Very good fun! We enjoyed the lesson and the food. The wine was nice also and the tiramisu was really nice. You also get recipes at the end so can make the same at home. We learned about the pasta and Tuscan foods.

This class was perfect for my kids (in their 20’s) and me. Hands on making pasta and ravioli from scratch. Watching step by step for the tiramisu. We enjoyed all 3 for dinner and endless wine. Everything was delicious and filling. All the recipes were provided. The cook and all the workers were all so nice. This was a perfect time for our Florence vacation. I would highly recommend this location/restaurant for your class.

This was a fun experience something I would recommend for sure The people were great, very knowledgeable and fun. It was also really great to be able to enjoy the food that you made! There was someone there taking pictures the entire time, but I’m not sure how we get those pictures. Hopefully someone reaches out to us.

Wow, I mean... WOW! Rafa is was the nicest and funniest person we met in Italy. The restaurant is what you've expect from a great rustic Tuscan place (even seemed a little too luxurious for just a cooking class). We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco, had a nice and engaging introduction to history and cuisine, then we went in hands on mode! Rafa guided us in a laid back and relaxed way (you can see that he does this with love) so everyone in a group felt really entertained. We ate, we drunk, joked and laughed, had great conversations... Truly exceptional, cannot recommend enough

The chef was amazing, guiding us step by step with such patience and passion, while also sharing fascinating insights about Italian cuisine and culture. What made it even more special was the guide, who added a unique touch by telling us stories about Florence’s history and even leading us on a short tour before the class. Non seulement parce que je n’avais jamais préparé de pâtes fraîches faites à la main, mais aussi parce que ce cours de cuisine a créé un souvenir inoubliable. Nous avons commencé par la préparation des pâtes, une expérience déjà accompagnée d’un excellent vin toscan. Ensuite, nous avons dégusté ces délicieuses pâtes, de types différents, toujours sublimées par le vin, pour enfin conclure en beauté avec un tiramisu italien traditionnel. Je recommande vivement cette expérience à tous ceux qui souhaitent savourer de véritables pâtes, mais surtout, qui rêvent de les réaliser eux-mêmes.
