Kindly provide the name of your cruise ship when making your reservation. We require this information in advance to coordinate our representatives to meet you directly at your ship's gangway. Thank you for helping us ensure an effortless pickup experience. Cruise ship pick-up Instructions: Meeting Location: We know where your ship is! Go straight to the boardwalk/sidewalk directly in front of your ship - Includes AJ Dock (Do NOT go into town/tram or follow ship staff directions to leave the area). Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Please keep your cell phone on you in case we need to get ahold of you. ️How to Find Us: Look for the representative, directly outside of your ships gangway, in bright orange with an orange flag in their backpack, holding an Alaska Galore Tours / Harv and Marv’s / Juneau Lighthouse Tours sign. Accessibility & Assistance: You must be able to walk down a potentially steep tide ramp and step onto the bus and boat (foldable wheelchairs require advance notice). Drop off point is the same as your pick up point. No other drop off locations can be accommodated. Any changes to your pick up location must be handled at least 24 hours in advance, and the tour provider must be contacted. If NOT arriving on a cruise ship, please contact us directly for options. We are happy to offer instructions on meeting us directly at our dock (Statter Harbor) or another central meeting location. Please be sure to bring these instructions with you on the day of your tour!

- If on a cruise ship, we MUST know which one. There are five docks in Juneau, we will pick you up from YOUR cruise ship once provided.
- Customers MUST reach out to Harv & Marvs directly to make sure they have the required pick up information. We are not liable for missed tours due to a lack of provided information. This information is crucial to our ability to provide this tour.
- Operates in all safe weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative time or date or full refund
- We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
- Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 49 travelers

Amazing experience with captain Steve, Aiden and Coral. Started out as a typical whale watch which we were too far to get any good pictures but as our tour went on we got closer and saw orcas and a bubble feeding! We stayed out a few minutes longer to catch this beautiful experience surrounded by glaciers and mountains everywhere and for a glimpse of Mendenhall glacier. Stunning photos. Boat was newer and excellent up be on. Get on early if you want upstairs deck as there are only 6 seats but if inside was plenty of opportunities to go outside. The captain got great photos of the orcas and the bubble feeding pictures snd sent to us immediately upon completion of the trip-free. They came out better than mine so was glad to get them!

Very knowledgeable guides on our trip! Hannah and the captain(I can’t remember his name unfortunately) were wonderful! We seen many whales and even got to see orcas and multiple other types of wildlife while on our trip.

Had a great whale-watching experience with Harv & Marv tour. Steve and Hannah were terrific, Steve put us right on the whales and Hanna described all the marine life which included sea lions and eagles.

This was a fabulous experience! The crew was very knowledgeable and took great care of me since I have a handicapping condition. One guide (I can't remember his name) took special care of me, allowing me to walk holding his arm so I wouldn't fall while the boat was in motion. He cleared special seating for me so I could see the whales from an optimal spot. We saw many whales as well as a sea otter and sea lions. This was a great excursion and I highly recommend it! It was one of my favorite experiences and the crew made it even more special and memorable!

This was amazing. Had such a great time and was able to see a large amount of wildlife. Boat was great, amenities were abundant and staff were nice. We had fun with them and would do this again!

Excellent outing! The crew was so knowledgeable, they were able to identify the whales we saw and explained how they could identify them! Captain was very entertaining! The boat was comfortable, enclosed, they offered snacks and waters and made sure the passengers were safe and comfortable!

I was nervous to book this excursion via this app…HOWEVER, it was the best decision I ever made. Captain Alex and Dale were absolutely magnificent. They were very educational and ensured we were able to see whales, brought us close enough so we can take amazing pictures, provided such amazing knowledge on these beautiful creatures. At the end of the tour they provide you with photos of the whales you see…professional pics and do not con you into additional fees. They were sweet and kind. Please book this tour!!! Worth the time and every penny!!! Take it from a single mom traveling alone with her daughter.

Was a little nervous about not booking directly with the cruise line but wow I quickly got over my worries. Everything about the guest experience has been taken care of. Easy to find your representative who will get you to the dock. The experience was 100/10!!! Got to see soo many whales and the staff was amazing, informative and really understand the importance of Customer service which is sometimes hard to find in tourist areas. Not sure when my next stop here will be but I’ll definitely be booking them or recommend them to friends and family.

Great trip all around. Pick up at dock, bus was comfortable and driver was entertaining, boat was new clean with big Yamaha power comfortable seats and clean heads. Captain was engaging and informative, crew professional and accommodating. Bus got us back intime to grab a crab at Tracie's

Incredible boat & experience! Everyone was so welcoming, informative & wanted everyone to get the best experience & we did just that! Saw so many whales! Even with the rain the boat was enclosed, new & warm!

Lovely experience! Enjoyed the naturalist’s explanations- learned so much! The boat was the prettiest one I have ever been on for whale watching (I have been on ~11 tours in the past two years :)). The windows were so clean, the set up was nice for seeing whales without blocking other people and the bathrooms were very clean. Would def recommend this company!

We had an absolutely spectacular time with Capt. Dalton, our naturalist Aiden and crew. The Polaris ship was absolutely incredible and we had an unbelievable time, this is the absolute best whale watching trip to take.

They absolutely fulfilled the whale sighting guarantee...we saw at least a dozen! We also witnessed two rare humpback whale behaviours - lunge feeding by a solo male, and bubble net feeding by a group of at least 8 whales. It was amazing and made the trip from Australia extra worthwhile.

What a great experience. Naturalists and captain were great. Got to see so many humpbacks. Several that they recognized and some rare sightings too. So close up. Sea lions and a sea otter as well

We really enjoyed this tour. It was very well organized and informative, and we were able to see a number of whales on a gorgeous day on Auck Bay. The crew also sent us their own photos of the whale sightings. I definitely recommend this tour.

This was an incredible experience! We saw atleast 15 different whales on the trip! Dalton, Dane and Tess were awesome! You can tell they love their jobs and want to share their love of whales and the Alaska wildlife with their guests! Such a cool experience and would do it a million more times if I could!

A beautiful day was started when we were taken by bus to Auke Bay.
It was an amazing trip with Tess and Mack who were very passionate and knowledgeable about their job. Mack the Captain on a very clean and comfortable boat took us to the right spot where we found many Humpies as Tess calls them and she knew them by name by the markings on the tail fin. We took a trip to see seals and on the way back 6 porpoise's accompanied us along the boat. It was very unexpected and had fun watching that show. Tess and Mack were sheer giddy with excitement too.
It was the highlight of our cruise and would recommend Harv and Marv's to anyone as they have their act together!
