Great experience! We were able to book our tickets here last minute for the Pantheon. The meeting point was easy to find and Pradip took us quickly to the VIP entrance in front to be able to walk right into the Pantheon. Thank you, Pradip and team! The audio guide was also very informative and easy to access. We highly recommend this experience!

Easy no fuss visit. The audio guide is merely a link on your phone so I'd suggest bringing headphones if its noisy inside to help hearing the 9 highlights.

He waited when we were late! Mihad Pradip is great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An engineering marvel that takes your breath away Walking into the Pantheon feels like stepping back 2,000 years into the Roman Empire. The fact that this is still the largest unreinforced concrete dome in the world is mind-blowing.

This was fine but we really didn’t gain anything additional/incremental over buying the tickets directly. For us it was mostly the convenience of finding last minute tickets at a time that fit our schedule.

The tickets were purchased by a couple guys in bulk. When we got to the meeting spot, they sent me the tickets and website for the audio guide via WhatsApp and then told the group of 10-15 of us to follow him. He walked us to the line in the Pantheon waving a white flag (there is no skip the line option here, do not be fooled) and then pushed us all to the front of the line and disappeared. There were a lot of angry people behind us and we didn’t realize this until security looked at us and said “what he just did is wrong.” It’s just as easy to buy tickets yourself and then play a guide on Spotify or YouTube- and you won’t have an angry line of tourists behind you.

Teddy was a great guide, very informative. Also liked the semi-private experience, our group of 7 was much more enjoyable than those big groups we saw trying to navigate all the traffic and chaos.

. These guys require you to meet a guy with a flag in a square to get your tickets. I waited in the square for over 20 minutes and almost missed our time. I ended up calling and got a rude guy who was no help at all. Finally, I found the guy and he gave me the tickets. I’ve used Viator around the world and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

The information for ticket pick up was clear. We got a WhatsApp text and around 30 mins before the scheduled time to come pick up tickets in a nearby piazza (1 min walk). The guide explained how to do everything. The audio guide from the website worked fine outside of the pantheon but did not load inside where we were supposed to start it. It was fine bc there was plenty of text info inside the church. We listened to the audio guide after we left and it was nice info to follow up what we saw/read inside.
