First off, Luis was a great tour guide who was kind and accommodated to all of us. His crafted 80s playlist, along with the beautiful scenery, had me pondering this 5-decade era of life.
Contrary to what the locals say, you are not on island time on this excursion. We were given 6 hours to explore KW, but with 2 hours at Smathers Beach, the trolly tour, a stop at Hemingway’s house, and quick dinner, time was pretty cramped. I wasn’t impressed with the trolly tour, because unless you’re drinking, KW is an ordinary town that could be navigated by foot.
Otherwise, the trip was worth it!

Pickup was horrible because we were black they picked us up first and dropped us last and they knew how it worked. and we got a parking ticket at the Hilton because that's where they told us to park. I would like my money back the ticket was 35 dollars and we gave a tip which most people did not give a dime because Orlanda was disappointed. I would like my money back from the tip and the parking ticket because we could have taken uber instead!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns.
You specifically requested the first pickup location, which is the northernmost point in Miami Beach, and this request was accommodated. Since your pickup point is the farthest north, it is expected that your drop-off would be among the last at the end of the tour, as the bus route returns from south to north.
Additionally, our driver made every effort to assist you and even waited approximately 10 minutes while you parked your vehicle, which delayed the tour logistics and affected other passengers' schedules. We tried our best to accommodate your specific needs.
Regarding the parking ticket, the parking area at the Hilton is a public parking facility. It is possible that the parking time purchased did not cover the total duration of your stay. Unfortunately, the company is not responsible for parking arrangements or parking violations at locations chosen by guests.

The guide was awesome on the way to Key West and the bus was comfortable. It will be cold so be prepared. I would definitely go again and I’ve even made plans to take the family next year.

The staff were professional & accommodating. They provided a great tour & gave lots of helpful tips to maximize our time on the island. My only complaints are that the ac in the bus wasn’t working properly & the seats were a little uncomfortable. Neither ruined what we considered to be an amazing tour & i’d highly recommend it if you’re planning a day trip to the Keys.

We booked the trip with the on off trolly option. With the limited time available down there we were able to see the entire island and stop at the things that were most important to us. Our tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable both in the bus down there and the highlights to help make the day memorable. If you have the time I would highly suggest booking this trip out of Miami.

The trip was exactly as advertised, our tour guide and driver were awesome as well. Definitely more than worth the price! I went with my friends this time around and I plan on doing this again with my family. I also definitely recommend anyone do the excursions because you’re probably not going to find a price that good in Miami. The excursions are atleast 2 hours long and that still gives you enough time to go explore the island on your own. We did the glass bottom boat tour and not only was it informative but it was refreshing as well. 10/10 recommend!

Be aware they only take you to the keys, you have to pay extra for everything there are no activities included. Once I got there they basically told me to fend for myself, didn’t even bother to recommend where I could go or anything I could do. I manage to go to the beach and get food but when making my way back to the meeting point I got lost, I called the driver to let them know but instead of helping me they started to curse me out and simply left me stranded. I called again once I realized they left me to ask for directions on how to get home and they simply block me. I had a terrible time figuring out how to go home not to mention frustrated ended up catching more than 5 bus and more than 6 hours to finally make it back.

The website clearly states that the $49 per person price includes only transportation. For an approximately 15-hour tour covering nearly 200 miles each way between Miami and Key West, this is a very affordable price.
The website also offers optional activities that can be added during booking. If you chose not to add any activities at that time, they would naturally need to be purchased separately later if you decided to participate.
During the trip, the guide explains the island and available activities and provides passengers with a map and instructions. It is possible you missed this information or fell asleep because it is a long way.
Regarding the return, the tour guide called you several times because you said you were lost, and the guide told you to take an Uber, but you declined. Later, you mentioned you were on your way, but never arrived. The bus departed approximately 20 minutes late, waiting for you, which was unfair to the other passengers who arrived on time at the designated meeting point.
The transportation arrangements you later chose on your own were not our responsibility. As you experienced, transportation from Key West back to Miami can be very expensive, which further shows that the $49 same-day round-trip fare is an excellent value.

It is a long day, but we'll worth it. The Guide Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful he had plenty of time for everyone. He was also helpful in booking excursions in Key West for people who hadnt already booked. Be prepared for the heat, loved the playlist on the coach.

The experience was excellent, Luis and Milton did their best to make us feel very good, they were very responsible, respectful and punctual. Luis described us and showed most of the interesting places in Miami and the route to the Keys. He explained additional activities to the tour and we managed to see many dolphins and snorkel. It's a long day. Several hours in a bus there and back. Six hours at Key West. IMO much easier than trying to drive myself. There was plenty of time to see and do anything you wanted. A great trip. Tour guide and guests are all pleasant and friendly. A great worry free day trip.

The first part of trip was great! Getting there and Key West was awesome. On the way back the AC broke and was miserable for 5 hours. Terrible!

Sending a replacement bus would have taken the same amount of time, as it would need to come from Miami, and traffic would not allow it to arrive any faster. Great trip. Exceptional views. Lots of history from Louis. Many was an excellent driver. I recommend paying a little extra to sit in front row of top deck. Ask Louis for recommendations on what to do in Key West! The ride there was as good as the time spent in Key West. Highly recommended!!!

Time is tight. Its a long drive to and from Key West and with multiple stops to start and end the trip (to pick up riders at individual hotels), you get about 5 hours in Key West.
We signed up for a 2 hour excursion that fell into the middle of the day, so we ended up with about 1.5 hours before and after the excursion. It's a reasonable amount of time, but there is a lot to do in Key West, so you will have to make choices.
The next time we go we will likely not pick an excursion before we get there. We will likely decide as we go and see how things fit into the day for us.

The bus window was leaking water from rain.
No water bottles were provided.Driver was too slow and we reached late at 12 instead of 1130 as told.Nite also we reached very late close to 11PM.Not happy.

This trip was pretty good. It didn’t start off great because they were multiple buses showing up to pick everyone up and they were from different companies, so most of us had no idea which bus we were supposed to be getting on plus the language barrier was also pretty rough. But once the transportation was straightened out and we got on to the correct bus everything from that point was very nice. The bathroom on the bus was porta potty like and women were advised to sit on the toilet which in my opinion is very unsanitary. So I tried my best to avoid it at all cost.
