It was a beautiful tour of the city history and its art. Nebal has so much interesting information about the buildings, artists and stories of the past. Be ready to walk though.
The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about Michelangelo's David and the paintings in the Uffizi Museum
Worth the money. Small group, our guide was so knowledgable . Well timed. We saw all the highlights and she had many helpful recommendations
Angela was an amazing guide. The city is beautiful and we're very happy that we took the tour. So we could visit as many sites as we did. Thank you so much for all
This was a fantastic tour! We did it on our first full day of the city so we had a good understanding of Florence for the remainder of our trip. The tour moved at a great pace and Giada was very welcoming and passionate. We appreciated that the museums focused on highlights while making sure that we didn’t miss anything of importance. Would highly recommend this tour!
Great way to see all the key highlights with an excellent guide. Annette was outstanding.
There’s so much to see it would otherwise be overwhelming.
Florence is extremely crowded. We were happy to have minimal waits and the knowledge of Brenda. She obviously loves Florence and art history.
Brenda was amazing! Great guide with massive knowledge of both art history and Florence. Had a nice hour break for lunch. Make sure to bring water if you go in the summer
A great way to get a snapshot of the main things to see in Florence. Valentina was knowledgeable & kept us on our toes, asking us what we knew of what we saw.
We didn’t go to the leather market or see il porchellino, but happy with what we did see.
Overall tour was a great way to see important sites and learn about the history of the art and city. We learned a lot. Our tour guide Valentina was very knowledgeable and engaging, I appreciated that she asked us questions to help us think and learn about the art we were seeing. It would have been helpful if she had a flag or something to see where she was going walking. She often walked quickly without verbal cues about which direction she was going so it was a little hard to keep up at times.
My wife and I went on this tour and found it was a nice way to explore and see the main highlights of Florence. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the audio quality of the headsets. With all the background noise and the relatively poor audio quality of the microphone, I found I needed to stand close to the tour guide.
Stefano was our guide and he provided a great tour of the city. When confronted with one of the best art museums in the world and 80 possible rooms to visit, that could take weeks to complete, Stefano focused attention on the most significant artists and what makes the paintings and sculptures so great. It was the history of Florence art and architecture in a four hour cliff notes.
Very informative and enjoyable trip! We got to see the highlights of both the Uffizi and Accademia, skipping long lines to both, and had a very knowledgeable guide who told us everything we wanted to know and more. This experience was perfect for us as we didn’t want to spend hours walking through museums - it focused on the highlights without combing through every peice of art in every room. Our guide was wonderful - she was super engaging, knowledgeable, fun, and helpful.
It was great to skip the lines - particularly at the Accademia Gallery. Our tour guide was very informative. There was a fair amount of walking as would be expected.
A wonderful summary of Florence and art history. Our guide (Valentina) had a great grasp of Florence history, a great sense of humor, and I learned a great deal from this tour. Highly recommended.
Matt was an excellent guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very well connected to all the museums. We found him to be extremely versed in art history and delivered the information in a fun and interesting way. Highly recommended this tour!
Great tour! The guide, Ismael was amazing! I wish the tour included an inside tour of Duomo. The tour of Uffizi was great and Ismael gave a nice expiration of every artifact.
Very comprehensive! The guide explained everything we were seeing and gave us so much back story for it all!!
We loved Florence and this tour. It was a very full day with so much art to see. Our guide was very knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy her job.
The tour was professionally planned with a prompt response to my queries. Our guide Alma was helpful and an absolute font of knowledge. She answered all our questions and really helped our understanding of Florence's history through politics and art.
What a way to bring florence to life. Our wonderful guide brought the city, the academia and the uffizi alive.
Starting location was not obvious but worked out
Expensive tour but well worth it & Greta's knowledge and attention to each tour member was outstanding.
Lots of walking.
Laura was amazing. She is a character and full of knowledge. So much ch to see and appreciate on this walking tour. It is a sample bite of Florence but is you are pressed for time it is just right.
A great tour, so much information about the Medici family and how they shaped the history of Florence and the world. Our tour guide was wonderful.
Brenda was great and a wealth on knowledge. She did everything to make us feel comfortable and.kept us out of the sun!
The small tour of 8 people, including 4 in my family was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Federico ("Feve") was very knowledgeable and in the business for over a decade. Being from the area, he guided us through both the historic details of the Academy and the Uffizzi Gallery but also Firenze's hidden gems and personal recommendations for food and gelatos. Pace was relaxed and we hit all the important spots. Highly recommended!
Our family of 6 had an amazing time with Elena. She did a fabulous job engaging our kids and sharing her wealth of knowledge on the history and art. This tour is a great way to see many of Florence's highlights if short on time. Grazie Mille!
Excellent guide (Anette) made the whole experience very interesting. A lot to pack into one day but well worthwhile if that bis all the time you have.
Annette was extremely knowledgeable and well organized guide, who took care with every member of our group. The tour is a good first day orientation to Florence, and “hits the highlights” if you don’t have much time. The artistic Masters’ works on this tour are simply “Must Sees”. The lunch break comes at the right moment. Highly recommend!
An extremely knowledgable and pleasant guide who gave us all an insight into her training in art history.
Politely, I and then later one other of the group asked her to speak more slowly, but she did slow down initially, our guide gradually resumed her “normal speed”.
When one is in places with crowds, like the Ufizzi, where hearing clearly is often difficult, this is an important issue. Some group members are simply too polite to mention this.
Except for that issue, my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed and learned much from the tour.
