This bus tour is taken at night where you can see the beautiful Miami Skyline. Our tour guide Joel was amazing & informative the entire ride. We learned so much about the history, art deco, & food scene of Miami.

This was a wonderful nighttime activity to explore Miami and have a knowledgeable host to contribute commentary to what we were seeing. Armando was excellent at his job, and our driver had patience beyond measure considering Friday night Miami/South Beach traffic. Perfect amount of time spent and would definitely recommend this to anyone! I think especially a great thing to do before hitting the ground on foot because this tour gives a nice lay of the land so you can know where you might want to head to spend more time exploring on your own!

This had to ha e been THE HIGHLIGHT of our trip!!!! We had a blast. The guides were phenomenal and really changed the atmosphere!!!! If youre doing the tour make sure you do it at night. Best view best atmosphere best all around night of our lives

I couldn’t get on the bus we couldn’t find the pick up spot we were walking around and the instructions were unclear and I paid 75$ for this

Absolutely unforgettable night tour — Julio was phenomenal!
We took the Big Bus night tour in Miami departing from Biscayne, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our guide, Julio. From start to finish, the experience was incredible! 😍 funny, entertaining, and so informative.
Julio has an amazing way of bringing Miami to life. His knowledge of the city’s history, neighborhoods, and culture is impressive, and you can immediately feel how much he genuinely loves what he does. He doesn’t just recite facts, he tells stories, adds humor, and keeps everyone fully engaged. At times, we joked that he must be a comedian on the side because his timing and energy were just perfect!
I was with my cousin, and it was her first time in Miami, so this tour meant a lot to us. Thanks to Julio, she fell in love with the city instantly. We both learned so much and enjoyed every moment, even though it was a little cold being on the bus at night ☺️ his enthusiasm and warmth completely made us forget about that.
Julio truly went above and beyond. If you’re considering this tour, I hope you’re lucky enough to have him as your guide. He deserves recognition for his passion, professionalism, and the joy he brings to this experience. Unfortunately I lost the opportunity. As a new in the area I didn’t know where to park and how much time exactly could take from the parking lote to the departure spot. The GPS took me to The Continental parking lote. From there to the Beyside is approximately 15 minutes walking. Since I got to the parking lote and 40 minutes later I was trying to communicate with the Big Bus staff. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. I chatted with Viator agents and they neither got in touch with Big Bus. I lost my 6 tickets and the possibility for my friends from Venezuela to do this trip. I try to postpone the trip but it was impossible the communication. To much impersonal. If you are not familiar with Down Town area I don’t recommend. In the Viator said that you can get the bus at any stop, however there not route to follow.

If using Lyft do not use the 333 Biscayne Address listed on Viator as it will take you to the wrong address. It caused us to miss the trip as we did not have time get the Bayside Market place/Ben Pizza location which I assume would be the right location. There are some other reviews about the confusion about the address.

I booked through Viator for the bus tour scheduled for July 4, 2025. Me and several other customers waited at the destination for well over an hour!! We kept messaging the company, but they never responded. Now Viator is refusing to give me a refunded!!! The location was heavily populated and the traffic was very congested due to the Fourth of July celebrations at Bayside Market! For this reason, me and several other customers waited for a long time. The company is saying they showed up, but they never did!!!!

The address listed was not the correct meeting point. We missed our tour twice because of this. Every time you try to call for assistance no one answers the phone. They do call back or email you back. Very disappointed.

It was nice to see the city at night. I traveled in April so it was a little chilly on top of the bus so bring a sweater. The sound system was horrible, either it wouldn’t work or make a loud shrieking sound. The tour guide kept “apologizing” for the system saying, “It is what it is and it’s not my fault.” She then followed up with don’t forget to tip. I liked the location of the pickup and drop off spot as it was right across the street from the hotel but that was the best part.

The excursion was as stated. We enjoyed the tour but the weather was cool and very windy. It was a little hard to hear the guide at times due to the winds, but it was one’s fault of course. The city is so beautiful at night.
