Site was amazing
Amazing historical site with virtual reality goggles. But too many people in the tour to allow the Guide who was knowledgeable, to be effective.

Domus Aurea-well worth visiting, well-coordinated visit
Really enjoyed this opportunity. The guide did a very nice job giving an overview and a bit of history of Nero before the tour was conducted by the official site guide. This was a highlight activity for me because it can be difficult to get tickets and it is only open 3 days each week. My original booked day and time couldn't be fulfilled but they offered me a new slot which fit my schedule fine. Definitely recommend the Domus Aurea to anyone who really enjoys Roman history.

We all loved it
This was an amazing tour. You don't even realize all of this is here and our guide was extremely nice and passionate during this tour. It was really cool to see what it all looked like way back when.

Amazing Nero’s Palace experience!!
I’m sure it was a great experience. When I booked this I thought it said the tour was in English. However , it was in Italian!! My son thank goodness knows Italian & was translating for me!! Very interesting & beautiful!! Can’t believe how Nero’s Palace from 2,000 years ago was preserved well in some areas!! The Virtual Reality was amazing & breath taking!! I felt like I was really there. This is definitely a tour to take but make sure in your language!! lol
