We enjoyed our tour of the Ufizzi Gallery. I rated it a 4 out of 5, because I could not understand the guide. My headset had some static.
Short tour with guide but you see the important thing. guide was very helpful, knowledgeable and cozy

Worst guide we’ve ever had. She seemed angry and frustrated by the delays getting in, despite telling us it was always like that at the Uffizi on Tuesdays. We spent much of the allotted tour time in lines so she gave us a perfunctory tour and said she wouldn’t give us the time we had paid for. Not worth the money.
Informative and well paced. Very beautiful sculptures and master piece paintings.
Art affectation folks would love this museum.

An overcrowded day at the museum. Skip the line was a 30 minute wait in line. Guide gave us 45 minutes on 4/5 paintings, nowhere near what we thought it would be.
Our guide was excellent and knew her history!! The museum was so so crowded. We were prepared for crowds but not to the extent we experienced. Nothing can top seeing the statute of David!!

This was an excellent tour. Francesco was incredibly knowledgeable and helped bring the paintings to life. I simply would not have the understanding of the artwork without Francesco generously sharing his knowledge and personal appreciation. Art can offer a wonderful glimpse back in time at the social and political environment and this was made real for me during the tour. Just amazing!

Excellent overview of the Uffitzi! Would have missed a lot were it not for our incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide Emmanuela. She was great! Had a lovely tour and the works are amazing.

We really enjoyed the way our guide placed the art in the Uffizi in the context of the history of Florence. It helped us appreciate the locality of the art, making it more than just a collection of Renaissance art but reflecting the history of Florence.

We booked this at the last minute - deciding the night before the tour to see if there was any guided tours of the Uffizi available. With six in our group, we were glad to get a spot. An unexepected traffic jam caused our guide to be late for our tour, but this was not an issue. The staff called us the morning of the tour to confirm that we knew where to meet them -- and that was a welcome change from previous tours with other companies. The meeting spot was next to a bar which allowed us to get breakfast and cafe before the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. She taught us about history and placed the art in context of that. She helped us see distinctive differences between pieces and artists - things we would not have been able to pick up on without her. We were able to ask a lot of questions and learned a lot in our 1.5 hours with her. She also made recommendations for other things to see after our official tour ended and shared some ideas about where to visit in Florence.

The day before they changed us the date. Fortunately we can do it the next day. The gallery is expectacular and our guida, Anna, was wonderful, she has a lot of knowledge ang do a great explain.

Short walk from meeting point to museum.
Guide very kind and knowledgable. They gave us headphones that plug into a little radio so we could hear the guide perfectly.
Tour covered one floor but you could walk to first floor if you wanted after the tour.

We couldn’t go because we got an email from the city that the gallery was closed due to a broken air conditioner. We were very disappointed.
The Uffizi is crowded, but don’t miss the opportunity to see this amazing museum. There are less expensive ways to visit this gorgeous collection, but I highly recommend taking the Viator small group tour. Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, Julia, brought the works of art to life. We learned both art and Italian history from her stories. She was very kind and inclusive with our grandchildren and tried to make certain they were enjoying and learning from the experience. The communications from Viator and their local representative, City Tour Florence, were excellent.
It was an excellent experience! I could not believe how fortunate I was to get a ticket to Uffizi Gallery just the day before the tour. Our tour guide Sylvia was knowledgeable and patient.

Our tour guide, Sylvia, did an excellent job explaining the history behind the Medici family and all the great pieces of art displayed inside.
Well organized. Wonderful and educational. Made the artwork relatable. Highly recommend. Enjoyed the storytelling.
Very informative. Guide was very passionate and knowledgeable about the museum. We had the opportunity to see main pieces in the museum because we had a very limited schedule.
We booked from a cruise that was in a port 75 minutes away with typical traffic. We left from the port three hours before our scheduled Viator tour. Unfortunately, there was a multi-car pileup with three fatalities that completely shut down the highway. We called the Viator office to explain our situation, and they said to get there when we could. We arrived at 10:30 and they gave us our museum tickets but said there would be no tour. There was absolutely no effort to get us onto a later tour, nor would they refund any part of our payment, even though the reason we were late was no fault of our own. They were absolutely no help at all and we were out a significant amount of money. Needless to say, we didn't book any more Viator trips for the rest of the two-week cruise. They lost money on the deal.

As this was a guided group tour, we were unable to delay the scheduled departure or transfer guests to a later tour. However, our team ensured that you still received your museum entrance tickets so you could visit the gallery independently.
We understand your disappointment and appreciate your understanding of the operational constraints involved.
The driver was waiting right outside of baggage claim. He was very nice and grabbed my bags. The trip to our hotel was quick and efficient.
There is some walking, but a lot of standing in one place. Crowded but lots to look at.
Our guide was incredible. Very knowledgeable. I would book with this company again. So much information in a small amount of time. Can’t say enough about how much we learned.

This was not the tour for me and my family. The guide was very knowledgeable but spent so much time on every painting that we were frankly turned off. I would rather have spent less time on each painting and seen more. The tour ended very abruptly and by that time we were all exhausted.
