Manuel’s team provided our family and friends with the most fun night of our trip! He is a passionate, knowledgeable tour guide who shared Rome’s rich history with our family and friends. Even in a heat wave his tour was a refreshing way to see the city and capture some great photos. We had a blast with his team and their beautiful vespas!

I can't recommend this tour enough - it was so fun and the guides were terrific. We made several stops to take photos at iconic spots throughout the city. The vespas are nimble and the drivers were able to navigate through traffic. Do this!

Overview

Hop on a vintage Vespa for an evening tour of the Eternal City. First stop: Rome’s most iconic landmark, the Colosseum. After a brief stop for gelato and coffee (included), the tour continues with stops at the Mouth of the Truth, Circus Maximus , Palatine Hill, Saint Peter's Square, and the Gianicolo Hill. An experienced guide does the driving so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the views.

Itinerary

See the sites of Rome on the back of a Vespa and pretend you’re a local, hair blowing in the wind. This evening Vespa tour is with a small-group, so you’ll meet a few new people while you’re sightseeing.

You won’t be driving- your guide will. You can relax either behind the driver or in a sidecar. You don’t have to worry about dealing with traffic or navigating between the city’s landmarks. Your guide will also tell you all about the history and culture of the places you pass by places like Venice Square, the Roman Baths, the Colosseum, and much more.
Make sure your cameras are ready, too.

Along the way you’ll also be treated to an Italian delight- gelato, plus a cup of coffee to get you energized for the night ahead.

If you're ONE guest ONLY we will use a single vespa (NO SIDECAR) with driver.

What a great experience! We knew we would have a great time and the ride definitely lived up to it. Our guide Marcus was amazing and informative and our drivers were friendly and funny. My teen girls smiled the whole 3 hours. What put it over the top for us was the customer care. At end of tour when it was all over and we were 30 minutes past leaving the drivers, we realized my husband’s wallet was missing. It’s a black magnetic wallet and we couldn’t find it anywhere. We were afraid it had fallen out of his pack and magnetized to the sidecar (it indeed had). I called the company and the woman I talked to was concerned and immediately called her drivers. They indeed found it. One of her drivers, Oliver brought it to us personally on his own time and then refused the tip we offered. The office then followed up with a caring text. What a kind family company! Please consider their services!

This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Rome! The sidecar Vespa tour was such a unique way to experience the city, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. Our lead guide was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and passionate about Rome. He shared so many interesting stories and historical facts that you wouldn’t get just wandering around on your own. The whole team made us feel safe, welcome, and looked after from start to finish. The route was fantastic, taking us to iconic landmarks as well as hidden gems and some amazing viewpoints. They knew all the best places to stop for photos, and we never felt rushed. Riding through the streets of Rome in a vintage Vespa sidecar is an experience I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for something different that combines sightseeing, history, and a lot of laughs, book this tour. It was worth every euro!

Without a doubt, this was one of the major highlights of our trip. Originally, our family had looked at doing a golf cart tour. So happy we chose this instead. Roberto was our guide and so wonderful. He went out of his way to make everything super special. We felt like family actually. The other guides that were with the other families or couples were great as well. We saw and learned so much. It is a must-do excursion. Max who ran our group was knowledgeable and kept the tour on schedule. He answered questions. Marco was our sidecar Vespa driver ,and he was an impeccable driver. He conveyed details while driving between stops. He took up the rear of the group ensuring solo customer drivers were safe & "shepherd" in line. He was also amusing.

This was really a wonderful and one of kind experience. Our tour guide was awesome and although the drivers in Rome are wild we never felt unsafe. There was a bike race and part of the city was shut down but that didn’t diminish the experience or what we got to see. We had a blast! I would highly recommend!

This tour was the best thing we did during our two weeks in Italy. Our driver, Simone, was outstanding. From the moment we met him, he made us feel welcome. He was so personable and knowledgeable. What truly made the experience unforgettable was how much he shared with us about daily life in Rome, the culture, and the city beyond the usual tourist perspective. We were also able to experience parts of Rome that we never would have been able to see on foot. It was such a fun way to explore the city, and I cannot recommend this experience enough.

I treated my husband (who is a sponge for history), my teenage son (who is ADHD and gets overwhelmed easily) and my 10 year old son (who is easy doing anything) to a Vespa tour with Andreas and Marco. For our financial situation a tour like this is a luxury and I had to save up for it....and I cannot tell you how impressed with myself I am...this tour was pure joy for all of us. We all have very different capabilities of sight seeing and this tour was the highlight for each of us. In terms of safety-it's so safe; my nervous husband was relaxed from the start. In terms of fun-even though it's safe the feeling of zipping around is exactly as cool as I was hoping. In terms of touring and information-Andrea is a through and through historian. I felt badly that he got stuck with me because I am NOT good with history (I just wanted to spend time with my kids and not have to be responsible of anything) but he was so understanding and to my own surprise I DID actually learn so much. To get a locals view of this unreal city I abolutley recommed this tour and especially Andrea and Marco. Thanks guys, we'll never forget our afternoon.
