Everything from the pick-up, to the beautiful balloon ride, to the awesome breakfast with prosecco, and the transfer back to Florence was amazing! The kind, professional, and knowledgeable crew made the whole experience perfect! It’s a must do!!

Pilots were so skilled and made the experience so safe and fun! The views were incredible, the weather was perfect. The change in time was communicated well in advance and the personal pickup and drive to the site made the whole experience seem less. Bucket list activity checked on this one!

Our family had such a wonderful experience on the hot air balloon ride during sunrise. There was no delay and everything was so efficient. The views were breathtaking and the whole journey felt magical. Everything was well organized, safe, and smooth, and we could just relax and enjoy the countryside scenery. Fantastic!! Throughly enjoyed every minute, the weather was chilly but nothing mattered. We soared high above the clouds & literally it felt like we were floating on air. He explained everything to us, we were able to see the balloon’s reflection in the clouds & then too soon we were floating down. Each step of the way he our pilot was gracious, thoughtful & just a wealth of info for questions asked. We landed - unfortunately - in a beautiful field where a light breakfast was offered & again our pilot showed us pics of flights & races he’d been in all over the world. Take the time & enjoy every single minute!!

Unless you are very familiar with Florence, I'd highly recommend requesting the transfer service. A driver will pick you up at your hotel and bring you back. Navigating the Florence city streets and countryside can be challenging for a visitor. The driver that picked us up, Francesco, was prompt, courteous, and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. He spoke fluent English and provided us with some wonderful dining recommendations for the remainder of our trip. If you want an ultimate "bucket list" experience, it doesn't get much better than floating above the Tuscany vineyards. The pilot was highly experienced and the balloon was well maintained. Ending this trip with prosecco, cheese, meats, and pastries on a countryside field was the perfect ending to an amazing trip. Of all the things I experienced during my vacation to Italy, this one will remain the highlight.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but wow! This experience first off was just incredible- I have never experienced anything like it and it is a once in a lifetime experience I truly believe everyone should do once! But second and most importantly the staff was amazing. We did not book the package with transport because we thought taxi would be easier (this was not our brightest moment). We got our taxi from Florence and headed to the meeting point which was pricey but okay then once we finished the experience we went to book our taxi back to Florence and there was none to be found anywhere!!!!! We tried on 4 different Italian taxi ride apps and no cars found. We texted one of our staff members Francesco from the company and told him we were having a hard time getting a ride home. He then without any question said be there in 5 minutes and picked us back up and drove us to our hotel. He was absolutely our saving grace as we would have been stuck in Tuscany with no way to get home if it wasn’t for his quick communication and genuine generosity. The trip was already a 10/10 experience but Francesco made it a 100/10 experience for us by going out of his way to help us! All of this to say book this tour & book it with the transport option if you planned to rely on taxis!!

This was an amazing experience! I was nervous, because of heights but Roberto was an amazing pilot. He answered any and all questions we had. It was so enjoyable. He saw wild bears running and brought the balloon lower so we could see them. I would recommend this for everyone!

Very good communication about when transfer will pick you up at your accommodations (if that option was selected when booking. That early in the morning, I felt safe knowing the vehicle and name of driver). Experienced balloon pilot made this my highlight of our trip to the Tuscany region.

We had a great time, it's a perfect chance to view the Tuscan countryside. The ride is peaceful and slow and really fits for everyone. We would like to point out although the listing says it starts at 6am the actual time depends on sunrise and we started it around 7:30am instead so take care for your plans

Beautiful morning for a balloon ride. Captain was pleasant. The end of the ride was interesting. We landed in a field further away than normal and the gate was locked. Nice breakfast of meats, rolls, croissants and champagne.

I have wanted to go on a hot air balloon since I was 6 years old, and it did not disappoint! We got a little lost on the way there (could see the balloon bit not figure out how to get to it) and they were SO wonderful in helping find and direct us to the right spot. The views were glorious, the staff was incredibly sweet, skilled and personable. Would 14/10 recommend. Thank you for beautiful views and a breathtaking experience!

Amazing experience! We did this for our honeymoon and was absolutely stunning. We had to postpone a day due to weather which was fine and well worth the wait. Communication from Giorgia was excellent letting us know in good time and giving us the option of a refund or to postpone and was quick to answer any of our questions. Overall a breathtaking experience with friendly staff finished off with a lovely breakfast of pastries, cured meats and prossecco in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Would definitely reccomend

Amazing views and fun experience. Flight was about 55 mins. Breakfast on landing was good. Only negative is transportation to the site if you dont have a car. They charge an obscene amount for a shared shuttle. Theyre basically making 600+ eur for less than 90 mins round-trip of driving. Also keep in mind that the tour is subject to weather so maybe keep spare time in your schedule if this is a must do. We were offered a day earlier or 3 days later and luckily were able to squeeze this in.

We're glad you enjoyed the flight experience. However, please note that even though you hadn't planned a way to get to the departure point, we arranged a last-minute driver pick-up for you the evening before. Otherwise, you wouldn't have made it to the meeting point. You should also consider that the asking price is significantly lower than the one you mentioned in your review. And I want to conclude by telling you that the cost of a taxi/uber would have been much higher than what you were actually asked for.

Such a wonderful experience for myself and my partner, travelling from Aus! Francesco and Giorgia were lovely and very easy to deal with. The process was simple to book and detailed instructions were sent to me the day before the trip and they picked us up and dropped us back with ease. The flight itself was beautiful and the little picnic at the end organised by them was a lovely end to the experience. I would definitely recommend this.

This experience had been on my bucket list for years, and we were lucky enough to make it happen—last minute, no less! Our original booking (with a different company) was cancelled due to weather, but we managed to sign up the day before with this amazing team. Since we didn’t have a rental car, we opted for hotel pickup and drop-off, which worked out perfectly. About half the group did the same, while the rest drove themselves to the launch site. We received clear communication the night before with details on when to be ready, and at 5 a.m., we were picked up for the ~20-minute drive just outside the city. We arrived at an open field where a team of over six crew members was already busy preparing the hot air balloon. Watching the entire inflation process—from a flat bundle on the ground to a fully upright, majestic balloon—was absolutely fascinating. I was amazed by just how massive it was in person. Our group included 16 passengers and two crew members for the roughly one-hour flight. The views were breathtaking, and the duration felt just right—not too short, not too long. After a smooth landing, we celebrated with a light spread of bread, cheese, meats, and prosecco—a lovely touch to wrap up the experience. Then we were driven back to our hotel.All in all, it was an unforgettable adventure and the perfect way to take in the scenic beauty from above. Highly recommend!

They sent a WhatsApp message the night before confirming the experience was going ahead, and details of the meeting point. We drove our rental car and arrived at 5.45am as instructed, and they were just starting to inflate the balloon with air which is a very cool process to watch. Other people arrived by transfer vans. Shoe covers provided which were good as we had to walk through grassy slightly damp fields at the start and end (only for like 100 metres not far at all). We were loaded up into 4 quadrants of the basket, given instructions on how to brace ourselves when it came time to land, and up we went. You can ask the pilot questions when up in the air but otherwise most of time everyone was silent taking in the views. Landing was a bit bumpy but fine. Nice little Italian breakfast provided after we landed (Prosecco or juice, pastries, sliced meat and cheese). Then we were driven back to the original take-off point which was about 20-30 mins away from where we ended up landing. Others went back to where their transfers picked them up from. Francesco was a fantastic and experienced pilot, happy to answer questions, always looked calm on the outside, friendly to talk to. All the ground staff and support staff were super friendly as well! This company was the best one from what I saw of other balloons around us in terms of service/experience.

It was fabulous! They picked my husband and I up and dropped us off at our hotel door. The driver was very friendly and very safe. When we arrived we were able to watch them fill the balloons. We were in the air to watch the beautiful sunrise! Our driver was also our pilot and did an amazing job. They also served Prosecco and a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, and breads upon landing. We highly recommend this company!!!
