The tour was PERFECT. We saw 4 alligators during our airboat ride and the boat captain was very knowledgeable, explained a lot of interesting stuff about alligators. The bus tour guide was also kind and entertaining.. shared so much information about miami during the tour. The wildlife exhibit was a beautiful experience as well. We enjoyed a lot. Besides the ride , you could see reptiles and cocodriles too. You can easily took the big bus ride at the bayside area.

On-time, moved quick and gave clear instructions to set expectations. The workers at the Sawgrass Recreation were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The tour was not only an hour shorter than advertised, but we also didn't see a single alligator, which was very disappointing.

We had the best bus operator name Sweet Brown Sugar. She made our trip. Ao fun and so kind and funny. You might not see any alligators. I would recommend going in the evening at thia time of the year because they said it is hot for the alligators so they hide in the water.

The experience was honestly disappointing. The boat ride felt rushed, the tour wasn’t very informative, and the overall experience didn’t feel worth the money. I expected much more from an Everglades tour and left feeling like I could have spent my time and money elsewhere.

Worth the money! Mr Rafael was an amazing host & loved the tour experience he provided us with - gave us complete context of all the places in the city of Miami which made us knowledgeable about the city & not just a glide by the monuments.
✅On-time arrival & departure.
✅Good 45-60mins airboat tour, with the instructor providing us with all the context of the animals we stumbled across. Did not get to see a croc/alligator because of the summer season but it was a great experience.

✅Reptile exhibit - Short & sweet demonstration of the crocs in their park & their story

✅They’ve got Gator meat too - a rare experience. Do try the Gator Bites. it’s a 11/10.

The boat ride was fun. They give you ear plugs because it’s loud. These boats are fast and smooth as they glide through the Everglades. After watching them on numerous tv programs it was fun to finally experience riding one.

The only thing missing- toilets on the bus- so be prepared- it takes a little over an hour to get there. The whole boat and show combo felt a bit rushed. The best part was our driver, German ( that’s his name). He was very kind and made sure we all were taken care of. Still great fun for the kids though!

Awful experience , the bus arrived so late to the activity almost closing time and cut up our excursions time we did not experience or attend alligator show due to time
airboat broke up in the middle of the swamp. And we were sitting there in the middle of the heat, waiting for someone to get us out of there.We did not see any alligators.

At this time of year zero alligators! It was 45 minutes on airboat and about an hour on land. Not the 3 hours advertised. Bus ride was hot.

Nice tour, unfortunately no gators seen out in the wild . Maybe better to do night tour to avoid the heat as well as have a better chance to see gators as they are nocturnal and are not out when it’s this hot .

My first time on an airboat. Saw a coupla 'gators and waterfowl, but I'll confess that I was mostly there for the boat experience. It did NOT disappoint. It's an exhilarating ride.
Very friendly and knowledgeable guide/driver.
Would definitely recommend.

The bus ride was good, the guide was humorous, giving some introduction along the sights we passed, Unfortunately we only spotted on one wild alligator but it's not within control. But we got to see more in the sanctuary including petting a baby one.

This was by far an amazing experience. We did have rain but the part has exhibits and they communicate very well with guest. Also the alligator tacos and bites were a must try.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the pickup location before my scheduled 2:35 p.m. departure, but the bus left early. I even tried to flag the driver down, but they kept going. The pickup area was confusing with multiple buses, and when I called the company, no one answered or offered any help.
I contacted Viator, but because this was the last day of my vacation, I couldn’t rebook. The company refused a refund and only offered a future credit, which I have no interest in using after this experience.
Be aware that this tour doesn’t provide the full Everglades experience, either. Overall, poor communication, poor customer service, and a very frustrating experience.

The ride was great even not seeing the alligators lol they didn’t come out but the young man at the Photo Booth was racist and so was the man helping him he closed the window and my face but not before go to the front office and complain

The tour was well conducted. Everything ran as per schedule.
Here are a few things that were not to my liking:
1. The bus pick up stop was different from the one mentioned in the ticket. There was no one to reach out to...thankfully I was able to figure it out myself.
2. The bus driver was rude, impatient and condescending towards me. I wish some people realize that a little kindness goes a long way. That it is okay to ask questions as a tourist. You should be prepared to answer with a smile and not a sigh and rolling eyes.
3. The alligator "show" was more of a forced lecture. Please do not market it as a show when it clearly is not.

There needs to be better directions for the meeting point. We walked all over Bayside Market place trying to figure it out. No one answered the number provided. Very stressful! Once we eventually stumbled upon the the check in the rest of the process was smooth. The bus ride to Sawgrass was fine. The actual tour once we got there was great. Our captain was very knowledgeable. We were able to spot a few gators in the canal. At the presentation we learned some new facts about gators and had the opportunity to hold or touch a gator. Overall we really enjoyed the experience.
