Actual flight time is approximately 5-10 minutes. As you will be going out with other parasailers, the total parasailing boat time can take up to an hour.

Getting dipped in the water is optional. Just let your guide know if you'd like to be dipped!

There are typically daily departures for all activities every 30 – 60 minutes.

The speed boat ride is approximately 20-25 minutes of high-octane, high-speed fun!

Each guest can weigh a maximum of 225 lbs.

All equipment is well-maintained for maximum fun and all required safety gear is provided.

What should I wear for the Custom Water Activities Package?

Depending on the activity you select, you may get into the water, however, regardless of which activity you select, you will get wet! It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes, with a bathing suit underneath (especially if you plan to get into the water.)

Are restrooms/changing rooms available at the marina?

Restrooms/changing rooms are not available at the marina. Please be sure to use the restroom prior to your arrival, and come dressed appropriately for your selected activity.

Can I participate in any of the activities if I have no experience?

Absolutely! No experience or qualifications are required.

Do I have to know how to swim to participate?

Swimming skills are not required as long as you are comfortable in the water and do not panic.

Is there a minimum age requirement for any of the optional activities?

There are different age requirements for each activity: Flyboard guests must be at least 13, Banana Boat guests must be at least 5 years old, Parasailing guests must be at least 5 years old, Jet Ski drivers must be at least 16, and Jet Ski passengers must be at least 6 years old.

Is Flyboarding difficult?

Even though this activity may be seen as an intensive sport, Flyboarding is extremely easy to learn with the right instructions, 75% of guests get out of the water in just the first five minutes! Your professional private instructor will be at your side throughout the entire session giving guidance specifically made for your needs.

Can i participate in Flyboarding if I have no experience (if option selected)?

You will be surprised how no matter your experience level, just a few pointers will help improve your riding skills substantially. Participants will be provided with a life jacket and helmet, and for those of you who aren’t the best swimmers, note that all equipment floats!

How high can I go while Flyboarding (if option selected)?

For safety reasons, you will be limited to about 15-20 feet. However, during your first time you will be starting lower to get comfortable with the basics and as you progress the instructor will increase the height.

Can multiple people Flyboard at the same time (if option selected)?

Typically, each guest has a separate flight. Depending on how many guests there are, there may be two separate setups to fly at the same time. Either way, each guest will have their own guide to help and provide instruction.

Is there a weight limit for jet skiing (if option selected)?

Each guest can weigh up to 275 lbs - There is also a maximum weight limit of 350 lbs (driver and rider combined) for each jet ski.

Do I need a boating license to drive a jet ski (if option selected)?

Drivers born after Jan 1, 1988 must pass a boat exam, which can be taken upon arrival for a small fee ($3). It typically takes 10-15 minutes. If you plan to drive a jet ski, please arrive early to allow sufficient time to take the exam.

Is a deposit required for the jet ski rental (if option selected)?

Yes - please be sure to bring cash or a valid credit card and ID as there is a refundable $250 deposit for each jet ski.

Can I add an activity upon arrival?

Absolutely, you can always add additional activities based on availability, however, it is recommended to reserve in advance, to guarantee your preferred activity and departure time.

What To Expect

For some of the best views of Miami, get into the air and check it out while parasailing over Biscayne Bay.

This parasailing tour starts with a full safety briefing. All levels of parasailers can participate, even beginners. All of your gear is provided, too, so don’t worry about sourcing that elsewhere.

You can combine your parasailing experience with other water sports, like Jet Skiing, riding a banana boat, and more, all for an additional fee. You can also add passengers or book a photo package for an extra fee. There are also waterproof phone cases you can get at check-in if needed.

Booked jet ski and parasailing with same company on the same day and both reservations were cancelled due to “weather conditions” it was 75 degrees sunny and windy in Miami , which is fine I’d rather be safe then sorry the problem is where is my refund ? They told me I have a life long credit to come parasail but what if I never come back to Miami , I’m highly upset and would have preferred my full refund to book another excursion else where , this ruined my whole day and I’m still 135 short , I was refunded the 71 for the jet ski but they don’t want to refund the 135 is crazy to me.

It was horrible!!! It got canceled due to it being too windy and no one told us so we got there only to be disappointed and viator will not refund our money back!!! Spent over 300$!!!! Do not recommend at all😠

Captain “Tom” and Tommy were great! They were funny and very informational. Only 3 in our party of 6 parasailed and they had room for everyone to ride along (for an extra cost). We went to the early session and were the only ones on the boat. We had a great time and will go back when the smaller kids are older!

Unfortunately I made it all the way to the place and they canceled due to technical difficulties. I reached out to them and they told me to email their manager because I couldn’t reschedule due to me leaving back to my hometown the next day. I haven’t gotten a response back or a refund. Though the activity was a lot of fun, this is the first time I encountered on Viator booking that an additional charge ($50) will be paid to the Operator prior to the activity. I chose this specific activity thinking I was paying less compared to the others but that's not the case. Please be upfront with your price, do not put extra fees on the fine print. Our first parasailing experience with Tom and Tommy was absolutely amazing! They made sure we felt safe while keeping the entire experience fun and unforgettable. Their sense of humor was on point—they played suspenseful music from Jaws as we were being lifted into the air and even pretended to cut the rope for a hilarious photo op! There was never a dull moment on the boat ride to the parasailing spot. They kept us entertained the whole time, rocking the boat just enough to give us a playful thrill. We had a specific request to stay dry except for our feet, and they made sure to honor it perfectly! If you’re in Miami, we highly recommend trying this parasailing activity with Tom and Tommy.
