Was overall a great experience. The tour guides were wonderful and the tour itself was amazing. The only issue we had was the timing. We were given various time slots to choose from, but the night before our tour the time was pushed forward by 2 hours with minimal communication. We showed up to our pick up location 2 hours early!!!

When we got to the airboat experience, there were so many people that our driver said he had no idea when our boat ride would be, but thought we might be waiting over an hour before we would get our ride. We got off the bus and there wasn't enough seating for all the people waiting. We waited for an hour and they told us we would see the animal show first. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes before the show started. We had no idea if we had time to look at the animals after the show was over so we decided we needed to go in case we got called to take the airboat ride. Good thing we left when we did because it was our turn to go on the ride. Didn't have time to even go to the bathroom after the ride was over or get a drink. I knew a Sunday would be a popular day but never expected to have the crowds we did. Armondo the bus driver did the best that he could do, but some of his instructions were not clear. I had thought that we would have a specific time for the tour group but I was very wrong.

There must be a better way to do this

This company may as well nail down some seats in the back of a panel van. The bus was awful~ all of the windows were covered by vinyl wrap and so one couldn’t see outside. Everglades park itself felt overcrowded and chaotic. The airboats are too loud~ it’s a wonder the alligators aren’t all deaf from the noise.

They were an hour late...

They were an hour late picking us up from the secluded meeting location. Once we arrived to the airboat and everglades tour that was amazing. We saw alligators, birds, and turtles. The Gator show after was so cute. The ride back he took us on a unwanted unnotified 45 minute scenic tour of Miami. That we were not excepting. He did not tell us just drove all of Miami before bringing us back to the meeting point. So what should have been a 4 hour tour start to finish was 7 hour tour start to finish. The airboat and gator show was worth it. The bus ride there and back was terrible.

High volume of tourists, conveniently saw a "resident, alligator within 1 minute.Love the power poles/lines in the background of my few photos.Didn't go anywhere near far enough into the river system, could have at least gone a bit further but instead shared the experience with numerous other crafts and fishing boats.Supposed to be a one hour trip, you ripped us off and gave us 45 minutes.

The bus ride to the Airboat was confortable (it takes about 45 min to an hour to get from the Holiday Inn hotel to the Everglades Holiday Park). Then the Airboat was a lot of fun ! Saw a lot of gators ! There is also a gator show included and you get a souvenir photo. Great tour (for those going on a cruise, the tour returns to the Holiday Inn at 230pm) !

Great experience. Went to 930 1 hour tour. Bus was nice....Everything was organized the bus driver gave us our pickup spot the night before and was on-time. I was a lil nervous seeing the bad reviews but after going I was so confused what tour they took because this one was on point... our driver stayed and made sure we made all of our experienced and got us all back on bus on time. It was awesome. Saw 3 gators and the show was fun. Totally recommend!!!

Undesirable experience as best

Be careful, it feels scam-y. They wouldn’t let us drive to the location, we waited for 30 minutes and then they told us they wouldn’t pick us up, which made us loose a lot of money and time. We should have listened to the other 1 star reviews and I deeply regret that, as it ruined our day in Florida. Highly encourage to seek other tours, as this one isn’t it.

Solid trip to the Everglades from Miami

We saw gators, birds, baby birds, the Everglades, and other wildlife as promised. The drive via Bus/van from Miami to the fan boats is about 45-60 minutes one way so make sure you have something to occupy younger kids. Once you get to the fan boat wild life center it was smooth without too much waiting. The show was good and there wasn’t too much down time. Very good time.

A good day out

Pick up was late and we were first pick up. We had a few mishaps with other pick ups which meant journey longer than advised. However Everglades Park was very well organised given how busy it was. The hour on the airboat was very good and we managed to spot several alligators. The show was very informative. All in all a good day out.

First of all! The bus had no air conditioning and we had to be on the bus for over an hour. All the driver cared about was tips and the fact that it was NO REFUND! And he was rude!!!!! We didn’t see one alligator not one! The driver of the airboat was racist and rude. This was a waste of money and you need to be more detailed on your website before people price a NON REFUNDABLE ticket. Being on a bus for over a hour in 90 degree weather should be refundable. Money pit! We could have drove there and paid just to get in. If the summer is a bad time because it so hot, let consumers know that on your website. You robbed me legally! I am pissed!!!!
