The driver was right on time and got us quickly and easily from the Royal Carribean cruiseport to Maimi International Airport with no issues. Comfortable and clean ride and what you would expect this level of service.

Taking a 7 year old on her first international flight (9+ hours) meant we knew we would need the simplest of transfers to our hotel. Communication via WhatsApp was perfect and we could contact our driver Sergio right away as we exited arrivals. It was an incredibly busy day for the airport (and we were a little early arriving) that whilst we couldn’t see Sergio on arrival, within 5mins we knew where he was, how long he would be and what car to look out for. This was exactly what was needed! We enjoyed the experience so much we then booked another pick up with the same company - just perfect

I booked this shuttle for 6 passengers from a hotel to the Miami Cruise Port. We each had a suitcase and carry-on bag, also, one person had a walker that was not expected. The Driver was on time, courteous but quickly decided that he would be able to fit everyone in the Suburban. He was correct. The driver contacted dispatch, explained the situation and it was decided that a second car would be needed. My issue with Miami VIP Limo & Car Service that was contracted were surprised that we each had two bags for a cruise and that we should have requested a bigger car. Well, I'm surprised that they don't know that a person generally travels with a suitcase and a carry-on! Two of our group Uber'd to the port. They offered a 10% discount, but it has not appeared yet. If they have been in business for 20 years as the supervisor stated, they should be proactive to assure clients are reserving the proper vessel. On a positive side, the driver handled the situation professionally. I have not booked using Viator inthe past and will be hesitant to do so in the future. It's too bad, because they offer a good variety of choices.

Sorry as driver changed last minute to female driver.
Which was hard to see her carry all heavy suitcases in and out of the car.
As we have health issues. We end up helping her.
I think it was inappropriate.
Car was comfortable.

The whole process was quick, easy, and painless. Our drive was Manuel and he was fantastic. He arrived a few minutes early and texted to let us know he was there. He took our bags from the hotel and loaded them, then unloaded at the Port. He was very professional and kind. It was a 1000/10 experience.

It’s extremely important to have a driver who speaks the same language as I do. We couldn’t find our driver so I called him and in his broken English told me text only and then hung up on me. I texted him several times to respond to me with his location or to come by to pick us up at the pick up spot with no response. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional

On time ( early even ), our driver Manuel was polite, had a spotless vehicle with water, cables to charge our devices, and got us to the port without a hitch. Much nicer than those transfer buses!

Great experience! We were concerned we wouldn't get to Port Miami from Miami International Airport Hotel on time with the Miami marathon happening at the same time of our transport. The operator assured us their drivers would be able to navigate around it but also gave us the option to change our pick up time if we wanted. We kept our same time and arrived within the time we anticipated. They were very good about responding to our questions promptly and put our worries at ease. Our driver, Alexis was very professional and great with communicating his arrival time before hand and as he approached. He ended up being a few minutes early which was perfect for us. The vehicle was very clean and large enough for 4 adults and our cruise luggage. We would definitely use this company again!

They never showed up. We never received the service. I am requesting a Refund and I believe people should be warned. I have never had a problem with Transportation services from Viator. Plus I got a message about paying @ 14.00 immediately upon the driver showing up. What after a farce after paying 98.00 for a 1 way ride to airport. Waiting for this company pick us up resulted in an uber car a Cadillac Escalade for 40.00 we than paid a 50.00 tip for the courtesy she showed us.

We want to clarify that your reservation was canceled by Viator approximately two hours before your scheduled pick-up due to fraud detection on your charge. Unfortunately, this cancellation was outside of our control, and we were not informed in time to assist further other than a duplicated reservation for the same day on Christmas Eve when our reservation department was closed
