledgable.
