Bad business. Had a
booking scheduled, followed the instructions for arrival, arrive 20 minutes early . Waited for over 30 minutes, paid for parking to only have to contact the staff because my booking time had passed to get informed no captain was on duty to complete my booking. Wasted of time and money. The company should not allow you to book if no captain is available at time of booking. No I do not recommend. I should’ve known when I saw the price .

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on this situation.We need to arrange a lot of things for the tours to happen and we explained this to you over the phone. We adviced all our customers to make sure they are aware of cut off times before booking.

I had the 7:30 experience and I must say, it was exactly what I pictured,, a nice sunset view of Miami, I initially had a 7:30 ride for Friday but was able to reschedule to Sunday 7:30 due to cloudy rainy weather. Matt (our charter captain) was absolutely great. We communicated well throughout the weekend to plan the rescheduling. Everything was spot on and the ride was absolutely memorable for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday. Matt gave us a great ride and was able to take some great pictures of us. We were able to listen to our music through Bluetooth and we brought our own drinks to have a wonderful time. The captain’s fee was straightforward and everything was just so smooth. Thanks Matt, hopefully we will meet again in the future.
