Buyer beware!!!! I will never book with them again. Don't waste your money. The first time I booked the tour guide never showed up. With this tour, we couldn't book 3 people at once, so my best friend had to buy her ticket separately. We booked for the same day, same time. When we got here, she had been placed in a different tour. We asked the guides if she could join our group, and they said no. They told us we should've specified when we booked that we wanted the same tour. But how were we to know there were two different tours at the same time???? And we certainly did not know. They were not accommodating at all. BUYER BEWARE

Our family had booked four tickets to make the tour Colosseum guided tour with Palatine Hill, Roman Forum included. The agency that was supposed to make the tour, Italy Pass Tours, had the wrong ticket for one of the participants of the group who was then denied access to the main visit of the tour, the Colosseum. There was little help from the tour responsible to solve the problem and the person was left behind without any support. On top of it, the other members of the family, that finally went in, had to make the visit alone, without the assigned guide because the whole group did not wait for them. We have contacted Viator to obtain a refund and hopefully, we will obtain it because this situation had spoiled our visit to this iconic site in Rome.

Inadequate experience for the fee

Difficult to find guide at “supposed” meeting point. Handed off to separate service for Colosseum tour . Told to wait at wrong meeting point by this secondary service and missed English speaking tour. Then given audio tour which was poor and NOT what we paid for. The rest of the tour beyond the Colosseum was satisfactory but we really had booked the venue for the Colosseum tour and therefore we were disappointed.

After colloseum tour we went with the tour operator at the forum. He left us to wait in the front of the gate around 30mins because he went back to pick up another people. Bad organisation.

The statute is incredible. The tour guide spent far too much time detailing Michelangelo's life growing up, etc. We waited 30 minutes inside the museum before seeing the statute, listening to her discuss Michelangelo. It easily could have been cut in half. Or, you can buy a ticket and pay 2 Euros inside to listen to headphones. Tickets are $17 on your own; the tour was $51. The only advantage I could see was possibly "skipping the line" in front of some people. But, we still had to wait 20 minutes outside. Perhaps the others waited far longer?

Skipping the line was a great time saver and the tour was very interesting. The statue of David was amazing. The tour guide was ok but we researched things afterwards and found some of what he said wasn’t entirely accurate, but a good tour nonetheless.

Highly recommend this tour and totally worth the money to not wait in line and make the most of your time in Florence. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us very interesting details about David and some other works of art in the museum. This was our 3rd time at the museum and the guide pointed out details in some works of art which were new to us and fascinating.

Uneven tour expressing our guides personal opinions

We came to the tour with high expectations of seeing David and other great pieces of art, while our guide was very knowledgeable he chose to focus on what David was not. He pointed out the flaws in the stone, and the statute itself rather than the brilliance of Michelangelo in creating something that by any standards is considered a masterpiece. He was very enthusiastic about the music room and the significance of certain instruments.
