Itinerary
Take a narrated double-decker bus tour around downtown Miami. On this comprehensive bus ride, cruise down bustling Ocean Drive, the major thoroughfare in South Beach. Drive by the Villa Casa Casuarina, aka the Versace Mansion, the famous Art Deco District and much more. Enjoy lunch in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood to wrap up the morning portion of the tour.
For the first part of the afternoon, head to Miami’s waterfront for a boat cruise along beautiful Biscayne Bay. See the view of Miami’s sun-splashed skyline, plus Fisher Island, Miami Beach, the Port of Miami's cruise ship and cargo districts and much more. Check out the high-rise hotels and condos plus the spectacular multi-million-dollar oceanfront homes that line Miami Beach. And don’t forget to look down into the crystal clear water for the exotic marine life, like manatees, dolphins, manta rays and more. Take a seat on the outer deck of the boat for a panoramic view or head downstairs to the enclosed, air-conditioned cabin. Soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails, and snacks are available for purchase on board the boat.
Finally, it’s off to one of the most beautiful and unique places on earth—the Florida Everglades—for an exciting airboat adventure. After a short drive, take an airboat excursion through Everglades National Park. Skim along the grassy water while listening to fun facts and learning about the area’s subtropical ecosystem from the experienced captain. Look for a variety of wildlife, like alligators, fish, turtles and wading birds in their natural habitat, an exciting and unspoiled wilderness.

No time for lunch or stops; we startet first at 08:00 and had to take last bus back to miamu beach hotel at 18:30
Dozbke Decker BUS is NOT hop-on hop-off, hust round tour....no WIFI!!! WHY?

We were put on the Everglades excursion in the morning. Good excursion. We saw turtles and gators in the water. Only 45 min on airboat but was good. Over 1 hour travel to Everglades each way. Poor coach driver missed the turning for the airboat and had to reverse back through the traffic. Took him 35 mins to reverse about 100 yards only to discover that it was the wrong airboat stop. Ours was further ahead. As a result we were rushed onto the airboat without time for a restroom break. Not really acceptable.
After returning to the tour office in Miami at around 1pm, we were told our city tour would start at 3pm and our boat ride would start at 7pm. City tour was good with a stop in Little Havana. We were dropped at the boat dock at 5:30pm and waited for our boat trip which eventually started at 7:40pm when it was dark. This was poor as some of the houses were not visible. We then had to wait on the bus to return us to the tour office.
So started the day at 8:30am and finished the day at 9:30pm. So 13 hours total with around 4 to 5 hours sightseeing. The rest hanging around. Viator states that the excursion finished at 6:30pm. If I'd known that the finish was actually 9:30pm and the boat ride in the dark then I wouldn't have booked this combo excursion.

We really enjoyed ourselves on the tour, however the quality was a little uneven. The Everglades Airboat tour was wonderful. The guides were knowledgeable and made the experience fun as well as informational. We, unfortunately seem to have missed spot on the bus tour, as we had to wait over two hours for the next bus. The Biscayne Cruise portion was enjoyable and informative, but we were unsure about how to get a bus. We had to end up paying for a taxi. Miami Beach and downtown portions of the tour were interesting, but the promised walking tour of Little Havana was only several hundred steps, from a gift shop to a cabaret to a park, which we did not go in. The music was enjoyable, but we were charged astronomical prices for mojitos that the guide almost insisted we purchase to support the business. And it was all very rushed. All in all, we had a delightful time, and really enjoyed ourselves. We would probably recommend the tour to friends with the caveat of warning about our experiences with the walking tour.

Good port of calls!
Not very happy with tour guide who likes to talk to people very abruptly,
Il call him MR DEVIATE as he said this word around 50 times in little Havana trying to scare us if we went of track that we’d be left there and that we wouldn’t like that! He said he’s been a tour guide for 23 years but honestly he wasn’t at all professional! Il explain more !
Everglades , once back on bus from the Ev they put posters on the widows saying they want $5 pp as a tip and wait at bottom with the tin box!! Even from children !
Then he says you should buy a drink from the bar he takes you to in Little Havana to show appreciation! Doesn’t tell you it’s $17 does small fake mojito which he tells you it’s a replica !! He’s definitely in on that!
Then on way to get boat He’s gets on mic to say we all should be giving a tip to the driver when we arrive they both stand there at bottom knowing you have to walk past them to get of with the tin box ! Then does another speech to everyone to say thanks for those who tipped and for the ones who didn’t we still done a great job!! I mean what the hell !! Then he seemed to get a little annoyed and literally ran to were the boat picks you up through major crowds in my opinion trying to lose people !! Then says if we’re not back to bus pick point at 20:30 then we have to make our way back on our own !! Bearing in mind people didn’t have a clue were they were !! And also the bus was late so we were till 9pm waiting!! Decent enough ports of call BUT LOSE MR DEVIATE !! If people want to tip they will and the can chose how much not be told what to tip!!! Outrageous

Not very organized at all. I called the tour company a day before our trip to confirm our booking and the meeting place. Agent that answered the phone was very rude and short tempered. He gave me the meeting place address and hung up on me. Our ticket said tour start time was 8:30 am and check in was 30 minutes before. We got to the meeting place at 7:40am only to have the agent tell us the tour starts at 9:00 and check in time was 8:30am. So, we were there 50 minutes earlier than necessary. This could've been avoided if the agent would've just answered my 2 questions instead of hanging up on me. Guides were continually asking for tips throughout the tours. I have no problem tipping, but it gets annoying when they keep pushing it. The whole combo tour took 12 hours, so it was a long day. Almost 13 hours for us cause we were there 50 minutes early. We spent over 2 hours at a cigar shop, gelato shop and lunch break. Plus, there was a couple of hours wait before the boat tour. Could've easily taken a couple hours off the total time of this tour.

The weather was especially cold on 1/31. The tour to the Everglades was nice but there was a lack of information from the driver of the tour. No information was given on what to do and when to get back on the bus. Since it was cold we could not see any animals. The 2nd part of the city tour was also bad. We were put on a double decker bus and the only seats available were in the upper deck. It rained and it was cold and windy. The tour guide was excellent and we did enjoy Little Cuba and the tour. The 3rd part of the tour was a boat ride around the harbor. This was very enjoyable.

Started of well when visiting the Everglades. Would have liked perhaps another 15 minutes there. Hop on Hop of bus OK, but timings were not as advertised. Boat trip was awful. Arrived at the port at 5.15. We were told to be in the que @ 6.15pm for a 6.30 sail. The boat set off at 7.20pm. We were cold and the dusk sail was dark. We were told the bus would come back to pick us up to take us back to the starting point, but it never arrived resulting in a $54 taxi fare back to our hotel. The 9 hour trip turned into a 14 hour trip spoiling our plans for our last night in Miami.
Steven_L, Jan 2026
All went well, but the driver didn’t show up to pick up us after last event, called and waited over 1 hours, took uber back to hotel :(
Russ_S, Jan 2026
This so called tour was about as organized as A band of braves on war path without a chief. There was no brochure whatsoever . the guides acted like any info was a big secret. Like totally classified. We wasted a whole day in miami when we could heve been chilling on a beach and saved 700.00 bucks. We missed the boat tour because they finally got us to the dock around dark thirty and dumped us in the middle of about 2000 people then just left us there to find our dock on our own witch we did after we talked to 3 other salesman with a suspicious gleam in there eye and wouldn't tell us where to find our dock.
Susan_Y, Jan 2026
This is the most unorganized tour we have ever been on. The itinerary is more of a suggestion, then what really happens. The guides are more interested in asking for tips, than actually running on time. It felt like the guides were just hustling us.
The tour was over booked and was late for every pickup. They did not care. When we told the guide our concerns, they just dismissed us. For example we never had a market stop. The boat cruise, staff pointed where the ship was and we would have to find our own way back to the starting point, because their bus made it's last pickup one hour before the cruise ended.
If you want a 3 ring circus, the clowns are here waiting for you.
Go with another tour group if you want your day ruined.

This experience was a disaster. It was overbooked so there wasn’t enough spaces on the busses. When we told the workers at Miami Tours they responded with “ I don’t care.” and walked away. They were unbelievably rude. We wound up waiting for a long time for the next bus and missed part of the tour. We were told that there are no refunds. Because they didn’t give any instruction or explanation there was a lot of pushing, shoving and verbal altercations when the bus arrive as people were worried about getting a seat. Again the workers didn’t care. It was extremely disorganized. No one knew what to do next. When we went to the counter to ask they walked away and talked amongst themselves in Spanish. I speak Spanish and they were saying negative things about the customers assuming I didn’t understand stand what they were saying. If you want to have a very stressful, unorganized day and want to waste your money feel free to book with Miami Tours. If you want to have a pleasant trip to Miami, stay away from Miami Tours.

Tour covered everything but tour operators were bad, some didnt knew english and were non courteous so didnt find them good
Laura_G, Dec 2025
I was sceptical about booking this trip because of the negative reviews, but I had limited time in Miami so made the booking for the 3 in 1 combo. Glad I did. Felt it was good value for money, everything worked well and the tour guides were clear on timings, pick up locations etc.
Kangan_K, Dec 2025
Do not book from miamitour.com. These are not professional people. I booked and paid for three activities and they just gave me 2 of them and they skipped airboat tour.
sara_l, Nov 2025
It was a great tour to see 3 things in one day, but it needed better instructions. That wasn't enough direction and a little confusing. We managed to get to all 3 events, with the Everglades been the best. There wasn't enough time on the bus trip to see everything, get food or take pictures, at little Havana and Windwood art/walls.
Highly the Everglades tour, but a hop on hop off bus for little Havana and Linwood, as you can take your time.
Malissa_K, Nov 2025
The Everglades was awesome, Captain Jack very informative.
The city tour was awesome set up too on the double decker bus seen the whole city from there.
The Biscayne bay cruise was ok. We did this cruise a few years back and it was open not closed like today was and I enjoyed it much better open could not see everything due to it you being on the inside I would have rather it have been all open. Just my take on it
Philip_W, Nov 2025
Long bus trip to and from everglades then immediately onto city bus tour with no toilet or meal break. Eventually had luncg about 4pm. Ridiculous. Many complaints.
Melissa_G, Nov 2025
Bus tour and Boat tour were tons of fun! Guides were informative and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Michael_G, Oct 2025
This day was the best value ever. Three great activities and we loved them all. Fantastic day. Hosts of all tours were excellent.
Daw_S, Oct 2025
Showed up at 8:30am, waited till after 9 am for our bus to arrive. Bus broke down on the highway to the Everglades, bus was able to get us there. But a new bus came late after 12:45pm when we needed to be ready for pick up at 12:30, no one told us. Then, when arrived back to check in for our other tours to come back at 2:30pm after lunch for the city tour. We arrived on time, the bus came after 3pm, didn’t leave till 3:30pm. Then! Took us to Havana to spend time only to three stores to spend time there. Got to the boat tour, not much to see what you to spend money. Please don’t do these tours. Not worth it. Waste of time
Nigel_C, Oct 2025
Firstly they gat you there very early. First part in the Everglades was brilliant apart from the driver demanding a minimum tip. Then a 1,5 hour wait till check in then a45 minutes wait as the bus was 15 mins late. Bus struggled to pull away but they met it go. Only for it to break down on I95. Over an hour later in blistering heat we get a replacement. Little Havana we are told 10 mins so rushed in for Cuban coffee and out only to be ushered in in to an empty bar next door. Then. On the bus. Can’t be late for the boot oh we are. Hurry hurry the boat is waiting for you. Rush on to the boat sit and wait twenty minutes and off we go Be back for the bus 1930 latest it the last bus. So we don’t bother eating back to bus stop. Bus turns up no guide. Drinker parks so older people and kids have to walk over tree roots to board. There was space to pull forward too. Bus left you got it twenty minutes late. Driver had to go get a drink. The worst bit as a break down can happen was not one apology through out was given. Herded like cattle missed free time in Little Havana personally if this is what City Tours is about go to Big Bus do yourself a favour.
David_M, Oct 2025
The location where tour starts is an unorganized mess! No one is really in charge. They’d rather be snacking on food and talking! They never clearly explained how we were doing all three tours. It was piecemeal information and all tours started late. We did not see any alligators on Everglades ride except the caged ones! Bus tour was hard to understand guide as she had three different languages she was using and had a strong accent herself. Besides having 30 kids on bus yelling and screaming to people on the street! Boat tour was ok but didn’t show much! Boat was playing rap music so loud!! Get a different tour group! Not this one!
christopher_h, Oct 2025
Was well organised and very enjoyable. Most staff were helpful and friendly bar one in the shop. Everyone enjoyed it
Stacey_Z, Oct 2025
While not the companies fault the bus broke down on the bus for a little over an hour before someone else came and took us to our first place. The whole day there was a lack of communication, no really acknowledgment that we sat on the bus for an hour, no compensation for that. Overall, the experiences were fine, but the communication was not great across the day so we’re kind of left wondering what’s next. Also is a bit bothersome that there is no real acknowledgment that we sat on a bus for an hour without air conditioning in Miami.
Luis_P, Sep 2025
Incredible experience, hesites the bus driver to the Everglades.
He arrived 30 minutes late and instead of compensating it at the end of the morning, he rushed people to leave quickly. Because of him we weren’t allowed to try out the alligator meat sandwich or buy any souvenirs. Some of the other tourists had to run to the bus, already moving. And at the end he asked for a tip. Ridiculous.
At the Everglades everything went well, knowing that they worked for the Park, not for this company. The Miami tour and boat tour were amazing.
Shashidhar_P, Sep 2025
You will drive by a lot of buildings. Very mediocre commentary by driver. Traffic delays are frustrating. Compared to my other city tours this one was a dud.
Bryan_S, Sep 2025
The actual experience of the events wasn’t bad if you can handle the disorder and No AC
Everglades trip was good once we got there did not see any gators (not there fault) however we did get to go on a airboat which was a cool experience
Now getting to the glades and back totally different story we were put on a bus with no AC for an hour and 10 minutes each way
It wasn’t as bad in the morning but in the middle of the day coming back ( real feel was at 100°) we were all drenched in sweat when we got off the bus
When we returned for the second tour we waited over 2 hours before we were told the bus was in a accident ( didn’t sound legit MY Opinion) we had to come back in a hour and finally got on board we were in the top deck dodging tree branches and wires and all sorts of things for the entire time
3 part the boat ride was nice and very informative about the rich folks
We didn’t not end up taking the bus back to Miami Beach we took a uber after the boat ride back to our hotel
OVERALL alot of disorganization and employees who had no idea what was going on and had no information to provide
There is also a service charge of 2 bucks per person which was not mentioned when booked
I pad cash and was told they didn’t have coins and ended up paying a 5.00 service charge
( SCAM LIKELY) use a credit card instead of cash
I have it 2 stars only because the experiences themselves were decent the company providing the transportation not so much and very rude drivers and not very patient on the roads almost got in a few accidents in downtown Miami
also be prepared to be hassled for tip money after each ride and hassled to buy things when going through little Havana
There are other ways to do these 3 events and I would recommend looking that way to book them
Venkatraman_S, Aug 2025
The tour operator is not organised well. For messages I sent there was no reply.
The one day tour I booked had three components.
1. City tour.
2 Biscayne Bay cruise
3 Everglade air boat
When we went to tour operator office, the staff there wrongly sequenced the tour for us with the result we could do only first two on that day . Then they offered the third one after two days later
Since we were in Miami for three days we could take it. Otherwise we would have missed the Everglades air boat for the poor organisation of the tour operator. Further for going to thier office one more day we had to spend 50 Dollars extra in taxi.
daniel_s, Aug 2025
Be ready for rather rude employees. No information on scheduling and what to expect....passing the tip jar as if you are in church....lack of communication with passangers
