Mariela is an excellent guide. An authentically enthusiastic fountain of knowledge. Not only were the food stops amazing but she really cared that the whole tour was safe from the lightning. Although we were delayed in the middle of the tour by a downpour and extremely close lightning, we finished. With a big thanks to here husband who showed up with rain gear for those that were unprepared. Do not hesitate to book and request her as your guide, you won’t regret it.

I booked this very last minute, about an hour before it was due to leave. I did have to take the bus across to downtown Bayside, however it was worth it. Excellent & Memorable Experience

Something many people do not realize is that, even from Miami, it is STILL between three or four hours to Key West. If you drive it, then there's parking to deal with. It is a MUCH better option to let this excellent company do the driving! We did have a small issue with the breakdown of the bus just as the trip began, but they quickly got another bus out to us and resumed the trip. It was very comfortable and pleasant. Once in Key West, they present many different activities that you can purchase. I chose to make my own schedule, but the folks who took part in the snorkeling and boating trips said it was a fantastic journey. The six hours you're in the Keys will race by! Before you know it, you'll have to reboard the bus for the return trip. The staff was excellent, pleasant, bilingual (important for our Spanish speaking friends) and the lengthy time on the bus was mitigated by the comfort of the bus. Overall, a trip I would take again IN A HEARTBEAT!

A weekend in Miami a pit stop before going to the Bahamas.

The experience was great, and the people who provided the excursion were VERY helpful. I had to call the people at the Thiller boat ride and their customer service was 100%, I got lost trying to find the port it left from and the young lady who answered the the phone was kind enough to stay on the phone with me and guide me right to where the boat was docked. The guys operating the boat were great 👍🏾 and one of them personally came and let us know that we would get the wettest because where we were seated — and he was RIGHT! We did donuts in the water and with every turn we got wet, we also drove at exhilarating speeds. It was definitely worth it. TIP: If you want to get soaked, sit in the back on the right-hand side, LAST ROW. Also, if you book the 7:30 ride, you’ll catch the sunset 🌇 Enjoy
