Choose from two different options with this one-water private taxi service from Venice’s Marco Polo Airport to you hotel. With meet and greet service, a representative will greet you at the airport arrival terminal and escort you to the pier, where you’ll board a private motorboat. With the full-service option, a representative will stay with you from the arrival terminal all the way to the door of your hotel.
Once you hop aboard your comfortable motorboat, relax and enjoy the spectacular ride. As not all Venice hotels have a private water taxi stop, the driver will let you off at the closest available stop.
Motorboats can accommodate up to six people and six pieces of luggage. Transfer service is available 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. Please provide flight and hotel details when making your booking. You’ll receive immediate confirmation and a voucher to present to the transfer representative. Please call the number on your voucher between 24 and 48 hours prior to your arrival to confirm your transfer.
Price is per person, based on six adults per motorboat.
Please note: Guests staying at Venice’s Hotel Marriott (Isola delle Rose) will need to pay a surcharge of €20 at the time of service due to the hotel’s more distant location. This transfer service is not available to Mestre hotels.

Smooth, professional and friendly experience transferring from the airport to our hotel. The woman who met our plane was very friendly and helpful. Our boat driver helped us with our luggage and provided a safe and very nice boat ride. Very happy with everything and I’d recommend this.

The water taxi is the very best way to arrive in Venice! Beautiful and efficient!! Our boat practically brought us to our Venice accommodation’s front door!
My clients were not met as promised or planned. They had to hunt for the Viator office at the airport, which was in another building. Needless to say, they were not happy with the service.
What happened?
When they finally found your office, they were informed that a reservation existed, but that Viator did not have a flight number or hotel name.
How could that be?
If someone has suggested transportation from the airport, doesn't it seem logical they will be flying in?
Why was this information not recorded in their booking.
I cannot afford to have a client face a similar situation, so probably will not be booking Venice airport transfers from Viator in the future.
Very disappointed by the service at the arrival. No representative at the meeting point in the arrival hall. It was supposed to be a surprise , it turned into a search in all the floors to look for someone from the boat company . When I explained the situation, the agent was unpleasant and explained that it was my fault , eventhough i filled my flight number during the reservation. Then another agent brought us ,without a word , to the transfer hearbour to the Venice city. Before boarding on the boat, i had the time to see other companies tariff, it seems other were cheaper. When we were finally able to board, the driver was also quite rude, rushing at max speed between the airport and the city. I was quite disappointed by the welcome service and i do not recommend this company. I put 2 stars only because the private transfer and arrival by water remains extraodinary.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport, took care of our luggage and drove us to the dock for the water taxi to Venice right to the hotel. The water taxi was fantastic.
We were very disappointed. We paid a lot to have a private water taxi take us to the water door of our hotel. We were told when they got there to pick us up (late) that they would be unable to get us to the hotel water door but would get as close as possible. They were late picking us up and acted as if it was an imposition. The driver never said a word to us, no interaction at all, no explanation of the area, no explanation as to why he couldn't take us to the hotel. I assumed it was because the water levels were not conducive, however, that was not the case as other water taxis delivered customers to our hotel water door that same day. In additon, we were dropped off at a pier with no instructions as to where to go and how to get to our hotel. a refund would be very well received and would help to improve this review.
We came out of the airport and our guide was waiting for us with a clear sign with my name. Welcomed us, explained to us how our onward journey would go. He was very helpful and gave us some good tips on places to eat and dink.
The water taxi was amazing and the driver was also very helpful. Pointing us in the right direction for our hotel. All in all it was a great start to our holiday
Absolutely awful experience- I booked the private water taxi weeks in advance to pick us up from the airport. The meeting point was listed as the arrival hall, where we waited for the water taxi guide to meet us for well over 30 minutes. They never arrived and never bothered to alert us. We reached out via call and message and they did not respond. We reached out to Viator Customer support (who was very helpful) and they attempted to contact the water taxi company as well. They did not receive a response either. We ended up having to take a cab, then be dropped off at the edge of Venice, and then find another water taxi to take us to our hotel. It led to high stress, extra costs, and wasted time all after traveling for over 20 hours and being incredibly tired. Of note, our booking was for 9-11pm, so we did not end up even getting to our hotel until after 11pm all said and done- and at this point it was quite dark and most things closed (understandably). Avoid booking at all costs- I was assured by the amount of positive reviews, but have never had a provider just not show up and ignore all contact. Very, very poor customer service.

We were not greeted outside of customs and spent a long time finding how to get to the boat. Once we got to the boat loading place had to wait almost 40 minutes to get on. Once on the trip was worth it.
Great way to arrive in Venice especially for first timers. There were 6 of us plenty of room for us all and our luggage.
Everyone involved was timely and courteous . Wonderful experience. Recommend it highly if you travel outside the US.

Claudia welcomed us and escorted us to the pier...carrying luggage while trying to buy boat tickets and find the pier can be a challenge...so this made it extremely manageable...highly recommend this service.v

Absolutely horrible experience
The greeter did not present a sign with our name until about half an hour after we were in the assigned waiting area. I think they were running behind. Then we had a long wait for a boat. I thought this was a scheduled private transfer, but it was basically a water taxi service. Still a nice way to get from the airport to Venice.
Poor service, driver was not friendly , did not receive the meet & greet, would not recommend, too expensive for the service provided

The ride was amazing. Great first experience off the plane. Would recommend and the staff was great.
Overall, the transfer was very successful but started off a bit rocky.
The company was not holding up a sign with our names on it upon leaving the customs area. The phone number for support was also not an active number. This led to 20 minutes or so of a delay until we accidentally happened to see our name on a sign that was folded on one of the company representative’s clipboards.
Once we found connection to the company, the actual transfer and boat driver were great.
I’d recommend ensuring contact with the tour provider before landing, validating the tour provider name (they have desks for all companies on the level above arrivals.
We waited over an hour and a half for the boat. No one could provide a time estimate. When we finally got a boat, we shared it with two other people. It was supposed to be a private boat transfer.
Great ride over. I just didn’t realize we needed to inside airport for voucher. Otherwise great! Made it to Airbnb safely!
First of all when arriving at the airport nobody was there to greet us (paid for that package). After waiting for a while and calling the number on Viator multiple times(number disconnected). We managed to find our way to where the water taxis were located and also the office of the company. They did not seem to care about someone not being there for arrival (first time visitors). After talking they sent us down to the boats and waited another 45min. Driver was supposed to take us directly to our hotel which HE DID NOT. We had to find our way to the hotel which was tough because once again this was our first time visiting. I will be reporting this directly to Viator as well. When you pay a lot of money for this service I expect it to be very good. They seemed like they couldn’t care less.
Very easy. They had somebody waiting right outside the doors after baggage claim. He escorted us directly to our water taxi, which was such a great way to get to our hotel.
They made our arrival in Venice so convenient and were very accommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong arrival date, but they were very understanding and simplified the process.
The operator was very fair with me when I did not get the meet and greet due to luggage issues. Very good communication. They operate a booth (71) in the airport so very accessible. It’s easy to secure a water taxi independently, but after a long travel day, this company made life easier.
BEWARE.
This is a huge scam and a fraudulent company.
Booked the VIP meet and greet for luggage arrival. Confirmed twice including night before. No one showed up…. Called and was given the run around for 60 mins. Finally was sent to an office…. Then at the office sent to the boats…. All on own, carrying absurd amounts of luggage.
At the boats was told there are no boats available. And waited another 60 minutes for one to show up in a queue of people.
For SHAME.
Also, I never leave reviews but believe this to be the civically responsible thing to do for my fellow consumers.

We had a fantastic experience. A lovely young woman warmly greeted us upon arrival and seamlessly handed us off to a representative who escorted us directly to our private water transfer to the hotel. For first-time visitors or anyone unfamiliar with the area, this meet-and-greet service is incredibly helpful and highly recommended.
Very good experience which would have been better if we had better directions on how to meet the water taxi prior to arrival. It was requested a day before arrival but didn’t arrive until after we landed.
