- If on a cruise ship, we MUST know which one. There are five docks in Juneau, we will pick you up from YOUR cruise ship once provided.
- Customers MUST reach out to Harv & Marvs directly to make sure they have the required pick up information. We are not liable for missed tours due to a lack of provided information. This information is crucial to our ability to provide this tour.
- Operates in all safe weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative time or date or full refund
- We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
- Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 49 travelers

This was our second time choosing Harv and Marv for whale watching in Juneau. It was even better this time. Although a previous storm had caused the whales to disappear from their usual spot, our tour guide knew where they now were. We saw over 30 whales. It was so exciting. If we come back to Juneau for a third time, we will book Harv and Marv again. Great excursion.

Knowledgeable staff that shared so much information about the whales and sea lions. The captain made ever attempt to make sure we saw as much as we could. He even shared amazing pictures for us to keep.

Loved it! The captain Dalton and naturalists Tessa and Cora were fantastic! Lots of good information, really knowledgeable. Saw whales! And a good variety of other animals and beautiful vistas. I would highly recommend and would absolutely go out with them again! I also loved that they shared the photosthat they took at the end, so I could spend more time watching with my eyes and still have some amazing photos from the experience! 😍😍😍

Ok we went 6Oct25, way late in the season so we knew the quantity of whales would be low but Capt Anise (sp?) did a great job tracking the few remaining whales down. Deckhands Coral and David (who MC’d) were awesome. We saw Sasha and her little one ChaCha as well as Ripper. I can’t remember the others names but we saw 5 total. Shout out to or greeter Roman and bus driver Jordan. This crew did very well given the weather and time of the season. Would highly recommend.

Harv & Marvs was an amazing experience. We went at the end of September and were lucky enough to see about 60 whales! They always answered the phone when I called with questions, they arrived after a short wait at the pier in a nice bus, great boat, knowledgeable guide - customer service was great! This tour lasts 3 hours which allowed us the time to go a bit farther out to find the pod of whales!!

This was awesome! Jake and Leanne were great. They knew where the whales were and told us what to watch for to see them. We took the whale watching tour with glacier viewing. The day we were there was rainy and foggy so we didn’t go to the glacier. We don’t miss that at all. We went out and the team found a spot where a mama and baby humpback whale were playing. They breached multiple times, put their tails and fins in the air, and put on a full show! We couldn’t believe what we were seeing. The crew was just as excited as we were! After they moved on we drove further north and got to see a couple orcas too! Even with the rain, it was an incredible trip that we will never forget. (But dress appropriately, waterproof is essential.) As we were heading back, Morgan had taken some pictures with her professional camera and shared the link with us so we had some excellent quality souvenirs. This was exactly what I was hoping to see in Alaska and this tour delivered!

Chris, Nick, Cory & Dalton all did a wonderful job of guiding us to view many humpbacks, sea lions & bald eagles and educating us along the way. The ride was smooth and very scenic including glacier views. We loved it!

We were well educated and fully guided through all parts of our tour. We witnessed a humpback whale breaching the water, which we were informed was rare. Tess, Cloe, and John were quite the tour team, the bus ride down was a laugh with Chris.
