This tour is an absolutely waist of time . It started off with a strong advisory from the providers to leave 10 Euro tip to the guide to support the "free" tour. The hull tour was based on some myths and fairy tail stories about some jousts in the house and asosination of one of the Medici members and so on. Do not bother wasting your previous 2 h in the evening

Our guide was stopping and letting people in up to 30 mins past start time.
Guide was long winded but informative just hard to stay engaged.
It takes you through key areas when it’s down to minimal people and you can see the work at night time that’s hard to see in day light with 5-25k more people around.

Angela was informative and very friendly. We enjoyed learning about Florence’s dark stories. Recommend taking tours early in your trip to the city to see and enjoy the sites so that you get the most out of your visit. It is about 2 hours of walking so wear comfortable shoes and have fun!

The tour guide was good and knowledgeable , however the stories were a bit underwhelming. I was hoping for more spooky or bloody stories, this felt more like a history tour.

Our tour leader was a friendly gentleman, but the tour started late as the leader was having a hard time with the radios, and stopping constantly to allow late arrivals to the tour over and over again. We were in the same square for about an hour and didn’t really move anywhere on a very cold evening. We abandoned the tour, left our headsets with the guide, left a tip and our thanks, but hope they can take the feedback to make things better for future groups.

It was a great introduction into some of the darker histories of Florence. Stories of lost love, treachery, ghost stories and more. Our host Jamie was very informative and entertaining. Worth doing.

This is such a fun complement to the Medici history tour. You get different stories, dark plots, and even some gruesome details. This was a grand adventure, but remember to dress warm if it’s not summer! Glenda was a great guide, and she showed more patience with our rather rude group than they deserved—she was gracious and helpful and generous to the end. It was a pleasure and she was an excellent guide and storyteller.

I wound definitely recommend it to people that travel without guide. The things that Antonio , our guide, said to us were very interesting and he was also really funny. I recommend to take this tour at your firsts nights in Florence so you will have an idea where to go. The stories were spooky and very interesting. Don't miss it!

This was a tour that you need to do to experience another side of Florence. Antonio, our guide, was really funny and engaging - he delivered content in a way that was mysterious yet deadpan, he could honestly do standup comedy! We learned more about the history of Florence and there were some amazing things he pointed out that you otherwise would not have noticed while walking around the city. We spent 4 days in Florence and walked past the same places at least 3 times and never saw what Antonio pointed out to us, and the meaning behind them. Dress warmly if you are doing this in the cold months and wear good walking shoes. If you have time in the evening, I highly recommend going on this tour because it's so value for money and such a good way to spend our time. Thank you Antonio, you're really great!

Tour group was far too large 48 and there was a lot of standing around particularly at the start. Stories were interesting enough and guide well informed. I have to say I previously had done a ghost walk around Rome which was a group of 12 or so which was so much better than this one so in truth I was disappointed. Expected tip level too high if everyone gave 10€ that is €480 for 2hrs work by the guide

We really enjoyed the colorful flair and storytelling about the various locations. Our tour guide, Gabriel, was exceptional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and engaging. He was easy to follow, easy to understand, and had a charming personality. He clearly knew his stuff and gave us amazing tidbits of statues and buildings we have passed several times not knowing much about them… it was a great balance of lore and historical stories. We really enjoyed it.

Our Guide Antonio was very friendly and has some good storytelling-skills. In our English tour we understood him very well! He made sure everyone was set for the tour at the beginning. Only that it was hard for us to stand so long - there could’ve been more stops and walking.
