Our guide was amazing. It was a very intimate group which our guide asked everyone where they were from and made and effort to get to know us. It was a grueling day, but very rewarding. We got to see much of the important. sites in the city and our guide was extremely knowledgeable. There was others in our group that had taken a tour in the Colosseum at that other Tour did not measure up to the quality of this Tour. It was an extremely enjoyable day.

Cultural delight

We had a wonderful day, Antonio was our driver and an excellent at maneuvering a huge coach though the tightest of roads. Flavio was charming, informative and very helpful. Flavio's knowledge and pride with regard to ancient history, local food and cultures and geography felt limitless. Our guide around Pompeii was a delightful young lady and once again she proud to share her knowledge and humor throughout the site. Sorrento was beautiful and we had delicious gelato at one of Flavio's recommendation. We would highly recommend this experience

Exceptional experience with the finest guide

Best way to see the Amalfi coast! Very long day, but Rob made sure it was a cultural experience the whole way. He would point out all of the sights, and explain all of Italy’s regions and their specific culinary and cultural differences. His vast knowledge of history and language equaled his enthusiasm for sharing his love of Italy and its people. Logistics instructions on how to maneuver the ferries, the crowds and all the pointers about where to eat and shop and which cuisine to try was very helpful. We have emails/texts with a wealth of information Rob provided to pass along to others who may be visiting the area. Rob was very friendly and enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and organized and truly wanted everyone to just have a wonderful time and enjoy every minute. Luca was a very friendly and experienced driver and we appreciate all that he does too. This is a “can’t miss” experience if you want to see the cliffs of the Amalfi coast from the water(3 ferry rides that show Salerno, Positano and Amalfi)

Amazing trip.

The guide (Antonito) and the driver (cannot remember name) was excellent and so knowledgeable. It was so personal and the guide made sure everyone was comfortable and made clear instructions to navigate a busy day. The only criticism we can think of is that the day went too fast!!! It was an amazing trip and wish we could experience it again ☺️ thank you so much for making a trip so memorable and special.

This was my third tour of Vatican / Sistine Chapel. I learned more on this tour and the two previous combined. Fred is an archaeologist, and he spoke for the entire three hours, nonstop, providing an unbelievable amount of historical, religious, societal, and cultural information. I would never see anything this important without a guide. You will be missing a lot of really important information, plus standing in line for hours. Five stars. Came with friends, family, daughter and husband. All were happy!
