Glenda was very knowable, great information & stories. Loved her extra effort of an album of pictures related to history. Kudos, Glenda!
The museum visits wouldn’t have been 10% of the value without the information of the tour. Only the rain caused some wet feet
Wonderful tour focusing on the main highlights of Florence with a knowledgeable tour director. Learning about the history of Florence and its past leaders, seeing the famous masterpieces of Florence up close all while being able to skip the line made this tour a day to remember.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience touring the Uffizi Gallery and seeing Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia in Florence with our amazing guide, Brenda! She was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and engaging, bringing the art and history of Florence to life through fascinating historical details and intimate stories that we would never have discovered on our own.
What truly set Brenda apart was her grace under pressure. When things didn’t go quite as expected, she remained calm, composed, and professional, ensuring that our experience was still exceptional.
Her passion for art and history, combined with her warm personality and wonderful storytelling, made this tour one of the highlights of our time in Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and cannot recommend Brenda and this tour highly enough! If you have the opportunity to tour Florence with Brenda, don’t miss it!

The experience we had in Florence was top notch. Lucia was an exceptional guide whose knowledge was amazing. She is so positive and delightful which even added more to our experience. Life long memory for sure
The tour itself the part I got to go on was excellent and my guide was good. However, they did not put my sister in the Iin the same group and when we explained that to them, they took 30 minutes to try and solve it making everyone else wait. In the end they made us go on separate tours and my afternoon David experience was ruined by standing for at least 30 minutes in the rain and hail without the tour guide, moving us to a place of protection. I never got to see David. I am disappointed.

Great day experiencing the history and art of Florence. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this at the beginning of your stay in Florence because there will be museums you'll want to return to spend more time.
The tour absolutely highlights some of the best renaissance art in Florence. Seeing Academia and Ufizzi are once in a lifetime experiences. Our tour guide, Alma was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions, we lucked out with her! Gracia Alma!
Amazing experience!! Definitely worth the money. I'm not a huge fan of history or art but everything I've researched states that the 2 main museums in Florence are absolute must-sees, so I signed up for this tour that covered both. Annette was such an amazing tour guide! She talked continuously the entire tour, which was very impressive in itself, but she shared such a substantial amount of information everywhere we went! And she made everything so fascinating too, pointing out little details in the art work, things that I would have never been able to learn otherwise. Her comments really drew me into the pieces and had me analyzing them like I honestly never have before!
It was a long, very informative day, but the amount of time spent at each place felt very sufficient for me. I would definitely recommend this tour! Especially with Annette as your tour guide!

This was an excellent way to learn the history of the city and hit the main areas of interest while getting to understand what we may want to do on our own later.

It was a beautiful tour of the city history and its art. Nebal has so much interesting information about the buildings, artists and stories of the past. Be ready to walk though.

This was a fantastic tour! We did it on our first full day of the city so we had a good understanding of Florence for the remainder of our trip. The tour moved at a great pace and Giada was very welcoming and passionate. We appreciated that the museums focused on highlights while making sure that we didn’t miss anything of importance. A great way to get a snapshot of the main things to see in Florence. Valentina was knowledgeable & kept us on our toes, asking us what we knew of what we saw.
We didn’t go to the leather market or see il porchellino, but happy with what we did see.
Overall tour was a great way to see important sites and learn about the history of the art and city. We learned a lot. Our tour guide Valentina was very knowledgeable and engaging, I appreciated that she asked us questions to help us think and learn about the art we were seeing. It would have been helpful if she had a flag or something to see where she was going walking. She often walked quickly without verbal cues about which direction she was going so it was a little hard to keep up at times.
My wife and I went on this tour and found it was a nice way to explore and see the main highlights of Florence. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the audio quality of the headsets. With all the background noise and the relatively poor audio quality of the microphone, I found I needed to stand close to the tour guide.
Stefano was our guide and he provided a great tour of the city. When confronted with one of the best art museums in the world and 80 possible rooms to visit, that could take weeks to complete, Stefano focused attention on the most significant artists and what makes the paintings and sculptures so great. It was the history of Florence art and architecture in a four hour cliff notes.
Very informative and enjoyable trip! We got to see the highlights of both the Uffizi and Accademia, skipping long lines to both, and had a very knowledgeable guide who told us everything we wanted to know and more. This experience was perfect for us as we didn’t want to spend hours walking through museums - it focused on the highlights without combing through every peice of art in every room. Our guide was wonderful - she was super engaging, knowledgeable, fun, and helpful.
