Tommy was so enjoyable, shared all the history, and the jokes!!! He was so funny and truly enjoys what he’s doing! Tiny, tiny Tuscan roads but we made it through to all the beautiful views!!!

I’ve just come off the best private buggy tour with Akram, I cannot rate this experience enough, we were fast friends as soon as I stepped in the cart and we were talking the entire time, he was so knowledgeable about the area and how different sites were interlinked. He made sure you got all the photo ops and just made for a fun experience. I’m a women travelling solo and felt completely comfortable and safe and I was gutted when the tour was finished. Also shout out to the organisers who were able to change my pick up point to be close to where another tour I was on was finishing and then they dropped me off nearer to my hotel at the end! All in all great experience I loved it

This vendor is misrepresenting the tour. You get a golf cart but because of the ban within the old city, you dont get to see any of the points of interest listed. Our guide/driver was very nice and showed us interesting sights in/around Florence and he took us to piazza Michealangelo (the one stop that was on the itinerary) but a beautiful view of the city. The tour is grossly overpriced for what you get to see. I asked the tour operator several times for clarification (before our tour) but never heard back from him ... Spend your money elsewhere.

However, we would like to clarify that the itinerary was fully respected. All of the scheduled stops were made as advertised, and each location was explained by our guide. In addition, your guide provided extra time at certain stops so you could enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Due to local regulations, golf carts are not permitted in some pedestrian areas of Florence’s historic center. This is a city-wide restriction that applies to all operators and is beyond our control. Our routes are carefully planned to comply with these regulations while still allowing guests to experience the highlights included in the tour.
We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure that our tour descriptions set clear expectations for all guests.

The tour is a good value but they need to do a better job telling you where to meet the driver. For example they said that they could not pick us up at the hotel and we needed to walk to a close by location but there are 2 with the same name in that city so without a map of the exact meeting point there was some confusion. Also they really should send an email with a picture introducing your driver so you know who to look for.

Golf cart Tour of Florence including panoramic view was top notch way to see Florence. Our guide Akram was very personable and knowledgeable, and he stopped at the best places for photos and to explain a bit about the history of Florence. It’s our first full day in Florence and it was a wonderful way to start our exploration of the city!

This golf cart tour was awesome! Our driver Tomas (Thomas) was superb. He was funny and extremely knowledgeable on the history of Tuscany ! He took us to places I would not have thought of seeing! The views were epic! He explained everything perfectly!

We had a good time on our golf cart tour. It was a very hot day and we were able to still tour the area and have a good time. We saw lots of things that were off of the beaten path and the cart was cool and comfortable!

We had a fantastic golf cart tour with Tommy! He was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and made the experience both informative and entertaining. He tailored the tour to our interests, was very accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We learned so much while seeing the city’s highlights without all the walking. Tommy’s personality and local knowledge made the tour one of the highlights of our trip. We highly recommend this tour and especially recommend requesting Tommy if you can!

Great experience. Our guide, Akram, was great. The communication with the tour operator was smooth, and they accommodated our request to start a bit earlier, and agreed to a convenient pick up and drop off location based on our request. We were disappointed to learn that since 2026, golf carts for tours are no longer allowed within the old city but we were able to see the surrounding areas which allowed for great views and pictures of the city and bridges. Thank you!

Our guide, Amen, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. When our train was canceled, the team was wonderfully accommodating and allowed us to start our tour 40 minutes later than scheduled. I highly recommend messaging them ahead of time regarding the meeting point to ensure a seamless experience. We had an excellent time in Firenze—thank you!

We had originally booked this to be picked up at 11am however we had a call the evening before to ask if this could be amended to 12pm which we agreed to. The morning of the trip we then received another message to say they were running 15 mins late but as an apology they would give us extra time to ensure we had a full experience. The trip lasted 1 hour 20 mins (advertised duration 1-2hours) the guide then said he would drop us off in a different location in the city (not our hotel which is what we had booked)which we were ok (ish) with however the guide pointed out his car was parked right by where he chose to drop off and told us he had another tour in 30 mins and had no lunch so felt this was for his benefit and not what we’d booked. Some of the sights were shown from a long distance away which was disappointing. The tour is also advertised with water included which it wasn’t and we had to stop off to purchase this as it was advertised as was included. All in all we felt messed around, rushed and didn’t get the experience advertised. I did raise this directly with the company but our concerns were dismissed we felt we should have received a partial refund. I do not feel this experience is value for money.

We would like to clarify a few points. we informed you of a short 15-minute delay. To make up for this, we extended the duration of your tour so that you would still receive the full experience.
Regarding the drop-off, we took you to the location that you personally requested and agreed to during the tour. This was not changed for our convenience, and we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding.
As for the sightseeing stops, our route is designed to provide the best panoramic viewpoints while respecting local traffic regulations and access restrictions. Some landmarks are intentionally viewed from scenic viewpoints rather than directly in front of them.
We always strive to offer a high-quality experience and are sorry that, despite our efforts to accommodate the schedule changes and provide extra time, you left feeling disappointed. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.
