Amazing experience. Breathtaking views and country. Learned a lot about the glaziers and animals that live in the area. So happy we were able to do this tour.

This was a great tour. We were picked up at the port and driven to the glacier in a very nice coach. The guide was very informative on the ride over. Once there we were free to explore on our own. It was very easy to navigate. The amount of time allotted was perfect. I highly recommend this tour.

The hike is very short and just goes through the forest force and back. 40 min each way + 10 min break. We haven’t learn much about Alaska facts or nature, though our guid provided a little information about it. Good to see the forest and walk through it, but the price should be significantly lower.

All the staff during our excursion was friendly, helpful and our bus driver, Archie, was entertaining as well as informative. We took our grandson in a stroller and the staff was very helpful stowing his stroller frame under the bus and making sure I knew I could sit in the front with him in the car seat. The booking was easy, reasonably priced and the staff was great. It was also easy to find of the pier where our ship had docked.

It was totally worth it. Our cruise ship was sold out of their bus passes so we used this excursion instead. I have only positive things to say! Where to meet instructions were very clear and everyone was very helpful.
Our driver was fantastic. She was funny and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend!

This tour was fantiastic. Bus driver was knowedgeable and the tour and walk to falls was beautiful. Rainy day but enjoyed it. Walk to falls is about a mile there and a mile back. Easy walk and worth it.

Great way to get to Mendahall Glacier and explore on your own. The driver was knowledgeable and funny and gave some good information along the way. Keep in mind this is just an organized pick up and drop off from/to cruise port. A bit pricey but keeping things stress free for our party of six was worth it.

Exceptional service-clean transportation, friendly/knowledgeable driver of the region! I believe the info for locating the tent to check in could be communicated a little better by texting customers the day off excursion to disembark and go to the right and look for green Viator green tent for your departure. The staff at the tent were professional young men with great customer service skills for our 9:30a departure.

Amazing experience and magical place and visiting this place was possible for this tour, I would not change my choice, punctuality, professionalism and exactly the perfect amount of time needed to see the glacier visit center and take a light hike to reach Nugget Falls, highly recommend anyone to take this tour with this company ✅❄️🙏🏽

The visitor center closed at 5 and we had to sit and. Wait for M & M yours for over an hour in the wind and rain. The rep was rude and unaccommodating. We paid $60 to take a taxi back to the ship. Not a Viator problem, M&M Tours.

We booked last minute on our cruise because we saw the great ratings and our itinerary had changed due to weather. It was so easy to book, nice new bus, and the driver was fabulous. We enjoyed self exploring the glacier, gave us breathing room and the perfect amount of time without being rushed. The Glacier park was well kept and easy to navigate. Our driver was professional and friendly, we enjoyed his narration. Thank you for the great service!!

The driver was great and explained the history of the area. The area is beautiful and so clean. If you are tired, the movie in the visitor center is a great place for a quick nap. Be prepared for rain. It was a great trip.

See it if it’s the only glacier you see. Don’t need to trek to nugget falls, easily seen from opposite side

A must visit even if it rains. Make sure to wear water proof shoes and jacket. Nice hike going to the falls. Beautiful Mendenhall glacier.

Two hours is more than sufficient unless you want to spend a lot of time closer to the glacier and falls.
Our M&M Tours shuttle driver was really great - very knowledgeable and funny.

Disappointing tour guide, did point out places of interest but filled in gaps with too much personal references.
Paying just for organised transport to and from Mendenhall Glacier, not the best value for the money paid.
Glacier and surroundings were stunning panoramic scenery, wouldn’t have missed it while in Juneau.

Only 30 minutes from the ports. Beautiful Nugget Falls and picturesque views of the glacier. Be prepared to walk. Not a flat surface.

The bus drive was well organised and very efficient
But it really is a high cost as the whole tour is just a drop off and pick up to the glacier. It’s not a tour.
There are no admissions costs at the glacier

I do hope your driver/guide gave you a lot of information about Juneau and the surrounding area's during your trip. They have so much knowledge about the area and it's always fun to learn about their perspective living in this beautiful location.

DO NOT BOOK. There were not enough buses to transport us. They said to walk to destination. It was 1 mile away. Where we got there they were already gone. They left without us and won’t refund our money. I called vendor and Viator. No help. No refund
