We had a wonderful tour with Ray. He drove us to hidden locations where we can privately enjoy the views and our surroundings. We loved listening to his amusing stories and insights on Juneau. We especially appreciated that he went out of his way to ensure the safety of our elderly relatives.
Aleta was the best! She took us around for hours and showed us and told us about so many special things in Juneau. We had the best time and absolutely recommend it to anyone!
Ray was a wonderful guide. I had made a mistake regarding our cruise's docking time and Ray was great to move our meeting time while still giving us the full 3 hour tour. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the area and took us to see all the highlights, including great wildlife. He was also good to go at our pace since my mom has trouble walking.
Dave was awesome. We learned so much from him. Extremely personable. Our entire group enjoyed our tour and the wildlife we saw. The lakes. The Glaciers. Would recommend this tour and Dave to anyone.

A wonderful experience! Aleta showed us things we would have never found. We saw water falls all over, river otters , eagles, and yes, even a bear. The glaciers were amazing! It was a great day and we will always remember it! Thank you Aleta!
Great way to see Juneau. Our tour guide David was phenomenal at pointing out wildlife from eagles to mountain goats. We also saw black bears, humpback whales, and ravens. He knew where to go to get great photos of the scenery and glaciers.
From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. The van was spotless, comfortable, and extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a great selection of snacks, such a thoughtful touch!
Aleta was attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her explanations were fascinating and went far beyond the glaciers. We learned so much about Alaska’s landscapes, wildlife, flora, and nature in general. She made every part of the experience truly engaging.
The weather was extremely foggy and rainy, but Aleta went above and beyond to make sure we could still see a glacier. She found the perfect spot, and we ended up being completely alone there. It was an unforgettable moment for our whole family!
We saw and experienced all the essentials, without ever feeling rushed.

Our driver was Ray and we would highly recommend him to anyone considering this tour. Ray even made a special stop at our request. The meeting place is conveniently located near the ships.

Booked this private tour so my large family group can easily get around town and at our own pace. I booked it 3 days before we ported! The company reached out several times to confirm booking and provide instructions. Communication overall was always good! Aleta was our tour guide and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the history of Juneau, the glaciers and was able to talk about any topic we asked her about!! She was also very attentive to our family’s needs, we had a few elderly that were a bit slower walkers, so let us take our time, helped us take pictures! The best thing was that even though the glacier was closed the day we went, she went out of her way to find us scenic spots to view the Mendenhall glacier from a far! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that was a custom tour of Juneau and to be able to see the town at your own pace!
This was great and very educational with phenomenal views! Aleta was a great guide and taught us a lot about Juneau! Our kids are 10 and 14 and enjoyed it.

I wonderful experience, with a great guide. We saw a salmon stream, perfect picture spots around the glacier base, as well other areas. And we learned quite a bit about Alaska.
David was a phenomenal tour guide! He took us all over and answered a myriad of questions about the area we needed to know for a novel we’re working on. He was so patient with our grandson too and showed us things specific to our needs. I highly recommend this tour company and guide!

Raymond is a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, provided a comfortable vehicle with large windows for viewing the scenery (especially when it's drizzly/raining), each stop we made had breathtaking scenery. The visit to the National Shrine of St. Therese was beautiful.

One of our favorite experiences in Alaska! Juneau as a port was very disappointing, just one diamond international store after another. It was so refreshing to have David pick us up and drive us out of the tourist madhouse to go see what makes Juneau and Alaska a gorgeous place. He drove us to 2 different locations to get views of Mendenhall glacier. Gave us information about the area. The trip out to the Temple of St. Teresa was amazing. He gave us time to walk around and take it all in. He pointed out wildlife and plant life and explained how Alaskans use the environment around them. He drove us to his favorite places. It was such an enjoyable afternoon. We loved it all!
Go wherever you want to go but the driver will provide good recommendations. Juneau is so beautiful there are lots of options. It’s great having your own driver.
Private tours are thebest! Aleta informed us where she would be and a picture so we would recognize her helpful. Tour was amazing and pictures we took so great. Would do private tours again and again to avoid walking too much and avoiding large bus loads.
