1-Not worth the prize for a small group. It wasn’t small. 2- Tour guide didn’t speak enough English. It was a lot of work trying to figure out what she was saying. 3- Tour was rushed and she was walking so fast that a lot of people could not keep up.

The short range radio usage was really useful. It allowed you to wander a bit and still stay connected to the group. Our guide had great visual aids too.

Appreciate the amount of time to seeing these historic sites. We did get lost from the tour guide a couple of times due to the rapid pace of the tour. Thought the tour guide should have allowed us to take the elevator on the way back. We weren't told either about needing our Passports to enter twice . All in all, it was a good tour and would let others know about this

Sad situation at the Coliseum in Rome.9/14/24

Once we realized the tour was going to start with the Forum and Palatine , due to my restrictions of being on a cane, prevented me from going up and down uneven surfaces, we were not allowed to meet up with them for the coliseum part of the tour. Therefore we lost our money as there was no refund allowed. The woman in charge was very pleasant. The tour guide was as helpful as he could be but their hands were tied.

Our guide was amazing and was a wealth of information! He would share with us pictures of what things used to look like. He was so knowledgeable. We had a hard time finding the meeting point and messaged them and they were able to wait 2 extra minutes for us. So grateful

This was a comprehensive tour of ancient Roman sites but it wasn't really a skip the line tour as we waited in the Colosseum line for about 30 minutes (maybe there should be a note that there will still be some waiting?). Also, there needs to be time worked into the tour to be able to stop and take photos or just take in the site for a minute or two as we moved on very quickly from each spot. But on the whole it was alright!
