My daughter and I loved this tour! It was just the two of us and the guide on a golf cart, which made for a more personalized experience. The guide was very kind and knowledgeable. He stopped at many places with great views and history so we could take pictures. It was a great start to our time in Florence!
I did not read the description well enough I guess. This tour was not what I was expecting. I thought we would see more of the attractions in Florence but a lot of the tour was in the hills around Florence looking at houses. Not really what I was looking for
Fantastic tour of the hills outside of Florence. Our guide, Mario, was superb. Can’t recommend this tour enough.
They didnt show up!! Waited over 40 minutes.. No one to contact for information no one at pick up point.
Now trying to get a refund!
Sadly they never showed up or responded to our outreaches. It was very frustrating as we traveled over an hr to the meeting place with two young children.

Perfect when you want to see a lot and cover a lot of distance without walking … we got out to see each site and walk abit and take pictures …

This was a perfect way to relax in the afternoon on a hot day. The views from the hills outside the city were spectacular and our guide, Aymen, was knowledgeable and very personable!
Terrible! We booked tour online a few hrs before, and we're given a hotel address to meet. We arrived early, then they called with different address a 30 minute walk away. They said theyd wait. One of our guests is disabled, so we rushed as fast as we could calling the company in between to tell them we were coming. We arrived and talked to driver. He then driver drove away and let the 2 other passengers yell at us as they left us on the corner. Awful experience. Customer service was to call us to remedy the situation but never did. We called 8x and they didn't answer. So very rude!!!

We had a short time in Florence and this was the most wonderful experience to see the city and pandemic views. Ymen our tour guide was very knowledgeable of Florence and its history. We were able to get the most beautiful photos of Florence from high above the city I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence since it will be something you always remember

A "bone jarring" and at times hair raising ride in an electric tuk tuk that had seen better days. One of the seat belts even broke midway. The views were great though.
While some of the views were beautiful, we did not visit several of the stops that were described, including Bobli Gardens and the Piazza de Michelangelo. This was very disappointing as these were important stops. We requested a partial refund but that was not granted by operator. Be cautious before booking.
Ayman gave us a wonderful personal tour of the panoramic views of Florence. He also took us to the Catholic church at the top of the hill to see some of the very old artifacts.
We finished with a walk in the ancient Roman Amphitheater which is flanked by the small Roman temples (ruins) and Roman baths. I'd highly recommend this tour as a way to get a panoramic view of Florence with the bonus of the church and ancient ruins. The Amphitheater is still used today for concerts.
There was a couple waiting for the 6:30 tour and no one showed up but our driver came at 7 to do our tour and said our driver was in an accident and took the 6:30 people and we’d have to reschedule! Ok sorry that happened and it wasn’t possible to reschedule however, the problem was -no one has contacted us about a refund or anything and seems pretty shady and unreliable!
We loved our tour with Ayman! What a wonderful night we had and learned so much about Florence and the Italian culture. I would absolutely book this tour again because of Ayman! He went over and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great time. It’s all we talked about for days afterwards. Book this tour and ask for Ayman. You won’t regret it.
Our guide was nice, but we booked the tour in Spanish and the guide only spoke English. I tried reaching out to the agency earlier that day, but no one responded.
