Maria was such an amazing professional chef. She was so informative, thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable. Phoenix (my 10 year old son) found it very easy to understand. I cannot wait to get to New York and make our own gelato back home. Thank you, Maria!!! ❤️🤍💚
So much fun, the ladies were so sweet and so accommodating to our dairy allergy in the group. We had a great time and the gelato was wonderful!
Francesca welcomed us warmly into a purpose built, super clean and professional cooking class facility. Although the three of us had the class to ourselves, there was room, including seating for more than 20 guests.
My daughter and I were there with my 5 year old granddaughter. Francesca was so good with her, explaining everything we were doing and helping her understand the necessary safety rules to her. We made our own gelato having been given a choice of flavours and then made waffle baskets to to serve up our delicious ice creams.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and made a wonderful memory for us.
