Itinerary
Get on one of the open-air double-decker buses for a hop-on hop-off tour of Milan. There are four bus routes with more than 30 combined stops, so you can find a stop close to where you are and where you want to go.
The route for Line A, the red line, includes the Milan Duomo (Cathedral), the 14th-century Castello Sforzesco, and the renowned La Scala opera house, one of the most famous theaters in the world. The entire loop of Line A takes 90 minutes.
The route for Line B, the blue line, includes the skyscrapers of Palazzo Lombardia, the Porta Venezia (one of the historic city gates), and the Santa Maria delle Grazie church, in which Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” fresco can be seen.
The route for Line C, the green line, includes the massive San Siro football (soccer) stadium, the Monumental Cemetery, and a stop near the shopping quarter around Via Montenapoleone.
The route for Line D, the yellow line, follows the canals of Navigli, past Piazza XXIV Maggio and the Duomo, to the posh district of Montenapoleone and Brera.
With your hop-on hop-off ticket good for either 24, 48, or 72 hours (you choose the option), explore Milan at your own pace and get off the bus at any stop you like. What’s more, the four routes mentioned are connected, so it’s no trouble to switch from one to the other to cover more ground.

The hop-on hop-off bus in Milan is amazing for easy sightseeing, You get full freedom to jump on and off whenever you want, no stress at all
The views from the top deck are insanely beautiful, like you’re just sitting there enjoying the whole city in style
It’s super convenient, covers all major spots, and saves you from figuring out transport like a headache
it’s just fun, relaxing, and feels a little luxurious, like you’re being spoiled while exploring Milan but WiFi wasn’t working in all 4 lines of the route

The hop on hop off was a great way to get an overview of the city, as it has been many times in our past. We first take all the routes, if we have then go back on the ones we want to make stops at. It works out pretty good! Otherwise, maybe we’ll go back to some places on our own. The multi language, Audio Guide was very good, as well as the mellow music in between segments.

Easier to buy the tickets there - some buses did not recognize the Viator bar code and told us we were on the wrong bus. The headphones did not work so we had no idea what we were looking at. It’s also 10 euro cheaper to buy on the bus.

A great experience. There are four routes available and each has a good commentary along the way. One thing I found here is the stops don't have numbers so it is a little hard to ensure you know where you are.

Customer service is terrible both with bio Door and the bus company. By the time I got a response my trip was over. Booked for the wrong day, and immediately tried to change it, but was not able to have any timely response.

Many of the audio ports did not work. Very little information shared during the ride. Buses don’t run frequently enough and they stopped earlier then advertised time of 6:40 pm. We had to walk back to duomo from Moscova at 5:15.

Very poor experience. I have done may bus tours in other cities and this was by far the worst. The narration whilst traveling was jumpy, out of date and out of sync. I tried three listening ports and all failed. The staff were non communicative and certainly not customer friendly. I got the feeling they didn’t want to be there. Would try another company as it was a waste of time.

Recorded message offering limited info and inadequate cues (left/right, color of building, etc.) to o are what is being mentioned. So much more info that could have been shared to make it meaningful. Employee sits and checks for tickets but does little else.

Drivers not friendly, stops hard to find and times are not close together, making getting a bus easy. Bought a 3 day pass but only used 1 day. Not worth it

The tour was a typical hop-on hop-off with limited commentary. Some audio devices didn’t work. Mine switched from English to Italian and I couldn’t switch it back. It did get us to a place that we wanted to see. That’s about it.

While the routes are quite comprehensive around the city, this bus tour isn't worth the $$.
If you can snag a seat (on our bus, it was so busy people were standing) the audio guide is out of sync with the stops and the design of the bus doesn't yield a good view of as you're either obstructed by the placement of windows or by the people standing in the aisle. And depending on the seat, the audio guide player seldom worked as we ran into a few broken/stuck ones.

It was difficult to find the stops. The bus does not come often. There are 4 different lines. The 4 pm red line didn’t make any stops except one. It was disappointing. I have used this line in other countries and had better experience.

Good signage and routes. Hard to hear when drivers announce stops and easy to miss if you aren’t watching the map. Good way to see the city. App kept closing when trying to see real time moving buses on the map.

The bus stop at the railway station was really difficult to find -- the instructions were poor; it took us at least 20 minutes to figure it out. The routes were very similar, with only a few different places, and the canned explanations were the same for all and usually were given either before the spot described, or after. I have had much better experiences in other cities.

nice, comprhensive tour (4 routes/lines) which can be done in one day doing it the proper way starting early 9 or 10 AM, blue line then yellow then red stop at mid point (lunch) then green line then finish the red line
