Michelangelo’s “David” is a MUST SEE!

This pass was perfect to buy if you did not buy your passes before your trip like us! It is super easy to get, we just met the booking person outside of the museum and we got our passes! The building is gorgeous, and David is a must SEE!! I would recommend doing a paired pass w/ the Uffizi gallery, but overall, the art here was beautiful!

We had a wonderful time on this tour! Our tour guide, Victoria, was excellent! She was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us such a great experience on this tour. She cares a lot about the experience her guests are having. We stopped at some great stops. I wish we had more time in Florence to experience some of the suggestions she made. Great way to see David and the Academia

Great experience and way to see David and the other actual sculptures, instead of the replicas in Piazza Della Signoria. Our guide, Gayla, was passionate about Michelangelo’s works and informative, while keeping the pace moving at an interesting level. The walk through the instrument museum was also interesting and an appropriate amount of time spent before being able to marvel at Michelangelo’s David. Definitely worth the extra $ to skip the long lines and have a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide.

Very enjoyable tour of Chiante

This wine tasting tour took us to two vineyards, each with their own special touch and great hosts. Our guide, Camille, and our driver Valentine were great! Camille is very personable, approachable and knowledgeable. Valentine is a great driver, expertly manoeuvring the winding roads of the Chiante region. The coach provided was very comfortable, with AC. However, there are no washrooms on board, so good to know, as the drive to the first vineyard is a little over an hour. And for the “needs improving” … the registration process at the meeting point was somewhat confusing and one of the two women registering people as they arrived, was just awful, very abrupt, rude and impatient. Very unfortunate as that was our first impression of this tour. Thankfully Camille made up for the other’s lack of professionalism. For the price, this was a great tour! Chiante is stunning! Ciao!

Fantastic experience...

Fantastic experience making pasta from scratch in a beautiful rustic building in a group environment. We went as a family with a 4 yr old and 8 yr old and they enjoyed it as much as we did (though obviously they didn’t partake in the bottomless wine). It was heavily recommended to us and we would pass on that recommendation without hesitation. It allowed us to escape the heat and do an activity together making our favourite food. Do it - you won’t regret it!

Well worth the money, Caterina was a great guide, she made sure the whole group had a wonderful time, whilst giving us lots of information about the history, food and of course the wine. My dietary needs were very well catered for. It was a great way to start our trip to Florence, thank you Caterina
