I can’t say enough great things about our experience. Our driver made it the easiest ever for all 12 of us and all our luggage to the Port of Miami. Even picked us up early when we arrived early. Highly recommend!

Had a little difficulty locating the pickup, probably partly due to our first time at the Miami airport, but the driver was waiting for us when we got outside the terminal so that was nice. It was great to not have to deal with a taxi or uber and we were happy that our group of nine were able to be transported together. The driver was helpful with our luggage both loading and unloading, but he was not at all friendly and I don't think he said one word to us on the way to the hotel, which was weird and uncomfortable. I may consider using this service again if I had a different driver.

Great communication prior to our trip and after our flight landed. The driver met us at baggage claim and loaded our seven large bags into the Mercedes van. As arranged, a baby seat and booster were provided. After a safe, quick ride to the hotel, the driver unloaded our bags at the valet stand. Great transfer from airport to hotel.
