Friggin Amazing

Sandra was amazing in every way! She was great with communication and accommodated parking, practiced poses beforehand and even washed away the ash and sand on my legs before we began. Great value

Great value for the money. Park in the parking garage. Walk towards Victoria Secret and the booth is behind it. You have to get the boarding pass before you get in line. If you’re looking to see celebrity homes sit to the left of the boat. We sat upstairs closer to water. Skyline is amazing from the right side. We picked 730pm ride and it was perfect for May. They have a Mojito bar on board but you don’t get a lot of time to get the drink before the boat takes off. The boat is nothing fancy but it did the job. Guide Cello was good.

Alberto collected the 10 of us at the cruise terminal in Miami and transferred us all to a hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Traffic was heavy, but Alberto was in communication with us. If you have one day in Miami, take this tour. It brings you to the more interesting neighborhoods of Miami and gives a great overview of the city. Informative without being too chatty. Our driver, Harry, knew the neighborhoods like the back of his hand, and his love for his city was on full display throughout the day. I recommend the water taxi ride at the end to see the city from a different perspective.

We had such a good time...

We had such a good time out on the water! I booked this for a group of old friends celebrating a bachelor trip and it did not disappoint! Bobby and Phillip did an amazing job taking us around—they were very knowledgeable and helpful, even giving extra help to one friend who never rode a jet ski before. I would highly recommend this experience! Plus you will leave with some great pictures on the jet skis along with maybe a new joke or two from Phillip.

All day unique and comprehensive eocological adventure in the Everglades

Ryan was our tour guide and he was fantastic - professional, funny and amazingly knowledgable about the geology, history, biology and ecology of the Everglades. The tour is packed with info from the beginning to the end and is top-notch all the way through. Even lunch was delicious and at a restaurant on the water. We loved every minute of it and learned so much. Our wet walk was truly wet and we were hiking up to our hips in water so be prepared - but the vendor provides wet shoes if you do not bring your own and there is a place to rinse off and change if needed. The airboat ride was interesting view of the grasslands and the boat tour of the 10,000 islands area was given by a local who knew the area so well. All day was handled professionally and with humor and was the most enjoyable day we have spent in south Florida this trip. Definitely do this tour if you want to actually get to know the diverse ecosystems of the Everglades area.

Maybe the Most Difficult Travel Day of the Year? Handled Well.

Returned from a cruise to Miami and needed to move 12 people plus seeming a million bags to Fort Lauderdale. I did not need the stress of worrying about getting from the Port of Miami to the Fort Lauderdale airport. They did a great job under some VERY adverse driving conditions. We are so appreciative of the patience and communication skills. We knew where they were every minute and they moved our pickup schedule up by an hour to accommodate us. Awesome. I have never seen so much traffic, so many agitated people at the port and so many bags. As I said, they did an awesome job of reducing the stress.

The whole process was...

The whole process was quick, easy, and painless. Our drive was Manuel and he was fantastic. He arrived a few minutes early and texted to let us know he was there. He took our bags from the hotel and loaded them, then unloaded at the Port. He was very professional and kind. It was a 1000/10 experience.
