The tour was PERFECT. We saw 4 alligators during our airboat ride and the boat captain was very knowledgeable, explained a lot of interesting stuff about alligators. The bus tour guide was also kind and entertaining.. shared so much information about miami during the tour. The wildlife exhibit was a beautiful experience as well. We enjoyed a lot. Highly recommend to do this tour if you’re in Miamiii

It is a long bus ride, but the bus has aircon and the driver shares good information along the way. We saw alligators on the river and could touch a baby alligator.

It was an amazing experience. My son & I got to pet a baby alligator & enjoyed the presentation about the huge 13 ft 68 yr old alligator Cannibal & his smaller girlfriend Krystal-it was both informative & educational- The 40 minute boat ride up the swamps was fun too. Definitely worth the money

Airboat ride could have been longer but it was fun. Not alot of wildlife to see in all honesty. Wish the driver of the boat said more about history of Everglades.

The bus ride from Miami was a total cluster crazy traffic. The drive into the pick up spot was beyond stressful. I would not do it again if it were free . Like many of the adventurers we are offered on trips like this . Was a big disappointment .

It was a lot of fun. We saw three American alligators, birds, and rode a fast boat with great guidance. After the ride was an amazing show with a pair of American alligators with a jokes. I definitely would do that again.

Organized well however,
There are no alligators when it's too hot. In the months from May-Sept you will not see alligators.
Essentially you pay $50 or so for a bus ride to the everglades to cook under the sun on a boat. This tour should not run during those months as seeing alligators are a if not the main attraction.

Pleasant trip to get out of the hustle and bustle of Miami. However, a bit underwhelming. The ride in the Everglades was very limited and the gator exhibit was a bit cheesy.

The actual fan boat tour was okay - the tour part was only 45 minutes. We didn't see a ton of wildlife or go very far into the everglades. The alligator presentation after the tour was more interesting in my opinion. Overall felt like we spent more time traveling to the everglades in an old bus. I was hoping to learn and see a lot more!

I need to be refunded for my trip. I have tried multiple times to contact you via phone and have been unable. My daughters were waiting at the pickup site in Miami. My son and I were a block away after following our GPS. We believed that we were in the correct location and are not familiar with the area. The bus driver who spoke no English, rudely slammed the door in my daughter’s face. My son and I watched the bus drive by. We have to leave and are unable to reschedule so I need to be refunded.

Excellent communication from Viator about details of pick up etc. Our Big Bus driver German was very helpful and explained everything. The Airboat driver 'Captain Josh' was very informative and could spot a gator at 500 metres! We got up lose to a couple and saw others swimming ahead. He turned up the throttle in the way back which was really cool. Very much worth the fee 👍

Meeting address was incorrect and we ended up going to the wrong place and no bus came. Then, we took Uber to the main Bus stop and our bus was gone. The next bus refused to take us in. So, ended up doing something else that day. Thanks to a nice Tour Greeter who talked to her manage to accommodate us in the next day trip and we managed to do this tour the next day. Very frustrating and disappointing to change our plans for this mishap.

The Everglades experience was great. Our bus was full and it seemed difficult for the driver/tour guide to communicate with those of us in the back. We didn't feel we received all the information on when our tour on the boat would actually be and how much time we had to enjoy the exhibits and have lunch.

We really enjoyed this tour. From the meeting point to the end, our driver was nice; we loved the airboat tour, fun sensation; we ‘ve even seen 2 alligators laying in the sun.
The exhibit is not too big, but it’s ok because not much time before the departure.

The trip was great
The air boating was fun. We saw alligators and American crocodiles, as well as fishing birds. The history of the sanctuary was something special. Cannibal and Crystal's (🐊) love journey was the best.
P.S. we also held a baby crocodile and a snake. Our tour guide German was the best.

The bikes are very comfortable and the route is very informative. We covered all the key areas from the Convention Center dosing to South Pointe and from the beach to Bayside… I’m 70 years old and the pace was perfect.

From start to finish, my Everglades experience was absolutely amazing. The day began with a comfortable bus tour from the Bus Company, where our guide immediately set the tone with their friendly attitude and impressive knowledge. They shared fascinating facts and stories throughout the journey, making the ride feel easy, relaxing, and far shorter than expected.
Once we arrived at the Everglades, the adventure truly came to life. With the help of our guide, we were lucky enough to spot crocodiles in their natural habitat—an unforgettable moment. First problem was my fault. I was supposed to book Everglades Holiday Park. This tour looked amazing.
First, the afternoon tour was overbooked by one so the tour started by listening to an argument between a family that flew in from another country and one of the big red bus staff. Big red bus staff was trying to reschedule the family off because the tour was overbooked.
Next, after a long bus ride we got off the bus and realized I booked the wrong Everglade tour. We were rushed to the area for a short presentation where I thought I would learn something about alligators (I didn’t). There was about 4 In closures that looked like they had other things in them but we didn’t have time to look because we were rushed to the airboat. Air boat, best part of the tour. After the airboat we were rushed back onto the bus for a long ride back.
Very rushed, not much to se for the length of the ride, missed out on learning much about the alligators.
