    Tour ok

Is ok. You have to wear headphones and the tech is very old/ doesn’t always work… which can be frustrating. This isn’t a private tour, should be clearer on description.

Incredible storytelling by a wonderful guide

    Melissa_W, May 2026
This tour was incredible! It was our second time in Florence and we took this tour to experience the history of Florence and the influence of the Medicis. Our guide was Glenda, and she was an incredible storyteller over the 2 hour tour. She delivered a wonderful and calm tour while giving many details that one would miss without a lot of research. Whether it is your first time or many trips thereafter, this is one to remember.

    Not so good

    Annora_M, May 2026
Allthough a very cheap tour I did not find it worth my time -I guess you get what you have paid for. We would not have had a problem giving a good gratuity though, if the trip was worth it. The guide shared too much irrelevant information, lingered too long on topics and some information were just simply wrong.

It was a nice experience and a good opportunity to get the layout of the city. Our experience was not bad at all but it felt very average, not a particularly special experience.

Ricardo was the most knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humor!

    Delynn_C, May 2026
Ricardo was very passionate about the history of Florence! He kept our attention throughout the whole tour and had a great sense of humor! We went on this tour at the end of our stay but wish we had done it the first day!! As much as we loved Florence, this tour would have made it that much better!! Can not recommend enough!!!! 10 STARS!

Guide was excellent. We had 2 kids with us (6 & 8 years) and this tour wasn’t really appropriate for kids that young but adults really enjoyed!

Our tour guide (Ciara) was wonderful! She had so many stories to go along with the facts of the buildings we toured. She was very knowledgeable about all our stops. I would highly recommend this tour and ask for her if you can!

    Michele is amazing!

    Christina_P, Mar 2026
Exploring Florence with Michele was an absolute highlight of our trip. As a masterful storyteller, Michele doesn't just recite dates and names; he weaves together the history and culture of the city in a way that makes you realize how every piece of the Florentine puzzle is connected. It truly felt like walking through the streets with a knowledgeable friend who was letting us in on all the city's best-kept secrets. His passion is infectious, and he transformed what could have been a standard history lesson into a vivid, immersive journey through time. If you want to understand the soul of Florence, this tour is an absolute must.
