All guests must be at least 5 years old to participate. Guests under the age of 18 can participate but must have a parent/guardian present.

Can I parasail with others in my group (if option selected)?

Absolutely! Double and triple flights are available. Simply let your guide know your preference on the day of travel!

The maximum weight is 450 lbs per flight (combined weight of all guests on a single flight.)

Actual flight time is approximately 5-10 minutes. As you will be going out with other parasailers, the total parasailing boat time can take up to an hour.

Do we dip into the water during parasailing (if option selected)?

Getting dipped in the water is optional. Just let your guide know if you'd like to be dipped!

How often does the Speedboat depart during the day (if option selected)?

There are typically daily departures for all activities every 30 – 60 minutes.

How long will be out on the water during the Speedboat ride (if option selected)?

The speed boat ride is approximately 20-25 minutes of high-octane, high-speed fun!

Is there a weight limit to participate in the Speedboat ride (if option selected)?

Each guest can weigh a maximum of 225 lbs.

How safe is the Speedboat ride (if option selected)?

All equipment is well-maintained for maximum fun and all required safety gear is provided.

What should I wear for the Custom Water Activities Package?

Depending on the activity you select, you may get into the water, however, regardless of which activity you select, you will get wet! It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes, with a bathing suit underneath (especially if you plan to get into the water.)

Are restrooms/changing rooms available at the marina?

Restrooms/changing rooms are not available at the marina. Please be sure to use the restroom prior to your arrival, and come dressed appropriately for your selected activity.

Can I participate in any of the activities if I have no experience?

Absolutely! No experience or qualifications are required.

Do I have to know how to swim to participate?

Swimming skills are not required as long as you are comfortable in the water and do not panic.

Is there a minimum age requirement for any of the optional activities?

There are different age requirements for each activity: Flyboard guests must be at least 13, Banana Boat guests must be at least 5 years old, Parasailing guests must be at least 5 years old, Jet Ski drivers must be at least 16, and Jet Ski passengers must be at least 6 years old.

Flyboarding is currently the most trending and popular water activity in Miami Beach. The feeling of being able to control every maneuver as you fly through the air is truly incredible and unique in so many ways. The thrill of Flyboarding has revolutionized the world of extreme sports.

Is Flyboarding difficult?

Even though this activity may be seen as an intensive sport, Flyboarding is extremely easy to learn with the right instructions, 75% of guests get out of the water in just the first five minutes! Your professional private instructor will be at your side throughout the entire session giving guidance specifically made for your needs.

Can i participate in Flyboarding if I have no experience (if option selected)?

You will be surprised how no matter your experience level, just a few pointers will help improve your riding skills substantially. Participants will be provided with a life jacket and helmet, and for those of you who aren’t the best swimmers, note that all equipment floats!

How high can I go while Flyboarding (if option selected)?

For safety reasons, you will be limited to about 15-20 feet. However, during your first time you will be starting lower to get comfortable with the basics and as you progress the instructor will increase the height.

Can multiple people Flyboard at the same time (if option selected)?

Typically, each guest has a separate flight. Depending on how many guests there are, there may be two separate setups to fly at the same time. Either way, each guest will have their own guide to help and provide instruction.

Is there a weight limit for jet skiing (if option selected)?

Each guest can weigh up to 275 lbs - There is also a maximum weight limit of 350 lbs (driver and rider combined) for each jet ski.

Do I need a boating license to drive a jet ski (if option selected)?

Drivers born after Jan 1, 1988 must pass a boat exam, which can be taken upon arrival for a small fee ($3). It typically takes 10-15 minutes. If you plan to drive a jet ski, please arrive early to allow sufficient time to take the exam.

Is a deposit required for the jet ski rental (if option selected)?

Yes - please be sure to bring cash or a valid credit card and ID as there is a refundable $250 deposit for each jet ski.

Can I add an activity upon arrival?

Absolutely, you can always add additional activities based on availability, however, it is recommended to reserve in advance, to guarantee your preferred activity and departure time.

What To Expect

For some of the best views of Miami, get into the air and check it out while parasailing over Biscayne Bay.

This parasailing tour starts with a full safety briefing. All levels of parasailers can participate, even beginners. All of your gear is provided, too, so don’t worry about sourcing that elsewhere.

You can combine your parasailing experience with other water sports, like Jet Skiing, riding a banana boat, and more, all for an additional fee. You can also add passengers or book a photo package for an extra fee. There are also waterproof phone cases you can get at check-in if needed.

is it worth the wait?

It was great just know if the boat is full, you will only get to go up for 9 mins one time, also the reservation time you selected does not mean you will do the sport on time. We were supposed to do our activity at 10:30 and they let other people who were paying on site go ahead of us, so we had to wait till 11:30 to do our activity. Overall our experience was amazing.

Good Experience Overall

Parking was a bit of a challenge, had to find a parking lot that was allowed and walk a little ways. Followed the link to sign the waivers the day before but got all the way through and it failed. Then had to sign them last-minute (only option was online—would have been nice to have the “old school” option of a paper copy) when we arrived and encountered some problems which delayed the check-in process. I’m an aerospace engineer that uses computers for a living, the attendant at check-in was borderline condescending when she joked that it’s a generational thing of me not knowing what I’m doing online. The boat captain made several jokes about drug use, that started to get a little old. But otherwise the whole experience on the boat was good and we all enjoyed our flight.

They do false advertisement. Money is then taken and they are very rude when their obligations to the requirements are not in fine print. Also issues arise due to hidden fees then they deny your entry.

I visited Miami and wanted fun activities to participate in. Parasailing in Miami is always on my list. You go on a boat and get to enjoy the water, go high enough to see Miamis views, and could even pay for pictures/videos of your experience. I have went parasailing prior to this with Tommy and Tom being the guides both times. I highly recommend and would do this again!!!

We reserved for 4pm got there on time checked in filled a wavier out then was told the 4pm boat was filled and they could get us on the 5pm boat. It was 530pm and we still wasn’t on the boat. We called for a refund and were told we have to wait 3 days. Wouldn’t recommend. While waiting there we heard other people stating they overbooked their activity as well and there have been there longer and are still waiting for there are turn.

Booked jet ski and parasailing with same company on the same day and both reservations were cancelled due to “weather conditions” it was 75 degrees sunny and windy in Miami , which is fine I’d rather be safe then sorry the problem is where is my refund ? They told me I have a life long credit to come parasail but what if I never come back to Miami , I’m highly upset and would have preferred my full refund to book another excursion else where , this ruined my whole day and I’m still 135 short , I was refunded the 71 for the jet ski but they don’t want to refund the 135 is crazy to me.
