Alain was a great captain. Our experience was amazing and we had an awesome time. He guided us throughout the ride, good music and vibes. I will definitely be booking again.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's just a simple sailboat to text you around the airport and the water for tour. You just sit and enjoy the ride. I would recommend to bringing another 10 people at least. We went to people only and it was very expensive. You pay $375 on the website.. and then you receive a phone call from one of their representative telling you that on site you will have to pay another $150 when you get to the boat. It's a complete fraud. Doesn't work your money.

The tour take place around the entire Miami bay and we go to all mention islands on the surrounding. It’s mentioned it’s private, if you wanted to have a group you could, but you didn’t. It’s also mentioned the price from the beginning, what you pay on the app and what you pay at dock. It’s very important to pay attention what you reserve as everything is very clear on the description three times, and still you didn’t see it. It’s mentioned right up front, also on the description and also on the exclusion’s. It’s very important for us that everyone can see from the beginning what they are paying for and how much will be paid for the activity on its entirety. It’s up to you if you want to expend your money or not!

Captain sent assistant to tour us he walked past us 3 times nobody knew who to look for and the assistant shorted us out of time it was not a full two hour ride more like a hour and 10/20 mins other than that scenario was great

Allison you were more than an hour late for your tour. You did not choose your captain as I sent you the message 3 hours prior to your trip to do so. Those are the 2 reasons why you couldn’t have no one to meet you upon your arrival, we didn’t know who you were, you didn’t get in touch with your captain. We couldn’t give more time as we needed to follow our schedule, it’s not right to make other people suffer the consequences of you tardiness. Still we didn’t cancelled your trip as stipulated on the contract “40 minutes late arriving trip will be cancelled “ because we were nice to you, you gave us a bad review. I wasn’t the captain’s assistant, I was the owner of the company.

Horrible service and attitude from the captain who was someone else...not who was supposed to be operating the boat....never again....he was more than an hour and a half late and then wanted to cut my ride short...try somewhere else.

This was a really nice way to see Miami by boat. The place where you get on the boat leaves much to be desired, but once you're out on the water all is forgotten! This is not a "tour" so don't expect your captain to give you education about Miami, this is simply a boat tour in which you enjoy your time with your friends or family for a few hours. It was a nice experience and we recommend.
