We went to take the Airtour and our pilot Sergio was very welcoming and nice. He gave us the champagne and took us to the plane. Unfortunately, it was very cloudy and we had to come back after 10 minutes. They refunded me the full amount of money. They are very honest and caring about their clients. Definitely, I would come again hopefully in a better weather.

We had a really wonderful experience with our pilot, Sergio! Will definitely come back again! We had a beautiful view of the Miami Beach and skyline. He made sure everyone was having a great time, and it was such a memorable experience for me and my children!

We had booked for sunset...

We had booked for sunset and the plane was late. So we missed the sunset. That was the purpose of the trip. Beside that, we didn’t stop in all the neighborhoods (as in the description). And the champagne was a cider. If we have to do this kind of experience again, we will definitely choose another company.
