Excellent Transfer Service

Excellent and comfortable transfer from Sorrento to Naples airport for our family of five! Driver showed up early and in a nice, clean Mercedes sprinter van. There was plenty of room for the five of us and all our our luggage and bags. Driver assisted in loading and unloading the van. Great initial and personalized communication. On-time arrival but the driver fell asleep while driving. I had to make a comment to alert him. It was not a good experience, as I continued to check his eyes through the rear view mirror. Completely unacceptable. We did get to our destination safely but I was nervous during the drive.

When travelling as a group of 5 people, with a lot of luggage, to a destination that is over 45 minutes away, it was a good decision to hire a private transfer. The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned because he saw that traffic was heavy and he knew that we had a train to catch. He was very friendly and helpful. We have had bad experiences with taxi drivers who took advantage of the fact that we were tourists and overcharged us for short taxi rides. With private transfers, the fee is quoted when the reservation is made, so there are no surprises.
