Peter our guide was a local that knew the areas and history of Rome. Very personable. Arrived early at our hotel for pick up. Beautiful clean Mercedes vehicle for the tour. Took us to many areas, the Pantheon, the large fountain, the Vatican, the Venice area, the Trevi Fountain, the Colleseum and other sites. Explained the history of the city thru the ages.
Highly recommend this tour and Peter as your guide.

A beautiful time with Andrea exploring Rime at night. He was so informative- lots of little stories for each place and a fantastic photographer. I would say this is a must do during your visit. Ask for Andrea- he is wonderful

Really excellent activity! We planned this the first night of our arrival to get a sense of the city. We learned so much and saw the city from different vantage points. Tour guide was knowledgeable AND personable - that’s huge! Very highly recommend.

We did several Viator tours while in Rome, but this was our favorite. Our guide, Stefano, texted the day before to confirm the pick-up. He picked us up at our hotel on time and provided us with a magical experience. The vehicle was extremely nice and comfortable. He took us to many of the most popular sights, parked where we could get the best photos, and got out with us to provide history and information while we took photos. At night, the city was even more beautiful; the Colosseum. Trevi Fountain and Pantheon lit up at night are spectacular. Stefano was a wonderful guide. Highly recommend this tour!

We toured in a Mercedes SUV with Beatrice, who happened to be a trained archeologist. She was knowledgeable and was able to tease fact from fable at all the sites we visited. She was passionate about Rome. We enjoyed our tour greatly and would travel with Beatrice again on a tour in Rome.

Andrea was an entertaining and delightful guide who ensured we had a great time touring Rome at night. We saw many gorgeous sites lit up spectacularly, including the Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Trevi fountain (where Andrea helped us "skip the line" to get some amazing selfies). Andrea was a treasure trove of information regarding Roman history and mythology, taking us around the city to point out many lesser known yet interesting sites that we might not have seen if we did everything on our own. Finally, Andrea himself can tell you about the many famous film stars and musicians he's met in his work in security and acting. You will not be bored with Andrea as your guide! We felt he was a very accommodating, professional, and extremely interesting fellow.

Best way to start your Rome stay! We did this tour the night we arrived in Rome. Excellent. Beatrice was our guide and she was fabulous. An archeologist who loves her city and shared all her knowledge with us.
We saw the coliseum just as the sun was setting, and then hit all the highlights. We got out of the car several times and had the chance to walk through the square, or up the steps to overlook the forum. So it’s not like a bus tour - and we loved it.
