- Full names of all participants must be provided at booking and must match a valid government-issued ID or passport. Entry to the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia will be refused if names do not match, and changes cannot be made after booking
- Uffizi Gallery entry tickets and reservation fees included: €29 – Adult admission ticket, €2 – Reduced admission ticket for European Union citizens aged 18–25 (inclusive), €0 – Free admission for visitors under 18 years of age
- From January 1st, 2027, if your tour includes the Accademia and Uffizi Galleries, you will also enjoy a walking tour between venues, allowing your English-speaking guide to share fascinating stories and insights about Florence’s history and highlights along the way. Please note that the break between the two parts of the tour will no longer be included.

Your really helped focus on the main paintings and understand them. Our guide Stefanie was very well informed . He patiently explained all the art and also gave us some fun stories
Angela was a wonderful guide. I got so much more out of my visit because she shared her extensive knowledge about the art we were seeing. Very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely book another tour with her.
Paulina was a spectacular guide! She was very engaging and informative. She answered all of our questions and gave us the perfect look into history through the artworks we were viewing. She was very sweet and smiled the whole time.
We very much enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend her.
Our luggage was left in Amsterdam and did not arrive for two days. We went to the airport to pick it up and was delayed due to customs, which caused us to miss our Uffizi tour appointment time. VIator would not rebook us or refund us. I would gladly change my review if I get rebooked or received a refund!

We are truly sorry to hear about what happened with your luggage. We completely understand how stressful and upsetting it must have been to have your luggage delayed and then miss your Uffizi tour because of the additional customs delay.
We understand that these circumstances are beyond your control. However as the tickets were purchased in your names, we are unable to cancel or change as per venue's regulations.
We completely understand your disappointment and are genuinely sorry that this situation affected your experience. We would recommend contacting your travel insurance provider, as they may be able to assist with the costs resulting from the luggage delay and the missed tour.
Please accept our sincere apologies, and we hope the rest of your trip was a much more enjoyable experience.
Our tour guide was amazing! She was local and very knowledgable. Knowing about each art made the experience way more enjoyable.
It is highly worth joining a guided tour to learn about the key paintings on display and how they fit into the history of art. It really brings the displays to life. As a bonus, you also get to skip the long queue with a fast track for group tours. My guide, Sarah Cater, was knowledgeable and amusing and made the experience a great one.
It covered a lot! Our guide Angelo was very informative and entertaining. It was, though, a very large group for what was supposed to be a small group tour (there were 18 in our group in addition to Angelo) and that was disappointing.

A kindly tour highlighting all of what you need to see and none of what you didn’t. We were then allowed to walk through the museum at our own pace after the tour. He was just the right amount.
Our guide was knowledgeable and charming. She spoke English very clearly the headsets we used worked very well, so we could hear her throughout the entire tour.
Very informative and the guide went at our pace. We took time to see and hear important information with regard the works we were viewing. The guide made us feel welcome throughout the tour.
We couldn’t find the tour guide any where we went to meeting point no sign of anyone And when we called to get a refund or change dates they asked for more money a fee extra it was already a 133, they didn’t help me and I’m requesting a refund bec it’s not fair to spend all that money. For no service. Don’t book here they’re not helpful when things happen no one cared . Your in your own your better off going to the ticket office yourself. So disappointed

This was the tour I was looking forward to the most, and was my favorite tour in Florence so far. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. She had so many beautiful bits of information to add to the experience of seeing some of these amazing masterpieces. And skipping the lines in this heat? Worth every penny.
A small group tour which focuses on a selection of works and has a consistent theme is more informative than a stroll through a huge gallery
Audio guide was not flexible or user friendly so we abandoned it. We could not find the starting point. We could not find descriptions of pieces we wanted to hear. In our case the price of the audio guide was wasted money. The Uffizi Gallery is spectacular however and Viator helped get us in the door. I would have preferred a different audio guide experience.

It was cancelled because the gallery limited tickets due to an AC issue. Only day in the city and we missed out on one of their top attractions. We’re from the US so not like we come to Italy much. Not sure when tours can buy tickets, but if they could early then this is unforgivable. Almost no one in line to go into the museum when we walked by at our tour time.

To clarify, the cancellation was due to a severe regional heatwave that forced the Uffizi administration to suddenly close the museum for safety. While we always secure tickets well in advance, a force majeure closure means all tickets become invalid and entry is barred for everyone—which is why the lines were empty when you walked by.
We notified you immediately upon receiving this last-minute update from the museum. While this situation was entirely outside of our control, we deeply regret that it disrupted your trip.
Our tour guide was so kind. She spent extra time with the younger kids on the tour. She was incredibly accommodating. Some of the other guests were running late and she was nice enough to allow them time to meet us. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
Stephanie is a very knowledgeable guide with a flexible program that she can tailor to suit the interests of the group. The tour was well executed and very informative.
Polina was awesome focused on the important things for us to know on this tour, was easy to understand and the audio systems worked great. Highly recommend!
The tour guide was highly knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, it was a very enjoyable tour. He was very patient with the group and made sure all could hear him clearly.
Very easy to see the highlights without too much wandering. We did this with older adults and younger children and it was great for everyone!

This tour was excellent. Our guide was so knowledgeable, took time to answer our questions and gave us interpretations and histories of many famous works of art. The pace was perfect. We had 2 teens, 2 parents and a grandparent and and everyone stayed engaged start to finish. Highly recommend!
Very crowded. Tour only included some of Renaissance rooms 90 minutes, but we were allowed to stay on our own longer. I felt I could have seen as much on my own without a guide. Not as good as other Viatour tours I've taken.

Felt like I was getting quizzed by a professor. Some interaction is fine, but we only got to 3-5 pieces in 45 minutes. So much to see and the tour was not moving fast.

Tour ran long, guide was knowledgeable but spent too much time at very few spots. We felt like we didn't get to see hardly any of the museum and wished the guide would have been more succinct with the highlights, moved along more quickly to include more things. The Uffizi has so much amazing art work that we felt cheated not getting to see more on the tour.
