Marco, our driver, was in contact several days before we arrived. His communication was excellent. We were communicating once we arrived at the airport, and I let him know the passport control line was ridiculously long. He assured us it was no problem, and gave us details in where to meet him. Once we got our bags and met our driver, we were able to sit back and relax! It was a stress-free way to end a very long 15 hours of travel. Yes, the train is less expensive, but this was so easy and relaxing that I would do it again.

Great experience, driver was waiting for us at the airport with my name. Note that there’s a 50 yard walk between the terminal to the parking area. The driver was very helpful by helping us with the luggage trolley.

Pickup directions were not clear. Google instructions had me walking to no end in site. I gave up after 45mins of walking and was going to take a taxi and that’s when I finally saw the driver. A cab would have been easier and by far cheaper. My first time here. Now I know.

Our drivers pickup all the customers at the meeting point in their arrival terminal waiting for them with a sign with their name on. And we send messages from the day before to confirm it. We really do not know what it is not clear for you.

I booked the service to bring us from the Rome airport to a hotel in Civitavecchia. Our driver brought us to a hotel with a similar name in Rome. We did not know the difference as we are from the United States and by the time we figured this out our driver was gone and it cost me another $200 American to take a taxi to the proper hotel

Easy way to get from airport after a long flight. We were so grateful that our driver was with us, when we arrived at our Airbnb our host was not there. She helped us connect with a shop owner to get WiFi. We were so grateful.

They use WhatsApp to reach you when you arrive. The driver took our luggage to the car for us. He was a very good driver. He took us right to the door and brought our luggage to the door too. Totally worth the door to door service.

Pick up was not at Rome airport as promised, driver had us walk about 2 blocks away across the street through traffic into a parking garage with all our luggage that included 5 large checked bags, 5 carry on, plus small backpack and my elderly mother, no one helped us. Ridiculous!!

Our driver was nice, but we were traveling with our 80 year old mother and we met our driver at the designated spot she was holding the sign with our name on it. From that moment she led us through a very long walk to the other side of the airport in Rome which was very big with our luggage through the crowded airport. My mother couldn’t manage her own luggage but somehow she had to get on an escalator with her bags and. suitcases. The driver was also not able to lift the suitcases into the minivan so we had to load it ourselves. For that reason, I can’t say I was pleased with that leg of the trip or that driver.
