First of all they wanted to change the time of the tour not long before the appointment and we called back to cancel and they found someone. Shout out to the guy for coming in because it was super cold and poor guy did not speak English and the tour was recorded which did not make a great experience. We ended it early due to it being cold and no blankets provided like the tour guide provided in Rome.

This tour is a complete rip-off.
The so-called “guides” are essentially just drivers with no real knowledge of the city, its history, or even the basic context of the sites you’re visiting. Instead of a proper guided experience, you’re given a glitchy Bluetooth speaker that plays pre-recorded snippets — often cutting out or malfunctioning — which completely ruins any sense of engagement.
For the price they charge, this is frankly unacceptable. There is zero value, zero insight, and zero professionalism. You’re far better off exploring on your own or booking with a reputable operator.
Avoid at all costs!

However, we would like to clarify that our tours are not presented as traditional walking tours led by licensed historians, but as panoramic city experiences that combine transportation, selected stops, and audio-guided content. This is part of the format of the service and is intended to offer guests a comfortable and accessible way to see the city.
That said, if the audio equipment did not function properly during your tour, we fully acknowledge that this would have negatively affected the experience, and we regret that. We also take seriously any comment regarding service quality and professionalism, and we will review the points you raised internally.
We respect every guest’s opinion, but we do not agree with the characterization of the tour as a “rip-off.” Many guests appreciate this format precisely for its convenience and overall experience. Even so, we are sorry that in your case the service did not meet expectations.

The communication was a bit poor initially and I had to reach out many times get any answer. I never did get any communication back when I reached out to them about a meeting point. But finally, Alex came to the rescue and gave us the best tour ever. He was so knowledgeable Alex. The guide was wonderful.

Driver was late. Guide gave no introduction nor did he talk about the experience. The museum equipment did not work. Worst tour ever for 3 experienced travelers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your perception of the experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify some important points for future travelers.
Regarding the reported delay, the official pickup point was clearly indicated at Torre della Zecca, as communicated at the time of booking. The guests were instead waiting at our agency office, a location where pickup is not permitted due to current restrictions in the UNESCO area. Despite this, our driver made the decision to reach the guests anyway, assuming personal responsibility and risking penalties and vehicle seizure in order to avoid canceling the tour.
Concerning the iPads at the museum, we would like to clarify that these devices are provided directly by the museum as an additional complimentary service and are not included in the tour package. Unfortunately, occasional Wi-Fi issues may occur and are beyond our control, but they do not affect the core experience of the tour itself.
Additionally, at the end of the tour, our driver kindly accommodated an extra, non-included stop at the Fiesole Christmas market, waiting approximately 30 minutes so the guests could enjoy it at their leisure—an extra courtesy offered purely as a gesture of hospitality.
While we regret that these efforts were not perceived positively, we remain committed to providing flexible, courteous, and high-quality experiences, often going beyond what is strictly included to ensure guest satisfaction.

This was a great way of visiting Florence with limited time. I loved being able to take pictures as we drove by and some places we stopped as well. The audio guide was very informative and our driver (Azi?) Was great too. Visiting piazzale michelangelo was worth it alone!

What an amazing way to learn about and see what Florence has to offer. Roberto was our tour guide and he was amazing! So knowledgeable and funny.
