After meeting at a central location in Miami in the morning, head to the Florida Everglades for an exciting airboat adventure.
On this guided, 30-minute excursion through the Everglades, skim along the water while listening to fun facts and learning about the area’s subtropical ecosystem from the experienced captain. Look for a variety of wildlife, such as alligators, fish, turtles, and wading birds in their natural habitat, an exciting and unspoiled wilderness.
Then, return to Miami for a cruise along beautiful Biscayne Bay. Enjoy the view of Miami’s sun-splashed skyline, plus Fisher Island, Miami Beach, the Port of Miami's cruise ship and cargo districts and much more. Check out the high-rise hotels and condos plus the spectacular multi-million-dollar oceanfront homes that line Miami Beach.
Take a seat on the outer deck with a panoramic view or head downstairs to the enclosed, air-conditioned cabin. Soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails and snacks are available for purchase on board the boat.
The tour ends back at your original departure point.

Everglades good, alligator park was good, Biscayne Bay tour never happened due to bus driver never mentioning when or where to get off. Tour information had no mention either. Multiple people left on the bus that were as confused as we were. Told last stop and had to walk 1.9 miles to hotel. Request 1/3 credit for missing the third tour and only got half that. Pretty irritated.

I had spoken to my team and made them make sure they are extremely clear when announcing stops so everyone would know where to go and any other information they may need to know if they have a combo tour. It was a nice try to see crocodolis in the free nature. Unfortunately I did not see one. But this is nature.
Pick up point was not really clear signed because there are many others with kiosks, but not gray lines.
The driver was hard to understand because he mumbled, so I had to ask him again for my ongoing boat tour.

A bit too hectic at the holiday park and a better restaurant as well as childrens playground to spread the crowds out would have been great. Also a bit more information on the wetland ecology/birdlife etc would be great. OverLl though a great and worthwhile tour

Had difficult time with Island Queen staff at their ticket booth accepting the ticket provided by Graylines bus driver. Had to get their supervisor help. Evidently name not listed under Graylines. Listed under KWE Key West Express. Bus was late so had to get 4 pm cruise since 3pm cruise full and closed. The cruise was good when finally left. Best part of the combo tour was the airboat at Everglades. Difficult to order food art Everglades park since was overcrowded with long waits and had to be back on bus at specific time.

The trip was cancelled after we were waiting for 1/2 an hour for the bus.
They gave an excuse for the 9.30 group and for the 10 o’clock that the bus was broken and due to a marathon on this weekend! First, there was not a marathon.
Viator, you have to choose better the companies you partner with.
Gray Line is not a reliable company and liars!

Uncomplicated booking via Viator.
Pick-up location well marked. Ride in an older bus, but okay. Good information about destination, meeting point etc.
Stay in the Everglades was fantastic, great boat guide with lots of information and great enthusiasm for his job.
Alligator show was so-so, the animal husbandry of the various animals in the mini zoo not worth supporting.
Photo with baby alligator with taped snout was offered - terrible!
The return journey was pleasant.
Unfortunately, we were the last ones on the boat (although we went straight away) and therefore didn't have a seat on the upper deck. What a pity!
Nice boat trip, a little less talking from the guide would have been more pleasant.
All in all a great day.

We had a nice tour to the Everglades and in the Biscayne Bay. The tour goes to the Everglades Holiday Park (!), which is quite touristic but probably the best way to see the Everglades if you dont have a car. Our boat driver was very enthusiastic and made sure everyone felt good and had a good view on the wildlife.
The bus driver came directly to us to explain where we had to go for the cruise in Biscayne Bay, which we really appreciated. The cruise was very nice with great views on the bay and Miami.
We can really recommend the combined tour. Its a long day but everything worked out as planned :)

The Everglades Adventure trip is great, not only the Airboat, but also the alligator show, and my daughter loves to hold the alligator and touch a snake.

The tour operator was terrible and the tour was poorly timed and no one informed us of what we were doing or where to be. Then we were yelled at and not allowed to finish our experience. Then we were misdirected and almost missed the 2nd experience

A great experience, a little chaotic when we got to the Everglades Park as our coach driver spoke very little English so we weren’t sure on what we had to do.
Boat tour was great and the guide was funny, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Really good combination tour but would help to have a friendly face/POC to direct you from one activity to another.
The two activities are managed by different companies and we had a bit of investigating to find the cruise line. Older and less experienced travellers might get confused.

Had a wonderful trip to Everglades and cruise Biscayne Bay and Millionaire Row. Saw 3 different gators and numerous birds. Millionaire row was beautiful and tour was informative

Not very well organised, we were not given much information about the day. The bus driver could have been a little more informative on the way there about what to expect. We only saw one alligator and very little other wildlife. The after show was ok but found the request for gratuity rude as we had payed a lot for our tickets.
We were told to return to the same location we started at to collect out Biscayne Bay tickets after the swamp board tour. The boys at that stand had no idea, they sent us to another stand who also had no idea and sent us to a third stand. They were a bit unsure but eventually found us on the computer.
Overall it was a little over priced.

The gator show was entertaining and the air boat tour was good. Could use a little better instruction as to what to expect when you get off of the bus. Once everyone figured out that we needed to wait a bit then it went well.

Went on Everglades tour to see alligators, saw one baby alligator. After that went to Miami Boat tour of skyline, star island, Fisher island. All in all a terrible tour. Dent waste your money.

The trip to the Everglades takes about an hour. The boat ride is about 30 minutes and we saw one alligator, which was fine. The best part was the 20 minute show. That was entertaining and informative. Then there is along lag time waiting for the bus to come back. There is no shade in that area and the driver takes every minute of his break.
But this was all OK. The problem started when we got back for the boat ride. We were given some pink arm bands by Grayline for the boat ride. There are about 6 or 7 tour companies at the dock, and none of them had any idea what the band meant. I showed each my Viator reservation, still no luck. We walked the entire length of the dock to find the correct company. The last one even tried to put us on his boat, but couldn’t. I attempted to call the vendor but only got a voicemail. I left a message but was not called back. I emailed the company, but still no reply.
The scheduled departure time was 30 past and we had given up hope when a manager from the second boat company tried to help. He had a better phone number to call—one where a person actually answered. Imagine that!
Come to find out that we (three adults) were booked on his boat-though, he never received a reservation for us. Luckily his boat departure had been delayed, so we were still able to get the tour. The boat ride was OK.
But, I find that Viator and specifically Grayline totally left us hanging. I wouldn’t trust them to be helpful if you get stuck.

Very disorganized from the moment we arrived! The best thing was that the bus allowed us to nap after the Everglades visit...BTW isn't there a better park in the Everglades besides Holiday Everglades Park? Not what I expected at all,,,so lame although we did see a few gators on the air boat ride. If I could do over I would avoid purxhasing the this tour and buy tickets on my own for both outings!!

The transportation was horrible and overshadowed the whole experience. Weather was also an issue but the tour required that you stand in a downpour to get photos with alligator.

Meet here by, only to wait more. Told it was a 6 hour day. It was a 10 hour day, Everglades were boring. Alligator show with bad jokes and showing us how to hold open a gator mouth. Biscayne bay an hour too long. It was 90 minutes of seeing waterfront homes. Only about four they actually knew who owned them.

The boat trip was really nice. Lots of alligators. It was fun. Afterwords we waited half an hour for the gator show. When it finally started we had to leave, because our bus was waiting. Very disappointing. Unfortunately the agency did not even answer to our complain.

The ride to the Everglades took so long because the bus kept stopping. We were always running late and barely any communication or instructions once we got there. After the Everglades we had a boat ride booked at bayside market that was great but after it was done, the bus never showed up and we had to take an Uber back to our hotel
