- Tour time is a check-in time; departure is within 10 to 15 minutes.
- The meeting place is under the cables in front of the Mt. Roberts Tramway.
- All ports or docks are within 10 minutes walking distances, except one - the A Dock - which provides a “Downtown” shuttle to the Mt. Roberts Tramway.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the name of their ship.
- Tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately in layers and for the likely chance of rain. It is recommended that you wear warm layered clothing, a waterproof jacket and comfortable slip-proof shoes.

- Whale sightings are guaranteed between May 15th-September 15th.
- We cannot accommodate any kind of electric scooter or electric wheelchair, even very small ones.

This was with every penny! Locally owned, our guides Mia and Gracie and Captain Dustin were wonderful. Ken, our driver was hilarious. We saw a huge pod of whales not 10 feet from our boat. It was so incredibly amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Had an amazing time on this tour with my husband and 2 adult kids (19 & 22). We saw lots of whales, sea lions were a bonus and got some great photos! Highly recommend…it was the highlight of our trip!

Takes a bit to actually get organized for buses and onto a boat. Boat ride out is long. Channel the whales are was beautiful. We saw large pod of whales up to 20. They were doing a rare event called “Bubble Feed”. So awesome!! The naturalist and biologist boat drivers were in awe themselves. Once on a life time event.

Amazing! Saw so many orcas too. A few humpbacks. They took us to see the glacier. Noah and Nick were great.

This is a must do excursion at Juneau. We enjoyed seeing wildlife other than whales! Instructions are clear, seamless tour from bus to boat ride. Captain Greg, Mason and Tently did a great job!

Captain Jack and his side kick Ryan (i think 🤔 that was his name) were awesome 👌 they informed us about the different Whales 🐋 and how they travel to Hawaii and Alaska. Those dudes were great 👍

Amazing experience - the crew were enthusiastic and knowledge and you could tell they cared about the wildlife. I would recommend in a heartbeat. Lauren, Mia and Ammon really made the trip - thank you guys.

We had an excellent captain (Nick) driver and Mason the guide. They were both so personable and knowledgeable and made the experience very pleasant. The boat was smaller and no option to sit outside but it was fine. Didn’t see much unfortunately but that has nothing to do with the company.

Captain Nick and Crew Parker were fabulous. Despite the rain we still spotted whales. Their knowledge was amazing. The Bald Eagles were abundant on the lamp posts so all in all a great first day and trip in Alaska. Well worth the money.

We had an amazing time in our whale watching tour. We saw at least 8 whales and a group of them came right up to the boat. Our crew was amazing, Captain Dustin and deck hands Gracie and Jimmy were top notch

Well organised and easy to find. Carrie, our bus driver, was funny and knowledgeable. The boat appeared modern and ideally suited to the trip. Connor, the captain, was informative and helpful while Ammon and Mia, our guide and naturalist, were terrific. Thanks to Connor's talent and experience, we saw matbe half a dozen humpback whales and had an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful whale watching excursion! Dustin was a great captain who made sure we had multiple opportunities to see whales. Gracie and Jimmy were great hosts providing us with lots of information in a fun way! Everyone that we met was so friendly! I would highly recommend this excursion to others!

Captain Lauren and her shipmates Brock and Mina were absolutely the best. Lauren knew exactly where to take us in order to see the whales and boy did we see whales! Brock took the time to explain to us about this magnificent creature; how they communicate, what they seek, where they migrate to both in mating season and feeding season. It all made for an unforgettable adventure. Honestly, we could have stayed all day watching for that spray of water as they surfaced for air, then seeing their flukes. Easily the best part of our 7 day cruise. I can’t recommend this trip enough!

Wear a rain jacket and bring a camera! This tour employs local guides to teach you about the area and the wildlife you’ll see while on board. It was a great experience, we learned a lot and saw whales and sea lions.

Great experience. Description really shouldn't include anything about Mendenhall Glacier since no stop. We were unable to see a glimpse due to weather. Kind of misleading since we didn't drive closer to it.

This was a great tour! Less than booking thru the cruise line and such a great value. Staff was great! Carrie the coach driver, Jack, & Viteri were informative on the boat & so friendly. We saw whales & eagles, beautiful scenery. The boat was small and allowed everyone to get good views. Easy to purchase and smooth check-in process.
