The Everglades Airboat Safari was memorable & magical. Captain Mike was informative & funny. The speaker who introduced us to Cannibal & his wife was engaging! Finally, the gentleman who allowed us to pet Pickles the baby gator, was very patient & had a great sense of humor. Overall I felt very welcome & this safari was the highlight of my trip. Thank you 😊

Great fun if a little loud. Don't go in wet season you won't see anything. It's just an air boat ride.
Nataly_Z, Apr 2026
The time in the park was great! Guides there are awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is worth the visit as you'll encounter many wild animals and the show is quite fun.
The only thing I didn't like is that the tours office was dirty and it didn't have a toilet or internet. We arrived earlier and they were not flexible enough to keep our bags for a moment and check us in, so we had to carry them for one hour more. But the Indian coworker she was friendly and kept an eye on our staff while we looked for a toilet. The bus driver was nice but I didn't like I felt he pushed us to give a tip, something that is not a common practice in our country.

The driver had us wait for like 20 min in the van before we left and then he turned around and came back because people arrived late that was a little annoying the airbout tour was awesome tho

It was confusion from the time we met at the meeting place. No one knew what was going on and the people checking you in, were very rude. We were given no directions, just, next. The bus driver was also very rude. Our guide on the airboat was amazing though. Everyone wanted a tip to include the man that did a ten minutes show about alligators. There was even a sign in the bus that said, everyone needed to tip, 5 bucks minimum per person. Very off putting and I always tip people.

It was the worst experience. The tour bus was a piss dump. It was so hard to sit in that bus for an hour both ways. Everyone in the bus was struggling to breath with piss smell all over the bus. On top of that the driver decided to stop for a fuel stop in the middle of the tour! The boat ride was good. But the whole experience was very bad. Would never go back again.

We boarded the bus for the trip to the Everglades air boat ride. The smell on the bus was horrible because of an overflowing toilet. The bus ride was a hour long . At the wildlife farm the Air boat ride supposed to be 45 minutes long but we ended up with 30 minutes including boarding and exciting the air boat. The wild life presentation after the ride was a joke
The parking in a nearby park house was $80 for 4 hrs. It was a waste of time for this tour.

Very good value for an outstanding trip. Swamp tour and alligator show. The airboat was really a cool experience.
Keith_G, Mar 2026
This was a low cost, low budget tour. The charter bus bathroom was emanating an intense smell. With every sharp turn or hard brake of the bus, a strong sewer smell overwhelmed the entire bus. The airboat ride was fun and informative, but very short in duration. Only about 30 minutes from boarding to disembarking. The animal show was lack luster. A few gators in pens which were fed small pieces of meat and a few other animals were shown. The most entertaining part was the large bird that would collect the tips from everyone. This was a case of you get what you pay for.

The airboat ride was great, but the transportation was absolutely horrible. The bus had a broken porta potty in it. It stinks so bad. The driver had a pull over and opened up the emergency windows, wet air in. We’re supposed to get a new bus at the Everglades boat tour, but we did not we had to ride on the same bus going back to Miami.
Ada_S, Mar 2026
Ignore the bad reviews. Well organised trip and it’s the same one as the one you can buy on the high street, just cheaper.
May_W, Mar 2026
Fun but too short of a ride. Not good if you don’t like loud engines. Ear plugs were provided thst did help.
Tawni_C, Mar 2026
Great experience!! We got to see alligators, birds and turtles. Our tour guide Anthony was awesome and had a great sense of humor. The alligator show was fantastic and the presenter was very knowledgeable!! Thank you for a great trip!
Carly_A, Mar 2026
It was a lot of fun. I would recommend it. The only thing was having to find parking and then taking a bus to the location. I would’ve preferred to meet at the location vs in Miami at the agency then taking a bus back and fourth. All in all it was a positive experience.

The entire time spent at the park was probably only 1:30 hrs. Our bus driver / tour guide was extremely unprepared. First, we left the tour late at 9:20. Then when we arrived, he didn't realize where the safari park was and drove us past the entrance. Then we proceeded to spend 30 minutes backing up the road to the entrance of the wrong park before he realized the entrance was actually In front. We arrived at 11am and was immediately ushered in being told that we needed to be back at the car at 12:30,12:20,12:15. My family and I were extremely worried he would leave without us so we asked for his number since he also didn't seem to have a headcount of the tour bus. The actual airboat ride and alligator show was good, but for the time we spent getting there and back and the obvious lack of coordination to plan this bus tour, it was not worth the price of $40 pp.
Robert_H, Mar 2026
The tour was very disappointing. First, the tour operator didn't have/lost our reservation even though we had a confirmation. Second, there were long bus rides on each end with only 40 minutes for the boat ride. Third, the boat ride was not actually even in the national park, and for some reason there were few animals to see. Lastly, they had some exhibits to view which were pretty lame.

The company that takes you to and from was not very good. We were to leave at 1:00, but they lied and said no, you actually check in by 1:00, not true We Tripple checked. Then said we’d leave by 1:30, didn’t get in transport till 2:00 and it’s 1 hour drive each way. Lots of time lost in our day sitting for this. 4 hours actually. The gator park is filthy, bathroom worst than outhouse. The boat tour was actually decent. But didn’t go very far into the Everglades as expected. Was told the water was not deep enough. I think since we were late in arriving we were cut short. Did see gators and birds which was nice. Would not do this again. Too much time lost in the day and worn out with all the waiting.
Andy_H, Feb 2026
The boat ride and alligator spotting was excellent, the staff at the Everglades were really engaging, friendly and knowledgeable.
However, the coach journey was not good and departed from the meeting point more than an hour later than scheduled.
Larry_S, Feb 2026
The Everglades themselves was nice the company that drives you to and from was horrible the driver broke so many laws almost got in three accidents drove the bus on the shoulder of the freeway made us leave before the tour was completed recommend going to the Everglades yourself not going through the tour company
James_G, Feb 2026
Throughly our day were fortunate enough to see a number of alligators and enjoyed the airboat experience.
Tripti_N, Feb 2026
It was good experience to going with vistor, very good service. Very helping. Nice trip we enjoying very much there.
Barbara_C, Jan 2026
Overall, it was definitely worth the money. The beginning of the trip is quite chaotic but once you are on the correct bus, it flows smoother. The Airboat excusion is great. There was not not enough time to explore the animal sanctuary, get food, and see the gift shop. It seemed you could do one of those. The traffic coming back was a nightmare so our return was significantly delayed. Don't plan on getting back at a certain time.
Pankaj_M, Jan 2026
Waste of time, 1hr 30 minutes drive each way for about half hour in the everglades.
Saw a dummy croc. And tge for tge exhibition, a 20 minutes talk but no interaction with and crocs.
Solenne_L, Jan 2026
I had a very disappointing experience with this tour. The bus took us to the northern part of the Everglades, which was much less beautiful than the national park, and not at all what we had imagined. The boat tour lasted 40 minutes, which was fine, but after that, we were given an hour of free time to visit the “exhibition,” as they call it on their website. However, it turned out to be just animals in captivity. The cages were tiny, and the animals were either isolated or crammed together, spending years in those conditions. At the end of the visit, we were allowed to touch a baby alligator. The guide even told us that it wasn’t pleasant for the alligator, but that they “need to get used to it.” I found this place awful, and none of this was mentioned on the website.

first ... the tour began 45 minutes later ...
second ... we were shiping 40 minutes ... and saw only one cocodrile ... increible ...
Robert_M, Jan 2026
It was very fun, the bus on the way to the airboat was clean and had great AC! The airboat was a blast driver was excellent
Janet_A, Jan 2026
Fun airboat ride and interesting information about the alligators Good guides and learned something worth learning
Mary_B, Jan 2026
Info on leaving from Miami ctr. We were not able to get to the parking spot and didn't get to air boat ride. Hopefully i can get reimbursed for the $70. Tried contacting but no one responded and left numerous messages for a call back.
Roger_H, Jan 2026
The trip we booked was for 1pm. Said to be there 1/2 hour early. We got there and we're told bus would not arrive till 130. We did not even leave the mtg place till 2pm or so. We had figured by what site said that we would be back by 430 or so. We did not get back till after 6pm. Glad we did not make other plans too.
The airboat tour was good. No real complaints there. Just the Miami tours companies lack of time management is the real issue.

Important Tip: You do NOT actually go to the Everglades National Park. You go to Sawgrass Recreation Park and airboat through their area. I’m not sure if they are part of the actual National Park - but the actual NP is about an hour and a half south (2.5 hours with traffic).
We thought that the double decker would take us to the actual NP down south and we airboat down there but we were confused when it started heading North.
The staff were all very friendly, if you have little ones like I do (3 and 2 year old) you can request headphones as the plugs don’t fit their ears. Everything at the park was great, we had only about 20 minutes to order food and we had to eat on the bus because by the time the food was done, it was pick up time.
It was a great experience but if you want to visit the NP like we thought we were going to - do not book it. We ended up driving south to visit the actual park and get a magnet and everything AFTER so it kind of used up our whole half day for not being where we thought we were actually going to go.

Per the website, the departure from the meet up site stated 1:00pm. We did not leave from the meet up site until 1:45pm. Also, the check in employee told me we were not on the passenger list and assumed I had a Groupon voucher when in fact, I paid full price for the excursion ahead of time. This was a disorganized and frustrating start to the event.
